LIFE OF AN ILLITERATE
EPISODE 4
*

SITTING on the rock under the hot sun on the Tuesday morning, Christian rehearsed all he had learnt Irregardless of how difficult it could be. The sun was really hot that morning and he wasn't sure why but that hadn't bothered him. He wanted to proof the girl wrong and he would do it. He waited for minutes but caught no sight of her. Students walked back chatting happily among themselves.

She wasn't among them nor where her friends either. It remained few minutes before the school bell would be rung and he knew surely that the girl hated to come late. Why wasn't she there yet? This got her really impatient. The school bell was finally rung and students began rushing past gate hoping they are not locked out. He got really furious now. How naive he was to have waited for a girl like her? She doesn't even deserve his time. He swore never to try that again. Up his feet, he walked off not looking back. He hardly turned back to see the expensive Range Rover which pulled over in front of the girl.

The girl alighted alongside with her friends who seemed tensed they were late again. She flung her school bag over her shoulder and turns around to see if she could catch sight of her illiterate friend but she didn't. This got her disappointed.
