To get you started, I’ve listed
25 little ways to touch your
spouse all day long. Bonus: A
lot of them are G-rated
enough that you don’t have
to hide them from the kids.

1. Walk up to your spouse
and give him or her a bear
hug
2. Sit on your spouse’s lap
3. Hold hands while you walk
in public
4. Rest your hand on his/her
or knee while you talk
5. Sit close when you are
watching TV.
6. Kiss your spouse before
you leave each day
7. Kiss him or her on the
back of the neck
8. Give a forehead kiss
9. Give him or her a kiss on
the cheek for no reason at all
10. Give a shoulder rub
11. Give a foot rub
12. Give a back rub
13. Grease your spouse’s
scalp
14. Lotion his or her back
15. Lotion his or her hands
16. Nibble on your spouse’s
earlobe
17. Fondle the back of your
spouse’s knee
18. Wash his or her hair
19. Whisper to your spouse
with your fingers (do this by
caressing your spouse with
your fingertips, just barely
touching the skin)
20. Watch him or her
undress
21. Look your spouse in the
eye and say I love you
22. Whisper something in
your spouse’s ear
23. Put your arm around his
or her shoulders while you
sit next to each other
24. Spoon with your spouse
in the bed.
25. Don’t pass each other in
the house with out reaching
out and touching each other
(don’t be stingy with the love
taps.)
Your challenge: Pick at least
two things off the list and do
them today. Repeat
throughout the week!
