While in the kitchen preparing your food, we also worry about your safety; in view of these, there are certain tips that could be of help to you in the kitchen. We want your dealings in the kitchen to be with ease and would be giving you some hints that would be totally helpful in the kitchen.
It would be nice for you to try them... Find some of these kitchen tips below:
(1)ADD A PINCH OF SALT WHEN BOILING EGGS: notavailable A simple task such as boiling eggs could portray us as bad cooks when the eggshells crack while the egg is being boiled. The egg does not turn out well and it would make the food dressing rough. Adding a pinch of salt will prevent the shells from cracking while boiling the eggs. (2.) RUB SOME OIL ON YOUR HAND BEFORE CUTTING PEPPER:notavailable If you are familiar with cooking, then you would have experienced the discomfort that comes with dicing pepper with knife. Your hands would burn for as long as possible because of the spice and it would be hard to enjoy the meal after all.
The oil will absorb the spice and prevent your hands from burning or reduce the effect it would have on your hands. (3.) SUGAR COULD HELP REMOVE THE BURNT SMELL FROM YOU STEW: notavailable Sometimes we get so busy in the house and end up burning the stew in the kitchen. When this happens, do not panic. Simply turn the soup into a new pot without scooping the burnt part with it.
Then add a little sugar at a time to the stew until you stop tasting the burnt flavor. This is quite tricky as you may end up adding excess amount of sugar to the stew thereby changing the taste.

(4.) AVOID WASHING YOUR POT WITH DETERGENT: notavailable So you like seeing the back of your pot clean without any black stains from intense heat, try scrubbing it with salt and paper towel. The abrasion is what you need basically, there is a reason the ‘wash pot’ you buy in the market is not soapy after all. (5) AVOID PUTTING YOUR FRUIT IN THE FRIDGE FOR LONG: notavailable We understand the word preservation and know the importance. However, storing your fruits in the fridge would make them less fresh as the low temperature affects them. Tomatoes do not do so well in the fridge as they end up shrinking and getting spoilt. (6) VASELINE KEEPS ANTS AWAY: notavailable As a result of the foods you cook and have in the kitchen, not having ants around is near impossible. However, this kitchen tip would help you keep them at bay, empty your dustbin frequently and do not leave uneaten food and snacks around. After this precaution is being observed and there are still ants in the kitchen, locate their entry point and rub the place with jelly or Vaseline. You could also mark the floor with chalk if you see them coming in under the door. They would not be able to walk over that. (7) VINGEAR COULD HELP THAW YOUR FROZEN MEAT: notavailable Everyone should endeavor to have vinegar in the kitchen. Your frozen meat will thaw quickly when you add vinegar to it and it would also tenderize the meat in the process. This would save you the stress of having to soak the meat in water or wait endlessly for it to defrost.
