And if you are thinking something will happen to you if you talk, I assure you, nothing will happen to you, the person who said you should not talk, he/she is using death to scare you. Nobody is ready to lose you and death is not your portion, we are here for you.
I know you lost your mother but you still have grandma, your father, I, your aunt, cousin, nephew/niece, so don't be scared or should we give you time to think about it?

No! there is time for her to think, she is closer to her delivery and before she give birth, we have to know the father of the child.
