??HIDE AND SEEK??
??EPISODE 3??

The reeking odour rushed back like whirlwind immediately the monster took back its form and the smell engulfed the whole room. The smell was so horrible that it choked me and I had to cover my nose with my hands in order to save my breath.

Desmond was already shedding a new round of tears which was rushing out of his eyes like a fountain of water and he was also trying to squeeze himself in between the cupboard and the bed. I never knew someone that's as mischievous as him can be so scared of death and a smelling monster.

Fortunately for us, Daniel ran to the other end of the room to hide and he wasn't hiding under the same bed with us.

I sprang up sharply and pulled Desmond up from the ground. I didn't want us to wait for the monster to finish its transformation.

I unlocked the door as fast as I could and we exited the room like a rabbit that was being chased my a Hyena.

"Where are we going now", Desmond screamed with tears in his eyes. "Are we going to die this way. What are we going to do?", Desmond added as he kept on throwing different questions at me.

I wasn't even listening. I was more concerned with finding an escape route rather than answering some questions that might be my last.

I heard a loud blast from the room we just came out from and I needed no one to tell me that it was the monster that made that sound. I doubled my pace and I started dragging Desmond like a thief, though he wouldn't stop crying out of fear.

I was already at the verge of crying when I saw the exit door wide open. It was literally wide open for us to run through and escape the whole horrific situation.

Desmond also stopped crying immediately he sighted the door and we doubled our pace.

We got to the door successfully and we were just about to run through it, to the other side when something else happened.

The door disappeared immediately we got to it and instead of running through it, we ran into the wall, giving ourselves a head-splitting headaches that made us fainted.

The light momentarily went off at the exact time we rammed our heads into the wall. Immediately the whole dormitory experienced a black out, we passed out too.

I was woken up later by the sounds of giggling and laughter which was coming from more than one person.

My head momentarily spinned round immediately I opened my eyes to check who it was.

I was surprised to see Daniel and the rest of the guys laughing at us and they couldn't even control their laugh. They were just laughing and pointing at us.

I was at first confused at what they were laughing at until I realized that Desmond was lying directly on top of me in this sexual position. Apparently, we fell on each other when we passed out.

"Were you guys making out or what. We have been looking for you both since yesterday", Daniel said amidst laughter.

It was quite funny to the rest of the guys, but I and Desmond couldn't laugh because no one else knew what we just escaped.

I pushed Desmond off me as I exited the dorm. The guy didn't even wake up. He was just snoring like a cursed pig and this plunged our friends into another round of wild laughter.

It was as if the previous night experience has knocked me dumb because I didn't say anything to anyone till I packed my bags and went home. I later got to know that Desmond didn't say anything to anyone else too when he woke up.

The two weeks holiday wasn't full of fun as usual because the event that happened that night changed me. I stopped being mischievous and I kept on dedicating and re-dedicating my life to God as it I was going to die the next minute.

The event really changed our lives. It was really a LIFE CHANGER.
