Episode One It all began on a very cold saturday mawin when i was sent on an errand by my mom. Episode Three The dea went by and it was nyt i received a msg from him sayin all those jargon male folks says to any female they admire(abeg male no crucify me o) and i slept off. His call woke me up d nxt mawin,even though i didnt realy wanna pick, i eventually did and we tlked at lenght making me laugh at interval before dropping the call. I went bou doing my daily chores singing and laughing much to my mom's dismay,she was very surprise and ask me why,i didnt answer her buh she let me bcos she knos if i want to tell her sumtin i will surely walk up to her and tell her buh if nht i make her discover herself. I dnt know wat made me start thinking abou him,all i knew is that he was always in my mind. I pick up my fone every minute waiting for his call or msg. I av never felt that way before,i was so naive so i cant realy define it.it felt new and a little bit awkward to me. Am i liking him? Am i being obssessed with him? Episode Four Our Love Story. That was the beginning of our story, i had already accepted him few days after even though it was wit mixed feelings and we had started the usual thing na like calling,texting,chating etc. We were both preparing for our Waec den buh different school though,we tlk bou school,compare note and teaching on whatsapp buh our Bbm msgs is for d usual bling bling msg. Gracefully our Waec came and left and it was then my mom gave me freedom to start visiting friends since that was d criteria i was giving(una know those kind of parents nau). The first person i visited was expectedly Dennis,he had already been begging me to visit him buh i told him to wait, i met his mom at home dat day and i was welcome as if i was a princess,i didnt kno wat he told his mom d@ made her welcome me d@ way buh it was a sweet experience. Though we were both firstborn, he was realy pampered and spoilt. I didnt stay long,he wasnt happen abou it buh i had to leave. To say i was happy was an understatement,he was actually my first boyfriend,so visting him was lyk i had won a jackpot. I was totally a novice in all aspect so u cant realy blame me and since am nht the type that kip much friend so no special adviser for me. Even my school days,i dnt attend parties,interhouse sports meets me at home watch film or sleeping,my mom do complain bou dat though buh she cant force me to. Now i am begining to blame my self for nht being sociably, if i had been maybe my lyf would av been d way it is. Buh it realy worth it though. Episode Five MY PARENT AND US My mom is a banker while my dad is a contractor,and as u know that most bankers are always busy, so most of the time my parent are busy buh they made it a point of duty to go for leave when duty and they do make sure nothing withold them from going for leave. My parent so much love eachother that since i came to know my right from my left,i av neva hrd them raising voices at eachother,they settle fights amicably,infact they are my type of couple. I have two younger brother,who are both in secondary school. As we have no maid,i was made to shoulder most of the responsibilitis,the only thing my brother does is to wash their uniforms,most of the time i help them wash their clothes. What my mom will tell me is that i am the first born and luckily i am also a female(see cheating). There is one thing that do make everyone of us disagree when we are all at home is thd television station to be watched and since the males are always interested in sports,wresting and the likes,they are giving a television set of their own(see another cheating). We do escape punishment from both parent because,if we offend our mom,then dad will always beg on our behalf and vice verse,so must time i offend any of them,the probability of being punished is zero. Episode six I knew i had started loving Dennis,even though its still a little bit weird to me, we call,chat,and do otherthingd, we had started visiting eachother since my dad is not usually at home most times and if he wants to come home he usually call so there is no calls for alarm. Anytym we both visit each other,we only hold hands,tlk,watch tv,play games,and somtymes i sleep while he plays computer game since i dnt av much interest in computer games(most female dont) buh i do make sure i leave their on time to prepare food for my spoilt brothers. For the first three month of me visiting him,i dnt eat in his place so their is no possibility of him druging me and raping me,it was the day i met his mom at home that his mom forced me to eat and since then i had started eating. Ths day that led to this story, i went to visit him and his mom wasnt at home to cook so i was the one that cooked his food and he stayed with me in the kissing like as if i was his wife. After cooking and eating,we put on the televison then we started watching a ghanian film titiled 'To love a prince' ( i gbadun that film lyk that, abeg if u neva watch am watch that film),then there was power shortage,and since i told him not to put on the generator we settled to play chess. I was winning him due to the fact that i was guiet gud at it and he was a novice,he was feigning anger i didnt actually know when we stopped the game,he was tickling me i was laughing. In a jiffy, i felt a private jet transport me to heaven,infact i neva see jet wey fast reach am o. His mouth was so soft,it takes of strawberry,it was so pure,infact am shorts of words to describe it. One thing led to another,i woke up to find myself naked on d bed,WHAT! Was wat came out of my mouth. The realization of what actually happened nau dawn on me. As i wanted to stand up, i felt pain in my inner thigh i couldnt stand up, i woke him up so he could help me up,rested a little before i went hope so i could wash my blood stained undies,i was crying as i was going home,i know he could sense it,i didnt want to throw tantrum so i let it be,he decided to bring in a conversation. Denn: so u r a virgin? Me: must u ask me again?(annoyed mood) He walked me home,when i got home i met the shock of my life.

Episode Seven As i got home,i saw lots of crowd standing at the front of our house, i just couldnt understand what is happening,hope its not what am thinking. All of a sudden someone hugged me which made me stumble and started saying 'thank you Lord', i was more confused and i asked her what could have warranted that,she said i should look up and lo and behold i saw flames coming out of one part of the sitting room, i was shocked the last thing i heard myself saying was 'noooooooooo' before i passed out. I woke up in the hospital the next day,my dad was at my side worried. I asked him what happened and he explain everything,no one knows the cause of the fire. My mom came with food, we ate talked and she was happy that i wasnt at home,she said the doctor told her that if i was their that i might not have made it since its only the shock that made me faint. My brothers couldnt go to school,Dennis came to check on me since he saw all that happened the day before. My mom told me we wouldnt be staying at home for sometimes until the house is restored back to nomal,we would be staying in one of my dads friend vacant house which is very close to Dennis house. When we got their,i wasnt happy because it isnt has big has ours and my room is not that big,anyway we had to manage. When we settled down my mom asked me where i went that i wasnt in the house and i told her a friends place. I myself was afraid that,maybe i forgot something on fire buh it seems she trust me more than my self that when i told her that i might be the one she said she knows that i wouldnt do such since i am the careful type. Everything went as normal as the insurance company starts the repair to our house. I frequented Dennis place as usualy. During the fifth month i could sense something isnt right.

Episode Eight There is something about me that sometimes makes my parent called me an Alien,i am always cautious of things around me,i will always know if the arrangement of a pin as been changed. Immediately i entered their house,its looks somehow empty buh i couldnt pinpoint what is happening. I asked him some questions which i think will make me know whats happening without him being suspicious of my intention buh it seems he is not ready to talk. Still not satisfied with what he gave for an answer buh i let it rest. But my spirit didnt rest. I once told my Dad that my spirit does not want him to be friends with one of his friend but he didnt answer me, that His friend later turn out to be a traitor which almost cost him his work,since then he do listen to me. It also happen to my mum too, if my mum misplaced something and i tell her she is going to see it take it or leave it she will see that thing buh if i tell her to forget about it,then she should definitely forget it because if she looks for it ten years to that time she will never see it(i no be ogbanje o,na just God gift sha,buh if you want that kind give i go give you). So when my spirit isnt at rest,i definitely know something is wrong. I tried all i could to get it buh it seems the more i tried the more i fail. At the end of the sixth month, i had to deal with two blows altogether. What are the blows?will i be able to endure them? Wil this make a turning point in my life? Find out in the next episode. Episode Nine Yes, i am doomed. It was a cold tuesday mawin of the sixth month i met Dennis. We had packed back into our former house, the reconstruction was very fast since money isnt the problem. Even though we arnt that rich,we can boast of threesquare meal a day,and i attend a school of two fifty thousand per term,including my brothers,so i think we are managing. I prepare to go to his house that day,i had been calling his number for the past four days and it isnt reachable, what might have happened? I dnt know. I got to his house that morning and i discovered it is locked, i tried all possible means,went round the house buh it still the same situation. I went home being sad,even though nothing came to my mind as to what might have happened,i was just sad becaused i have missed the Love of my life. On getting home,i decided to try His number once again and by this time,it went through,i was realy happy. When he picked it,he didnt even allow me to tlk beforesaying what he wanted to say. He called me by name which he has never done before,he do call me His princess and that name realy made me bahave like one. He said 'Lizzy, i know you might have gone to visit me at home, we have packed and we are now in another place, and i expect you to more on with your life as i have done that within some days of being here,am sorry if this came as i shock. By the time am cutting the call now,i am disposing off this sim,so you wont disturb me with your call,my whatsapp account,2go,and facebook have all been deactivated,so there is no way of getting me byee.' No Dennis you cant do this to me,but the line is dead,i tried calling it immediately buh no,it isnt going through again. Yes, how i wish i knew this was what was going to happen, i said it entering into their house as now looked strangr, i feel a kind of uneasiness,so they were packing. God why is this happening? Why why why? Dennis I Love you pls dnt do this to me buh i was actually talking to my self. I was sad through out the day, i couldnt even eat very well in the night, my Mom knew something was wrong and she also know when i am not in the mood to talk about it,so she let me be. I was so sad,depressed,that i feel like killing my self, i couldnt sleep through out the night. Little did i know that a bigger problem awaits me.

Episode Ten. It was not easy trying to pick the pieces of my life together. I was sad, i dnt even think i have a heart anylonger because i believed it has been broken into pieces by Dennis disappearence. I decided i have to move on buh then i discovered i was pregnant, Dennis love did not allow me keep track of my dates again. Even though i was actually seeing my periods buh its came only a day which is usually three to five days. There came a nessesity for me to go do some checks up, it is a habit for us to check our weight for every three month and do some neccessary check ups in the hospital. I went alone because my brothers have gone to school. I was checked and that was when the bomb shell was dropped. I was dumb founded,it was as if i was having stroke,i was motionless for some minutes. I became deaf and dumb immediately, it was as if i was dreaming. I shouted, noooo,is this a dream,doctor please wake me up, i prayed to God that i should wake up from this dream but no it was not a dream. I stood up from the chair and i immediately fell down,yes i purposely did it, i tought the foetus will be affected and will be flushed out, i tried to let the doctor help me to abort the baby buh the doctor refuse unless it has my parent backings. I left the hospital heads bow, ashamed,disappointed,i called my self all the insultive names i know, a fool,bastard, a failure,a moron,an idiot and others. I was at a lost as to what to do, i knew for sure i have to let my parent know, expecially my mommy, i dnt know how she will feel, what she will say? how she will react. Then a idea poped into my mind, as to how best to draw my mommy's sympathy first without been chastized at the first instance. I branched in a chemist and i brought a bottle of Gammaline 20,the chemist asked me what i wanted it for, i told him i wanted to use it to kill some stubborn rats that wouldnt let our foodstuffs be. Had the chemist know i was reffering to myself, he wouldnt have sold it to me. I got home, prepared a very delicious food, set the table and when to bed. My brothers came home ate and went inside to play games. When the night came, i prepared another meal,then my mommy was already back, i had eaten my meal, and i called my brothers and mom to eat. After they were all in the sitting room, i told them goodnight, sneaked into my moms room, dropped a letter, and did the same for my brothers. I actually dropped two for my brothers incase one didnt see it on time,then i left for my room.

Episode Eleven. I had done my door lock in a way that it wouldnt be hard opening. I removed the label of the bottle,placed another bottle of cough syrup nearby with its label removed. I began to strain my hears incase of any sounds from either my moms room or my brother's room. I was a little bit scared, if non of them saw the letter on time then it means i have to swith on to another plan. I was also sure that the letter will be seen because were it was placed was somewhere the eyes always go. Some minutes later, after dinner when my moms has entered her room. I knew i should be prepared. I put both bottles on my bed,exchange there lids and took the cough syrup in my hand ready for actions. In another few minutes, i heard one of my brothers voice going to my moms room to show her the letter i guess, i knew he was frightens, few seconds later i heard my moms shouting my name, by then i had drank almost all the cough syrup, so that i could pass out for some hours, since cough syrup causes drowsiness. Ajoke! Ajoke!! Ajoke! Was what ny mom called me because that is my indigenous name,then i was half gone. I didnt even know when they opened the door. I opened my eyes in the hospital the third day. My mom was beside me crying her eyes out, i said, mommy why are you crying,they dnt cry in heaven now. Nooo Lizzy,nooo,you are in the hospital. ..... Mummy what happened .... You wanted to kill yourself because you are pregnant. I bursted into tears, it was just too much for me. .... Your daddy is on the way ... Mummy please am sorry, i was afraid my dad will be harsh buh my mom calmed me down. When my dad came, he just came to me on the bed and hugged me. .--daddy am sorry, daddy pls forgive me, let me abort this baby pls. My dad wouldnt hear of it, his final decision is that am keeping the baby even after i had explained to him that, the owner is nowhere to be found. My mom also supported him. My dad will never let me go to the hospital instead he paid the doctor a huge some of money,to be doing some checks on me. The doctor drafted a food time table for me, according to the doctor, i cant eat anyfood that i see even though i want to eat them since am an ulcer patient. Mission accomplished. I was so happy i finally scaled through it. My mum treats me like an egg,likewise my dad do come home weekends to check on me. Nine months came and pass, i gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. I was so happy. My Dennis is back.

Episode Twelve. Inasmuch as i wanted to name him Dennis, buh my parent wouldnt hear of it, i actually opt for Henry since an a sucker for english name, he was christained David Ifeoluwa Enitan. Immediately he was three months old, he was put in a day care. I did that because,he has to learn to do without me because i will be going to school, my Mum tried to talk me against it,but i didnt listen and since she cant be taking him to her work place she has to succumb to my wish. Nevertheless, i spend quality time with him, he took his first step exactely eight month,i was realy surprised and happy the same time. By the time he was one year old, his step was already steady. It was celebrated in a grand style. It was realy great i was happy. You people shouldnt think i wasnt chastized, i was, after i left the hospital before he hired a private doctor for me, i was made to bear the shame of my pregnancy, i went for antenatal three times, there were many eys scrutinizing me, the first day i went, it was like the ground should open up and swallow me because the staring was too much, they were like so this girl too came for antenatal. Infact i was insulted my another pregnant women, who wanted to see the doctor before me despite the fact that i got there before her. I was scorned, you know that kind of cheating now. I was subjected to these shame for three times. It was like my parent planned that as a punishment for me, the fouth time i was to go, i just saw someone came in to tell me he came to check me, i was like i am suppose to go to the hospital now. He told me he was hired by my parent, i didnt even think twice let alone doubt me, i was happy, it was after he left i was a bit skeptival, what if he came to kill me? What if he is not a doctor? And so on like that but that dosnt keep me from eating according to one of my teacher he will say 'economic good or bad man pivkin must chop' so weather he is a doctor or not,let me eat this first and then i may now die. As if to settle my doubt,my dad called to confirm his vist,then i was now happy. Three month after his birthday, i packed for school. Unibadan here i come to study Medicine and surgery. How was my school life? How did i cope with the opposite sex, will they know am a babymama? Sit back to read another epistle of my life.

Episode Thirteen. I started school in ernest,registration,matric and so on. Lectures starts in ful and everybody gat to be serious, everybody is a friend to nobody. I was a very lenient girl in school when it comes to assignment, i do my assignment and i make sure it is done properly, i write and rewrite assignment to make sure it is neat and error free, i do not condone people copying my assignment. The best i can do for you is to teach you part of it or if there is another method to the assignment other than the one i used i teach you if i know teaching you my own method will put me in trouble with the lecture i better not teach you at all. Throughout my first to third year, i was anonymous being, i enter class few seconds before the lecturee and i leave class immediately the lecturer leaves. I rented an apartment where it is mainly non student, so that i wouldnt be identify as student. I just couldnt call any single soul my friend, not even a female. Most of my course mate do not even know my name, i only had encouter with the few times and that is when almost all lectures commends me for my attitudes to assignment,which sometimes irritate me. Yes, i hate being commended in the presence of people so also did i hate being condemned in the presence of people. I know you might be wondering which kind of human being am i. The only time i could remember i got into trouble wit almost all my coursemate was when i didnt come to class early and the lecturer refused to teach them the practicals, they were like what is going on, what does that boils down to. What could be going on between us both. When i entered the hall,murmured an apology to the lecturer, the student began to murmur and lectured began immediately i was surprised my self course this man strict enh, if he insults you, you ill forever regret you were born. Immediately after the lectures,the student were like charging at mean to explain the meanimg of what just happened. I was at a lost as to what happened, it was a blond girl that explains everything to me when one of the guys almost slaps me because i delayed then. I had to apologise and told them i dont understands why he did so myself. Since then the blond girl named Susan became my friend.

Episode Fourteen. I and Susan begin our friendship, we were attending lectures together,we ill wait for eachother at the gate,i didnt just want her to know my house at that time even though i had known her's. I didnt even know she wanted to use me. Through her,people began to move closer to me,i didnt mind much. I was suppose to be the classrep of a MTH 121 buh i gave it to another person,the formal class rep got a transfer,i was also the one they gave before i gave it to the former. I knew Susan was looking forward to being the class Rep because she knew i dont want it. Immediately the lecturer came to the class,i told him i am giving the post to another person,he gave me His consent,glance through the class,look at Susan's face and i saw her anticipation,immediately i announced another coursemate named Lolade as the class Rep, she was very happy, who wouldnt jump at the opportunity of having the lecturer who is also the HOD at her dispossal. I could sense Susans disappointment even without looking at her. Everybody wants to be my friend just because they thought i am very close to lecturers not knowing they are my nightmares. Lolade came to thank me, i told her that if she actually needs assistance she should choose Susan of which she did at the next class. Before the next class Susan didnt wait for me again, i actually wanted to change my mind but i told Lolade to make i understand i told her to do so, that was when she now came to say she's sorry for her behaviours. Few days after, her real self showed, she was actually using me to move close to lecturers. Who cares anyway. Before the end of that semester she had slept with two of them except one who behaves funny. That lecturer actually came to class to tell us that for those few that are not intelligent,they should see him in the office, he was refering to the females. He told them that he doesnt have sex with anybody except his wife at home buh they must see him if they wanted to pass. Knowing it doesnt concern me i didnt want to mind what he will be doing with them since he would be having sex buh i heard from other female who went to his office. Episode Fifteen. Those females that actually visited that lunatic that calls himself a lecturer has a tale to tell. Entering his office,there is a table,desk and the usual drawer. Then near the door there is a wash hand basin with a soap. The man will ask the female are they ready to do what he wants, they were like shebi he is not having sex so what could he want them to do that would warrant such questions. The first person that went to visit him was like is this man mad, she was instructed to get only her upper part naked, then take a soap to wash her breast,who knows what the soap is meant for,its their business though. That stupid lecturer only wants to suck breast,mtcheew. Anyway his luck ran out with one Hod's girl, who recorded and video it doing it with her friend. He was almost sacked,if not for the intervension of the VC. That is business though. Maybe hn mama no breastfeed am wen hn small or why he go dey sample peoples breast just like that. There was no more hitch, seven yrs came and gone and i was finally free, my project was quite easy,worked on leaves, and there uses,precaution and others. It was very interesting. On my graduation day,my parent came with my little henry now eight years old, my siblings also came, he was with them so nobody could tell, we snapped,tlked and my Henry had to leave ealy cos he had a plane to catch. Their school his going on excursion, he attends Kings college in lagos, they are going on excursion to England, i was so happy for him, me his mother never pass Abuja, well i dnt know for his father though,and i guess he havnt either. He ill probably spend up to one month. After the graduationthen my housemanship, i was posted to the university teaching hospital. I was happy when i stood at the entrance of my office and i saw the inscription Dr. Elizabeth Oyebanda. I was so happy,who wouldnt be happy anyway so i set aside my happiness to begin work in ernest.

Episode Sisteen. I couldnt have time to know more about the people working there because we had to start work immediately. I was doing my work whole heartedly and i love it, i smile to both workers and patient. I am always the first to go to work and leaves very late, it got to a point a patient asked me if i was engaged, and i said no, she said she tought as much, i knew why she said so so i didnt bother asking her why. Two months later, the staffs started planning a welcome party for God knows who, i didnt care to participate because i dnt want to and partly because i dnt want to get too familiar with them since i dnt know if i ill be retained or not. I was later able to gather that, after ur workmanship the government ill sponsor you for a two years programme abroad, thats for those in the teaching hospital. Oops is that why people were bent on coming here, did they know abou that? Like i care though. Finally, as if the devil is bent on destroying me, i was the one to receive him from the ikeja abuja airport, i tried all excuse i know to escape this buh devil strong o, they say na me by force. Whats all this now i reasoned, must it be me? Oh God why me now. I enventually took an official car, one of my oga's car previsely, i wasnt the one that is driving, its a driver so must i go, since i was mandated to i had to. I go to the airport thirty minutes earlier so i waited in the car, with my phone pressing it with no mission, u know that time when u have nothing to do on your phone and u are pressing it, its feel awkward. At exactly thirty minute the plane landed, five minutes later i saw someone with his luggage smiling, it was when i saw the driver move towards him i knew he was the one,my boss driver probably knows him before he travveled, maybe thats why he had to be the one to drive me, i am not sure. I was motionless, i couldnt close my mouth,i was just staring at him, it was as if i had seen an Angel.

Episode Seventeen. He has a round face with killer lips, his shaved beard is an appetizer, he has a teddy that most girls and even guys like him die for. I love guys with teddy, thats just me. I was brought back from the land i had gone with his hand waiting for an handshake, Jesus! When did he get here, hope he hasnt seen my reflection i almost want to faint of embarassment, me no wan die o. Hi, thanks for picking me up u are welcome sir. I could see him grinning, why should he be, anyway thats his business. We didnt have much of a conversation during the driving, it was only when we got to the hospital and we were about to alight from the car he thanked me again, i got irritated with that, i hate people thanking me more than once buh i had to hide it. ' its my pleasure sir' he grins again. The party started, he was welcomed and introduces as Henry Adeyemi Benjamin, wow he even bears name with my baby, lol he was given awards as the best during his time. We had started serving when they it seems like my name was called, the tray in my hand almost fall down, and looking around they were trying to call my attention to something or somwhere, my name was mentioned again like they are calling me to the podium, i was confused, why could they be calling me. After getting to the podium, i had to tell them i dont know the reason of been here, it is my turn to be sent out of the country, i will be going in the next two months, i was so happy lol who wouldnt, i will miss every body but before i go i will be working under Henry and even when i come back. After the party, Henry came to meet me to ask if we can both have dinner together, arnt u suppose to be resting' i dnt need to rest with the beautiful princess before me" immediately he said those words i remembered Dennis i had to comport myself not to look shabby. I am not interested some other time please i told him, he look disappointed. Okay baby, we will meet again for ur mind abi. I called my parent and told them they were so happy, my baby Henry was also happy for his mum, i talked to him that day and he made me promise i must visit before the weeks runs out which i did because i so much love him. He even wanted to skip school the second day buh i had to sneak out early so he wouldnt, he eventually went to school buh not without fighting with my mom, that boy stubborn enh, he even refuse eating, he accused my mom of chasing me away, small boy as he is he is brilliant and understands whats going on. He might have heard my mom and i arguing about Dr. Henry, my mom said i should give him a chance if he wants to date me, buh i told my mom am having none of it, she got angry and told me am i going to allow the past to becloud my future we argued and i had to work out on her which have never done before. I slept in his room buh got out before he woke up. Not until i called and talk to him did he calm down. I had to travel a month later, bye to Nigeria welcome to the state. Dr. Henry personally took me to the airport after much persuasion, i knew he was growing fond of me buh i dnt care, he always wants to be with me. Wow! Time for exploration.

Episode Eighteen. When i got to the state, i was taken to a place that i will call my home for the next two years, my stay in the state was quite uneventful,it was mostly from home to school. Six month later, i received a call that the hospital is sending someone for a kidney transplant in the school hospital, so Dr. Henry is to bring that patient, there is nothing i can do than to receive him, meaning he might be staying with me for not less than two weeks due to the fact that various test will be carried out before and after the transplant to check if it will work well in the patient. Two weeks later, i received him to my temporary home. Wow, its more neater and finer than i left it, so this was where u even stay while u were u u didnt even leave a trace, well i packed all of my properties while leaving. Our conversation was such a boring one, he had taken the patient to the hospital, while drinking coffee he gave me the room to check on the man and while trying to check my schedule it says i am part of those that will work on the patient. I tried as much not to go because my spirit doesnt want me to. I was caged in like a very strong iron cage, i saw my other half telling me to open that cage,that its a self afflicting one, only me can free my self, i told her to help me buh she said i had to do it my self, what i knew was that i was being shaked and i happened my eyes to see Dr. Henry with a very concern face, whats wrong with you, why i u hallucinating? Am i ? Was only what i could say. I was already sweating. It seems u need to rest, dont worry about food tonight, i will prepare it he said. I stood up to see my schedule on the floor, i might have dozed off while checking it,off to my room i went. I ate dinner in my room that night, he prepared spagetti with egg and he brought it to me, he even waited for me to finish eating and immediately i finished he packed the plata to the kitchen. I was like shey i no get hand ni, na dream wey i dream con make him dey do like say he be my mama,smish who cares. Wait o, that dream wat does it means, i dwell on it for few seconds and off to the dreamland i went.

Episode Nineteen. HENRY....... What could be wrong with me, my twin is in the state receiving treatment, am i not suppose to be with him and i am here brooding over a lady, my stay in the State will soon end because Dennis i.e my twin will be transferred to India in the next two days,all neccessary arrangement has been made. I schooled in the state, i only came to Nigeria to serve and unfortunately for me, i was sent back here few months later for study, going back to my country and meeting my brother in that state, i couldnt but do anything but to plan this trip, i purposely brought him myself to watch over him and also to see Lizzy who has been acting strangely. Even when i and Dennis is standing near eachother, we will never be taken as twins because we are not identical, the only similarity between us is that we do eat every other things, we are directly opposite each other little wonder why he refused to follow me to the state. I came to USA when i was about to enter SS1. Calculating that i am already a citizen. I packed my load, and i decided tomorrows night is the best night to tell Lizzy about my journey,she havnt even gone to check him,if she had i would have told her he is my twin. --------------------------------------- lizzy, the patient has been transfered to india and the journey is slated for tomorrow's afternoon, enh enh but u didnt tell me now. I am sorry, but why was he transfered, most of the doctors to work on him here are on vacations thats why, will u excort me to the airport? No am not, am sorry. Alright, take care meaning we will be seeing in Nigeria then no problem, just greet them over there. Lizzy didnt excort me has she said, so she didnt even see the patient, the operation was successful in india, i went back to Nigeria waiting earnestly for the coming of Lizzy. My twin is now stable in health, he has went back to his chamber, he studied law. Whenever we meet he keeps talking of someone he Loves but he refused to tell me her name, what he will say is that i woldnt be of help. I had to let him be.

Episode Twenty. LIZZY--- I heard the operation was succesful in India, i didnt even went to see the patient, its like i missed Dr. Henry's stay with me, but i had to move on and concentrate on what i came here to do. There was other time that other Doctor's brought a patient to do one surgery or the other, infact i was always among those to enter the theatre, but i didnt even have the opportunity to see Dr. Henry's patient not that i didnt actually have an avenue but my Spirit man isnt going, sometimes when i dont want to do something i might be prompted, i was even expecting Henry to just wake up and drag me into the car one morning to check the patient but he didnt and i hated him for that. I concentrated solely on my main goal in the state, i only had opportunity of enjoying my self thrice in the span of two years, first when all trainees like me went on picnic, secodly when the president of Nigeria came and he hosted all five Nigerians in that hospital I inclusive, and thirdly my farewell programme. Just like a flash,730 days were over, a farewel program was organized for me and it was very great, i had realy become familiar with many of the workers and even patients, i was extremely happy at the gift that was given to me, i was touched when one very small boy bought a Baby feeding bottle and said i should keep it for my baby,i wanted to cry, even in the process of concealing it drops of tears formed on my eyes that i didnt know when i hugged the boy, h said he was going to miss me, and i told him i was even already missing him. After, the farewell party, i baded everbody goodbye waited three more days for my certificate. Nigeria here i come, no place like home, Home Sweet Home.

Episode Twenty-One. My home coming was a little bit rushed, but it was okay, I was welcomed just like Henry, but the next person wasnt announced there but surely whoever it is will be going in the next three month. I am now working under Dr. Henry, i was doing that before i leave for the State and here i am doing it again. Every where we go people commend us to be a very Good pair, we do even receive commendetion from patient too. Despite that we both do not allow emotions to becloud our judgement. As a medical personnel, we hardly have time for social life but an opportunity came one day when one of the older doctors was celebrating her silver jubilee wedding anniversary in addition to retirement, i and Henry was sitted in a corner talking and reminiscing about our work, i was amazed as to how she made her marriage work since most people believe that medical personnel both male and female dnt always have a happy marriage but this proved me otherwise, when she was asked to speak she was happy and thanked her husband for being understandable and her children. Immediately she said children, i was guilty i hadnt seen my boy was close to three months now and even my parents, i hope he understands like her children did. I made up my mind i was going to visit them sooner, during the party Henry made his interest know to me but i told him i am not interested, he was astonished, he just wouldnt let me go until i told him the reason i wouldnt go into anything serious with him, and when i mean serious i mean into courtship with him. I couldnt tell him there and he made me promise to vist him next week because we both had our off's then. My parting statement to him was that 'Our next week meeting will MAKE or MAR the relationship between us' and we both left but i could see his puzzled face. According to my Mom's advise i dnt want to go into deceitful relationship. I want to have my mind cleared about it. Hope he accepts me.

Episode Twenty-Two. 'Dennis Home' I got there few minutes after ten, he had taken his bath but didnt prepare anyfood, i told him not to that i ill be preparing the food. He greeted me with a hug and pecked me in my forehead, i wanted to hug him but i reminded myself i still have hurdles to cross. I went to the kitchen, put on my apron i decided to cook a simple meal of yam and egg instead of the normal fad of jollof rice. In thirty minutes, the food is done, i prepared the table and served the meal. We ate talking about our profession but none tried talking about each family and it was okay for me. We finished eating and i cleared the plate. Now its time to do the doable. I cleared my throat to call Henry's attention. Henry, do u want to know the reason we can not go into seriouse relationship? Yes, i do i am going to go straight to the point without beating about the bush Am listening I have a son. Wh wh wha what did u just say i said i have a son are u married? As u can see am not so u arnt a virgin? Do i look like one? I thought you are, i thought you are pure, i thought my dream as finally come through, i had wanted to marry a virgin, and i see you as one, because of the way you do things and associate with people,i havnt seen you with men of any sort, so i assume u are, i never knew you are a Slut. The second day, i went to my parent house to talk to my Mum, my mum knew it didnt go well because i told her i was going to his house. Since that day, i pledge never to get married, it is better i remain like this. I spent one week in my mums house and i spend the time i could with the only soure of my joy for now that is My boy.

Episode Twenty-Three. I returned to the hospital, fully determined not to look anybody in the face incase the news of me having a son got to spread. And like i envisaged, immediately i entered i could see stares being directed at me, i never knew Henry will behave like a kid and actually spread it, anyway i cant judge him, he's got his own reason for saying it, maybe trying to tell other peole interested to stay clear, i dnt realy care. I am not the kind of mother who is ashamed of her own son, am happy i had him, my only regret was the timing. I didnt go straight to my office, i went to see a patient who has being there for sometimes, to check if she has been discharge, she hasnt, i checked and did everything i have to do, because i dnt think i want Dr. Henry standing on my toes, i had to do everything possible to please him since he is my oga and i know that any single mistake from me, anything might happen. I went to my office, to write down the details of the patient i was coming from, i went to his office, i was realy afraid and nervous to knock on his door, but i had to, i summoned the courage and knock, Yes, come in. I entered. Good morning sir, i came to give u the details of Mrs Remilekun, i gathered she is now doing okay and fine and she is due for discharge, i also gathered her bill has being paid, i think she should be discharged right away. I continued to talk none stop and when i tried to look up, waiting for his reply what i saw almost made me want to faint but thank God i did. Sorry i couldnt update on, i was a little bit down. Good morning Dr. Taylor, pleased to meet u sir. Well, have just been transfered here, and as u see we will be working together as a team not as leader and servant because i prefer team work to that okay. Thank you very much sir, u are welcome. About that patiend in ward D you are tlking about, i have also seen for myself so kindly go and write are other drugs, inform her to call her family to come take her home and give her the prescription to use. Alright sir. I left the office to do my bidding, called for a cup of coffee, i am not the coffee type but sometimes when i have to think, i take it. So Henry left because of me, i hope he hasnt told anybody wat happened, wat if he did, i dnt care, I love my boy and thats all. Episode Forty. Waking up in the wee hours of the morning to do some cleaning since i refuse to have any servant because i want to avoid a situation whereby i will be seduced by a maid or have to sleep with her. Continuation........ LIZZY. I woke up to the stale food i wanted to eat yesterdea, i gathered myslef just to prepare that food which i didnt eat it again.
