The doctor vanished and was never seen again. There was no hope for Agness anymore.
One faithful day Agness insisted that they go and c Mike's mother but at first Mike refused. He was adamant about going until he saw that Agness was sad. He agreed though he was not happy. In no time they reached at the house but didn't find anyone except for a young orphan who Mike's mother adopted from the orphanage, her name is Natalie. "Natalie where z your grandmother?", Mike asked the young girl. " She went to the market? ". " when z she coming back? ", Agness asked. " I don't know coz she didn't tell me anything but u can come inside and wait for her. But am only allowing u to enter the house because I know u people ",she responded arrogantly.
20 minutes later
Natalie: aunt granny has a doll which looks like u in her room Agness: r u saying that I look like a doll? Naughty child
Natalie: no aunt but am serious, the doll looks like u. Granny told me not to touch it and when I touched it, she beat me up with a stick
Agness: u r crazy (she pinched her chick)
Mike: wait!! This child can not just joke like that, there has to be a bit of truth in what she z saying Natalie: yes am not lying uncle, it z true I can even swear on my dead mother
Agness: hey stop it,okay I believe u
Mike: Natalie can u go and get the doll for me? Please Natalie: but uncle, she will beat me if she finds out that I took it Mike:she won't beat u,am here
Natalie was convinced that Mike would protect her so she went and took the doll from her grandma's bedroom and to Agness' surprise, the doll looked exactly like her and the stomach of the doll was tied with a black cloth.
Mike: I sense witchcraft, this z u Agness: no it z not, it z just a doll
Mike: a doll? Okay let me try pinching the doll and c what happens
Mike pinch the doll hard and Agness screamed in pain and just then Mike's mother came in. To Be Continued
