The year was 2010. I was only six years then. I was coming back alone from school sluggishly on a scorching hot day.
Sweat was pouring off me with thick veins visible on my face.
I was drained and had no money to board a cab. My school was very far and my legs were heavy on me and to lift it was very difficult.
I was fury in the heart because I had previously told my parents uncountably to always give me money for cab boarding but they refused to hear me out.
As soon as I wanted to transverse the tarred road, a big caravan came out fast and furious from the other end and crus.hed me.
The scene changed instantly.
I saw myself inside a tall building,built with skeletons which has a big skull at the entrance door.
My heart raced and I couldn't stand the pace.
I was afraid of my own shadow when someone tapped me from behind.
I turned back and saw a skeleton putting on a red coat with an axe in it's hand.
"Welcome" he said with a voice that sounded like a thunder –thunderous voice. The skeleton pointed fingers at the building for me to enter.
My heart kept missing a be.at as I entered the strange building. The building was quiet as a grave yard.
Instantly, someone roared like a lion at my back
"My son what are you doing here?"
My heart staggered and was pounding heavily when I turned and didn't see anyone.
"I don't know sir,where am I" I asked as I was looking at the roof.
"You're in the other side of the world" the spirit replied. "You don't supposed to be here you know?"
"Yes sir,I supposed to be at home by now" I said with butterflies in my stomach. "How can I go sir?".
"You can only go if you meet the masters of this territory.If you didn't impress them, you'll be put into inferno– where you will bu.rn forever" the spirit muttered as though it was cheesed off.
I was dumbfounded and was shaking like a leaf "where can I see the Masters?" I asked curiously.
"Follow your left and run as much as you can in other not to be hurt by ang.ry spirits– you'll also fig.ht with them."The spirit uttered.
My blood ran cold and I asked numerous of questions but unfortunately,the spirit had gone.
I quickly ran to the left and behold it was a cave. The whole room was darky and had no light in it.
I stayed on the top of the cave when I heard a voice echoing loudly.
I broke out in cold sweat and I jumped into the cave. The cave was very smelly.
I looked around and saw that the path that leads to where the master's resides was littered with decayed bodies and I was like a cat on hot bricks.
My heart was in my mouth when I saw some skeletons coming towards me.
