Diary of an imostar deleted scenes friday 23/11/2012

"so how do you expect me to drink this bitter thing?" she asked me and i looked at her with a pleading face, "nne{mumy} please just rush over with it please, its for our own good" i pleaded to her and she kept quiet for a while, before collecting the cup from me and she drank the whole content without stopping and i heaved a sigh of relieve as i thanked her happily, but she did not reply me, and all she did that night was just to enter the bathroom, where she cleaned up herself, came out, climbed atop my bed and pulled my blanket over her without saying a word to me, while i smiled to myself as i lay down on the rug and played music until i slept off.....

Kpoa! Kpoa! Kpoa! Three gun shots sounded in the middle of the night and i jumped up from my sleep, while christy woke up instantly and hugged me, "are they robbing our hostel?" she asked me in fear while my heart pounded terribly, as i also shook in fear, "damn why must it be this night" i said with a curse.....

Seriously armed robbers or cultists, {cos i really do not know those behind the robberies in okwu uratta then}, had formed it a habit of robbing anytime school resumes from break that period, especially the weekend before the commence of lectures when most students do return, cos they do know that most of them do return loaded from home...

kpoa! Another gunshot sounded and the shells scattered on the roof of our hostel, making slight noises as it fell on it and the whole place became quiet again, and only the voices of the gangsters were heard as they discussed among themselves, "are they in our hostel?" christy asked me again in panic, and i bravely peeped through the window to check, cos the worst thing that could happen to me that night, was for them to meet me in my room with a girl, if they are actually robbing our hostel, and i knew that they won't spare me if i couldn't provide much money for them, and to even make matters worst i was only with one thousand five hundred naira that night, but luckily for me when i peeped out from my window, i saw two of them standing outside our hostel fence and the one firing the gun was a distance away from them, while two others were already disabling the barbed wire on the fence of a hostel opposite ours.....

Seriously it really wasn't easy for me that night, and i saw myself urinating hotly in my toilet while christy quietly waited for me at the door of the toilet as if her parents had sent me to guide her, "girls can fear eeh" i said to myself, when i came out of the toilet and saw her shivering, kpoa! another gunshot sounded immediately, sending me down as i fell flat on my stomach as i took cover, 'jeez' only the sound of that gun could kill someone ooo and it looked like the gun was a locally made one, and i held christy as i prayed for the bandits not to change their mind and enter our hostel, cos nobody was challenging them, "don't worry dear nothing will happen to you" i reassured christy with a fake smile as she clinged more tightly to me, while i myself had already died a thousand times inside..........
