Blood Sisters Episode 1 The story begins with two women sitting and relaxing in a hall. One was a mother and one was a daughter. Auntie Ama stared at her daughter's protruding belly and smiled happily. Her daughter Nana Akosua had been married to her husband for closed to seven years. Through out those years, there was no child. The family of Mr Johnson, Nana Akosua's husband, pressured her daughter and even advised Mr Johnson to go in for a maiden who can bring forth a child but Mr Johnson headed to non of the nagging from his family. Through prayer and fasting, Nana Akosua finally got pregnant. 'mother, why are you staring at my tummy and smiling. Is there something I have to know about child bearing' Nana Akosua asked her mother who still had her eyes fixed on her daughter's stomach. 'honey, you have no cause for alarm. I just remembered all the pain and suffering your husband's family put you through just because they wanted a child from you. As if it's human's that produce children' there was perplexity on Auntie Ama's face. 'oh mother, are you still holding on to the past? Wouldn't you have behaved the same way they did should you have been in their shoes?' Auntie Ama brushed the question off knowing very well that her daughter was right. They thanked God for his grace upon their lives. Nana Akosua shifted uncomfortably in her seat. Her mother ignored her because she knew it was one of the things associated with pregnancy. Nana Akosua felt a sharp pain in her tummy. She held her tummy and grimaced her face. Auntie Ama realising it was unusual rushed to her aid. She saw water dripping from Nana Akosua's thighs. She touched it and exclaimed 'oh my God, your water pot has burst. You are due for delivery' Auntie Ama dashed out of the room swiftly to go for assistance. She returned three minutes later with two gentlemen who helped her to carry Nana Akosua who was wailing in pain outside. The young men carry her gently to the entrance of the house. A taxi driver who was passing by hit his breaks and got down. He assisted the young men to put Nana Akosua at the back seat of the car. Auntie Ama rushed into the house, got a few items her daughter would need after delivery and joined the taxi. She appreciated the young men for assistance. The driver drove fast with his hands on his horn. Every car gave way. The driver stopped in front of Korlebu maternity ward. Auntie Ama rushed to the ward and within a short time, she returned with two nurses who took Nana Akosua to the ward. 'driver, God bless you for saving my daughter. Please how much will you take' 'don't worry madam, I am a next door neighbour and I don't think it would be advisable to take money from you' 'come on young man, this is not a private car. You are working and needs to be paid for your services' 'don't worry madam, I am sure her husband would've assisted my wife with his car if she was in a bad condition' As hard as Auntie Ama tried, the driver refused to charge her for the services rendered. She thanked the driver and he drove off. She stood at the same spot wondering if such wonderful people still existed. She almost forgot her mission at the hospital. She rushed back to the ward carrying a white bag containing the few items her daughter would need after delivery of the child. The nurses took her daughter's details and assured her she was fine. She prayed hard for safe delivery for her daughter. She couldn't sit or concentrate on anything. She picked her phone and dialed Mr Johnson's number. He picked after the second ring. Auntie Ama disclosed to him, what was going on. Two hours later which seemed like eternity for Auntie Ama, a nurse walked up to her beaming with smiles. 'congratulations madam, your daughter has delivered two lovely girls' the nurse announced 'you mean my daughter has given birth to twins?' Auntie Ama asked with excitement in her voice. Just then, Mr Johnson walked in looking very nervous. Auntie Ama embraced him. He got to know there was good news and relaxed. 'can we see them now please' Auntie Ama said with gladness. 'yes please' the nurse replied and led them to the ward Nana Akosua was. She was lying on a bed looking more peaceful than before. The babies were lying in a court asleep. They were very adorable. Mr Johnson got closer to his wife's bed and kissed her fore head. He thanked her for bringing happiness into their home. Auntie Ama went round the babies court singing praises to God. Everyone in the hospital had their gaze on them.... To be continued

Blood Sisters Episode 2 By Nicholas Ankomah Anderson A nurse approached Auntie Ama and advised her to lower her voice. Auntie Ama stared at the nurse and smiled. She taped the nurse in the shoulder and tried explaining things to her. 'nurse, you won't understand. My daughter has been mocked for long. Seven bad years, she has been ridiculed. Please I know this is a hospital but let me appreciate what the Lord has done for my daughter' her voice was loud enough for the other patients to hear. They understood her plight. The nurse realised there was no way Auntie Ama would heed to her plea to stop shouting. She advised her to lower her voice. Auntie Ama continued with her chant of praise to God. Mr Johnson moved to the babies court and stared at the sleeping babies. He smiled whispered a thanks giving to God. 'Auntie Ama, please take care of things here. I have to put things in order in the house before my angels come home' Before Auntie Ama could respond, Mr Johnson had dashed out of the ward already. He descended the stairs briskly. He called his friend and gave him the information. They were all elated that God has answered their prayer. Mr Johnson entered his Toyota Vibe and drove to the house. He called his mother and gave her the news. Maamie Juliet promised her son she would be in the city in two days time. Mr Johnson went round the house and realised some renovations had to be done. He called a painter without wasting time. He was very excited. Two days later Nana Akosua and the twins were discharged. Nana Akosua was surprised at how the house had been renovated. The paintings on the walls had been changed. The house was sparkling due to the new paint. The curtains and bedspreads were all changed. They entered the hall only to meet Mr Johnson's mother and father seated in the hall. Auntie Ama raised her hands and praised God. She did that to mock Maamie Juliet and her husband. 'Thank you Jesus for putting my daughter's enemies to shame. See now for yourselves what the Lord has done' she picked up one of the girl's and started singing a lullaby. Maamie Juliet cleared her throat and spoke 'my daughter, we are very sorry for the inconveniences we put you through. It's desperation that made us do what we did to you. Please forgive us for our folly' 'Maama, don't worry. I am holding no grudges against you. I understand your plight. Let's thank God for giving us these wonderful twins' Nana Akosua assured her mother in law. Auntie Ama chuckled and left the hall. Mr Johnson smiled knowing his wife had forgiven his parents for what they did to her. **************************************************************************************************************** Mr Johnson was seated behind the steering of his car, waiting for the kids to join him so he could take them to school. He cast his mind back to the day the girls were born. It was a day he would never forget in his life. It was the best day of his life and nothing can erased that knowing how his own folks disturbed his wife just because she wasn't bringing forth children. Mary walked to the car and called his name interrupting his thoughts. He opened the car for the eight year old girl. 'where is Marylin' Mr Johnson inquired 'daddy, she will be here soon. Oh! There she comes' Mary said pointing at Marylin and their mother. They joined the rest in the car and Mr Johnson drove off. To be continued tomorrow

Blood Sisters Episode 3 By Nicholas Ankomah Anderson Time flew really fast. Mary and Marylin went to Junior High school and later to Aburi Girls Senior High School. They grew up to be beautiful and lovely girls. The girls were so identical that it wasn't easy for someone to know who was the elder or younger. It was their mother who was able to identify them. Marylin had a black spot at the back of her palm but Mary doesn't. They were four and half feet tall, fair in complexion. They were slim but had a good back view and great hips. Nana Akosua descended the stairs majestically, staring at her anxious waiting husband. Mr Johnson glarred at his wife and shook his head. 'honey it's almost eight in the morning. What kept you so long. We are running late already' 'dear, today is my angels graduation so I have to take the time in the world and dress elegantly' Mr Johnson giggled and extended his hand to his wife to hold so they could walk to the car. Nana Akosua held his hand and told him how romantic he was. Mr Johnson was flattered. Husband and wife walked hand in hand to their newly purchased four wheel drive. Mary and Marylin were graduating from the university. It was a day Mr Johnson and his wife planned to make it special for the children that had brought them unending love, joy and peace. Because of the girls, their old folks were at peace with each other and there was harmony in the family. Aside that, Mr Johnson's business had seen massive growth and improvement. Before the children came, he had only fifty workers but after the girls were born, he was able to employ five hundred people. The twins had really brought them good luck. Husband and wife got to the university campus at half past nine due to traffic. From their home to the campus was a thirty minutes drive. The ceremony was ongoing when they entered the main hall. The graduation ended and the ladies had a photo shoot with their friends and family. Mr Johnson drove to one of the best and expensive restaurant in the capital. They had a wonderful time together. At about three in the afternoon, Mary and Marylin were driven to the house and to their utter most surprise, their grandparents were present in the house to give them a gift. It was a day the two ladies would never forget in their entire life. Maame Juliet and Auntie Ama prepared dinner and the family ate together Two days after graduation, Marylin decided to go for jogging in the vicinity. She tried to convince Mary to go with her but told her she was tired and needed to rest. Marylin put on a black skinny trouser and a white T shirt with a white foot to match. She walked out of the house and started running around the vicinity. In the course of the jogging, she met a young man who was also jogging. He said hi to her and continued with his jogging. Marylin watched the young man till he was out of site. She thought of following him but rescinded her decision. She went the opposite direction thinking about how she could get in touch with the young man. She jogged back home with all her senses on the young man she met. It was like she had already fallen for the young man whom she knew nothing about. She wondered if she could ever meet him again. She walked to Mary's room and told her about her expedition. Mary shook her head in amazement 'are you saying you have fallen in love with a guy you know nothing about?' Mary asked sceptically 'I am very confused right now. I really want to see him again. I wish you could see what I saw. He is so handsome and his smile was so harmless. He looked me in the eye and said hi. Oh God please hear my prayer and bring this young man my way again' 'hey! This is serious. Marylin, better put yourself together and forget this nonsense. You are not a child. It's teenagers who behave the way you are behaving' Mary hissed and left her sister standing in the room. It's getting hotter. To be continued tomorro

Unlike Mary who was out spoken and fearless, Marylin was very emotional and fragile though she was the elderly one. 'girl, I am very sorry for being so hard and mean to you. Please forgive me' Marylin lifted her head to see Mary standing in the room. Mary sat beside her on the bed and waited for her response. 'don't worry girl, it's normal' Marylin replied. Mary hugged her from the back. 'don't tell me you are still mad at me' 'come on girl, I have no grudges against you' Marylin said slapping Mary's thighs. 'ouch! That really hurts' 'do I need to say I am sorry?' Marylin ridiculed her sister. 'you better do so before I unleash my anger on you' Mary said pretending to be annoyed. Marylin knelt down in front of her sister and apologized. 'you better stop this pranks and get up' Mary knew Marylin was only pulling her legs. Marylin stood up and they giggled. Mary hugged Marylin telling her how much she loved her. Marylin reciprocated by letting her sister know that she was the best. 'don't worry yourself so much about the young man you saw earlier today. If he is yours, fate will bring you guys together again' Mary assured. They walked hand in hand to the dinning hall for breakfast. Marylin's phone rang and she answered it. Mary asked her who it was after the call. Her sister was excited and that made her more curious to know who the caller was. 'that was Mackenzie' Marylin replied her sister. 'oh my gosh!' Mary exclaimed with her hand on her wide opened mouth, displaying on her face a surprise look. 'how could I? I almost forgot today is her birthday and she is having a party tonight in their house' Mary said still surprised 'I'm really going to enjoy myself tonight' Marylin said looking excited. The day's earlier events were long forgotten. 'you? Enjoy yourself? Please give me a break. When was the last time you attended a party. You even dodge church parties' Mary said trying to remind Marylin who she was. Husband and wife looked at each other in surprise. The ladies seemed to be on a different planet that day. Mr Johnson couldn't hold his anger. He blurted out on the girls for not greeting them and also behaving as if they do not exist. Marylin got closer to their father and Mary got closer to their mother. 'mum we are sorry for our behavior this morning' 'Mary is right dad, we are very sorry for ignoring you guys. We seemed to be in the world of our own' Marylin added. 'Mama you know I love you' Mary sang having a broad smile across her cheeks. 'daddy you're the king of my heart' Marylin continued. Mr. Johnson and Nana Akosua smiled. The ladies went back to their seats knowing they had won the battle. Husband and wife disclosed to their girls that they should follow them to their bedroom because they had a surprise for them. The ladies followed their parents, anticipating what was in store for them. In the room, their mother opened a drawer and closed it again 'girls, I want you to close your eyes. Make sure it is well closed. No cheating please' Mr Johnson said and the ladies did without hesitating. They were eager to know what the surprise was about. Nana Akosua opened the drawer again and brought out two lovely dress. It was a white gown with pink flowers spotted in them. Nana Akosua displayed the clothes on the bed and Mr Johnson ask the girls to open their eyes. 'There you are' Nana Akosua said pointing at the dress on the bed. 'Wooow' the two ladies exclaimed in excitement. Mary hugged her mother and Marylin hugged her father. Marylin was fond of their father whiles Mary was fond of their mother. The two ladies appreciated their parents for the gift. They took it and rushed down stairs looking very excited. Marylin called Mackenzie and assured her they would be present at the party. Mackenzie was a friend they met in high school. The three ladies realised they had a few things in common and became closed pals. Mackenzie loved to joke with everything but not her books. She was very serious when it got to her books. After senior High School, they all went to the same university for their first degree. Mary and Marylin entered the party grounds at quarter past seven. The place was packed with young adults who were excited and having fun. Mackenzie spotted the twins and rushed to hug them. She was very excited to see them at her birthday party. She took them to the high table and offered them seats and drinks. Earlier, Marylin was shy but with time, she got used to the crowd and the fun. Whiles they were chatting and drinking, Marylin's eyes fell on the young man she had been longing to see. Her heart skipped a beat. The young man was busily chatting with some guys Marylin imagine to be his friends. His dressing was simple but good enough to catch the eye of a good looking lady. A simple blue and white striped Polo Lacoste, blue short jeans and a cool white foot. He was looking cuter than she earlier saw him. An inner voice told her to gather courage, walk up to him and ask for his contact. Another voice adviced her not to if she doesn't want to be seen as cheap. Just as she was contemplating on what to do, one of the guy's at their table signaled Mackenzie and she attended to them. They handed her an envelope. Marylin strained her ears but heard nothing. The guys stood up and headed towards the gate. Marylin stared them till they vanished. She guessed they were leaving...

BLOOD SISTERS. Episode 5 Marylin walked to the dancing floor and pretended to dance. She swiftly walked to the entrance of the house when she realised non of the ladies at her table was watching. She walked outside. The street lights were on so she saw everything that was going on in the area. A few ladies and gents were busily chatting and talking about the party. Some had cup of drinks in their hands and were sipping. She spotted the guy she was looking for, sitting on the bonnet of a corolla S that was parked beside the street. He was having a serious argument with his friends concerning the English Premier league. As if being controlled by a robot, Marylin walked steadily to where the guys were chatting. The guys stopped arguing and attended to her. 'hi' Marylin said shyly 'hello beautiful' the guys chorused in unison. 'it looks like I know you elsewhere' the guy Marylin met earlier said. He tried to figure out where he knew her from. 'we met this morning when exercising our bodies' Marylin said 'Yeah! yeah! yeah!. I now remember. Excuse me guys' he said and moved a little further away from his friends with Marylin. 'Wooow, I never thought I would ever meet you again. Thank goodness we are here at last. By the way I am Nicholas but my boys usually shorten it and call me Nick because of laziness. You can call me Nick. I would love it that way' 'won't I be as lazy as your friends if I call you Nick?' Marylin giggled. 'see, I am giving you the permission to do so. You can call me Nick as many times as you want and I promise never to call you lazy' he said with a smile. 'since you don't want to know my name, I will never mind' Marylin said to him 'Awwwww please find a place in your heart to forgive me. Would you mind disclosing to me your name?' 'I don't think that would be possible' 'please don't do this to me' 'I am serious. I wont tell you my name. It's an assignment you have to do' Marylin ridiculed. 'no problem madam. Do you live at Achimota' Nick asked 'sure, around the area we met this morning' 'can I please have your contact?' Marylin stood silently for sometime before taking Nick's phone and dialing her number. 'I have to go now please. My friends would be worried about my where about' Marylin said and walked away. 'Alright dear, enjoy yourself' she was already gone Nick saved the number as 'Pretty'. He walked back to his friends smiling. 'since when did you started following ladies' one of the guy's asked. 'ask again oooo' another chipped in Nick's Friend's knew him as 'the no time for ladies' guy. He was always busy with office work and also chasing his dreams. Dating was the last thing he talked about whenever he was with his buddies. He was a young successful guy having twenty workers in his firm. He had his own house and two cars. His friend's and parents advice to settle down always fell on deaf ears. 'guys, it's not what you are thinking. We only met this morning when I was having my morning exercise. She saw us exiting and decided to come and say hi'. Those words from Nicholas closed the chapter on the topic. They knew him and didn't want to stretch the matter. They knew where it was going to end. Marylin walked to the party grounds wondering how she got the courage and walked up to him. She wondered if she was in love with him or it was infatuation. If it was infatuation, she knew the feeling would vanish with time. 'Marylin, I hope you are having fun' Mary asked her sister. 'yeah! Tell Mackenzie to bring more wine' she replied Mary signaled Mackenzie to bring to the table more wine. The ladies really enjoyed themselves till it was very late. The twins presented their gifts to Mackenzie and were later driven home by Mackenzie's driver.

BLOOD SISTERS Episode 6 By Nicholas Anderson Ankomah Mary woke up at 5:30am and dressed for fit keeping. She went to Marylin's room to wake her so they could go together but Marylin told her she was tired and needed to rest. Mary understood her sister and left the house for the streets. The streets in the locality were all tarred but not busy since it led to people's home. That made morning jogging very easy in the estate. Since it was a Sunday dawn, there were lots of people who were also having exercise. She jogged passed a few people. Just as she was negotiating a curve, she bumped into Nick. Like her sister, she was taken aback by the handsomeness of the young man. He was a feet taller than her. Dark in complexion. His hair was naturally curly. He was well built due to everyday exercise. His tight White top revealed his six packs. Mary was indeed thrilled. 'can we jog together if you don't mind' Nick said interrupting her mind. 'su.. Su... Sure' she stammered blushing at the same time. Nick held her hand and they jogged in silence. Mary was in her own world. In her mind, she was walking on the aisle with Nick with smiles all over her face and that of the people in the church. She smiled and shook the idea off. She glanced at her shoulders to see the young man who was jogging with her. He seemed focus on what he was doing. Thinking it was the same person he had an encounter with a day before, he thought of how to let her know his feelings for her. Ever since he met Marylin, he had been thinking about her and for the first time, thought of settling down. He knew his parents would be delighted with his decision. Nick stopped and turned to face Mary 'I am sure you are ready to tell me your name now?' he said looking into Mary's eyes 'I am Mary Johnson, my mom and dad are fantes so that makes me one too' she blushed. She was not comfortable with the way Nick was staring at her in the eye. 'that's good to know. Can we meet at Freddie's later today after church. So we can know each other better?' 'but you only met me today' Mary said softly 'I know that is one of your usual way of putting people off but I am determined. Don't forget you refused to disclose to me your name yesterday at the party' 'I remember I went to a party yesterday but I don't remember talking to you' Mary was perplexed. 'you know what, I am ready to play along with your jokes because I have already fallen for you. Meet me at 6pm tonight at Freddie's' Nick whispered into her ears and went down the lane leaving Mary in confusion. Out of the confusion, she smiled to herself. She was so much in love to use her head. She went the opposite direction. She saw a few young people exercising on a lawn in front of someone's house. She joined and when they were through, she jogged back home. Passing through the dinning hall, she realised Marylin had not eating her breakfast. She picked a tray and carried the hot chocolate and bread to her in the room. Marylin stretched lazily on the bed. She stood up and Mary sat beside her on the bed. 'what says the time' Marylin inquired 'it's quarter past six. We have to prepare for church service' Mary replied 'you are right sweetie. Let me have my breakfast so you can shower. You can use my bathroom' Marylin said and Mary walked lazily to the washroom. At quarter to seven, they descended the stairs all dressed up for church service. Youth service was always early. They joined their parents and Mr Johnson as usual drove the family to church. Mary and Marylin prepared lunch after church. Mary disclosed her date with the young man he met in the morning. 'hope he is charming. If he is not, I am not accepting him as my in-law' Marylin disclosed 'chill, girl, you will even fall for him when you meet him' Mary said enthusiastically 'can you believe I met the guy I told you about at the party?' 'you don't mean it' 'I am serious. He even took my number but I never told him my name. That is an assignment for him' 'that was so rude girl' You think so?' 'yeah! ' 'alright. I promise to apologize when he calls. I'm even surprised he has not called yet' 'don't worry girl. He surely will. I want you to escort me to Freddie's this evening to meet my Prince Charming' Mary pleaded 'girl, I don't want to come between the two of you. Just go and have fun. I will be with daddy at the golf course. I am sorry I can't come with you' Mary was not happy with her sister's decision but accepted it since there was no option. Mackenzie called the two ladies and showed her appreciation to them for their gifts and presence at the party. They talked about crazy stuffs they did at the party and ended the call on a happy note. Marylin, Mr Johnson and Nana Akosua drove out of the house to the Achimota golf course leaving Mary behind due to her date. At exactly quarter to six in the evening, Mary left for Freddie's which was hundred meters away from their house. Freddie's was a cool but expensive restaurant in the vicinity. Most of the people in the community usually hang out at that place. Mary spotted Nick sitting at a table. He was wearing red and white striped shirt and black jeans trouser. He saw Mary entering. He stood up and met her. He led her to his table and welcomed her. Mary was wearing cream gown which was an inch beneath her knee. She looked elegant. Marylin felt bored at the golf course and decided to leave. She told her mother she was leaving and chattered a taxi. She asked the driver to drive to Freddie's Restaurant... BLOOD SISTERS Episode 7 By Nicholas Anderson Ankomah The taxi came to a halt right in front of Freddie's Restaurant. Marylin paid the driver and dropped. She picked her phone and starred at the screen. She felt she would be a problem for her sister and her date. She tried to rescind the decision of calling Mary but she realised she had nowhere going. An idea dropped into her mind and she smiled to herself. She dialed McKenzie's number, hoping she could meet her somewhere and have fun rather than bulging into her sister and her date. She gave up on McKenzie when the phone rang for three times and there was no answer. She reluctantly dialed Mary's number. She picked at the first ring. There was excitement in her voice when she picked up the phone. ''I am very sorry to disturb you. I felt so board at the golf course. I left the place a few minutes ago. I'm right in front of Freddie's restaurant. Hope you wouldn't mind if I join you guys'' Marylin wasn't sure if she was doing the right thing. ''come on girl, don't forget I wanted you to come with me earlier. I'm so happy you are here. Give me a minute'' Mary said looking very excited. Nick had gone to use the washroom. Without hesitating, Mary walked out of the restaurant. She spotted Marylin and signaled to her. Marylin got closed to her sister. Mary hugged her and told her to cheer up. She held her sisters hand and took her to the table she and Nick were sharing. They sat down and Mary ordered the waitress to bring her the same fruit juice she was enjoying. They started their usual chat. Nick come out of the washroom to see the two ladies. He stopped abruptly at the entrance of the washroom. He was perplexed and confused at the same time. He wondered if he was dreaming or what he was seeing was actually happening. He went back to the washroom without being spotted by the two ladies who were in their own world. They looked happy with each other. Nick went straight to the sink and opened the tap. He splashed water on his face to help him think properly. The two ladies were so much alike. There was no difference. They were in the same gown and same hair style which made matters worse. ''have I fallen in love with two sisters?'' he asked himself over and over again. An idea flashed through his mind. To unravel the mystery, he had to be bold and act. He went out of the washroom to join the ladies. Marylin frowned when Nick sat down. She stared at him as if looking for an answer to a puzzle. Mary realised the tension. She broke the silence. ''what is going on here, do you two know each other?'' she asked expecting any of them to answer. ''not really. The young man here looks very familiar. Can we continue with the fun'' Marylin tried to bury her feelings for the young man since her sister was so into him. ''oh girl, you almost scared me to death. I thought Nick was an evil person you have met before'' Mary smiled. At that moment, Nick took his phone from his pocket and went through the phone book. He remembered the name he saved Marylin's number with when he took it at the party. He called the number without placing the phone on his ear. Marylin's phone rang. She tried to excused herself to answer the call but Nick stopped her. ''I think this settles the issue, I just called you. I wanted to be sure which of you I met first and fell in love with. The call has settled the matter. You are the one I met on Saturday dawn during my usual morning exercise as well as at the party'' Nick confirmed pointing at Marylin. ''no no no! I don't want to create a scene here. You met me first but you are with my sister now and I don't want to hurt her feelings. I think you should have her'' Marylin tried to object to what Nick said. ''You are right Nick. I should've used my head when you were saying you have met me before. I thought it was one of those pranks men play to get women but in your case you indeed met one of us and that was my twin sister. Please take good care of her for me because she is very dear to my heart. She is my soul'' Mary had a broad smile across her cheeks. ''honey, are you sure about this?'' Marylin asked looking directly at her sister. ''oh honey, I mean every word I just uttered. Nick is yours" Mary hugged Marylin. "I am so happy you girls really understands each other. I guess this calls for a celebration. Marylin, next time tell me your name to avoid all this" Nick said. The two ladies laughed their hearts out. They had fun at the restaurant for sometime, got to know each other better and Nick dropped them at their door step. Marylin was overwhelmed with the gentleman ness of the young man. She was very excited to have him as her boyfriend. The twins went to their separate rooms. Mary threw herself on her bed and wept softly. The more she thought of the young man, the more she wished to have him but unfortunately for her, he was in love with Marylin and nothing seems to stop them. She was so devastated. Beads of sweat formed on Marylin's face as she ran. She shrieked out of fear and horror whenever she turned and realised the two people chasing her were getting closer. One carried a coffin and the other had a huge machete in her hands. All Marylin heard them grunt was "we will kill you and bury you today" She ran as fast as her legs could carry her but unfortunately, she was blocked by a stump of tree and fell. The two ladies caught up with her. The one with the machete looked familiar. Time couldn't permit her to remember who the lady was. She lifted the machete high, about to strike her. Marylin woke up abruptly from her sleep. Her night gown was soaked in sweat. Fear gripped her. She shook like a patient who had had a convulsion. Her phone rang. He advised her to brush the fear off because it was just a dream. She calmed down so the young man would be at peace with himself. It was late and making him disturbed over her dream wasn't fair. Blood Sisters Episode 9 By Nicholas Anderson Ankomah When love takes over your head, you end up doing crazy stuffs. Blood Sisters continues.... Nick and Marylin walked back to the entrance of the Johnson's residence where Nick's car was parked. The young man pleaded with the damsel to go with him to his house. Marylin dragged her feet. "come on girl, there is no cause for alarm. I just want you to know my residence. Nothing sinister please" Nick cleared the air. He opened the car door for her and she reluctantly entered it. Nick walked to the driver side and entered it. He had a broad smile on his face. He started the ignition and drove off. Two hundred meters away from the Johnson's residence, Nick stopped in front of a very beautiful house. Marylin thought they were there to see someone. Nick hit the horn and in a jiffy, the door opened. Nick drove to the compound of the house and parked. He got down and moved to the the passenger side and opened the door for Marylin. The gate man walked to them and welcomed his boss home. "Welcome to my humble abode" Nick said alas when Marylin got down. Nick saw surprise written on the young lady's face but he ignored it. "you mean this is your own house? Are you not too young for this huge mansion. I am beginning to think you are a drug dealer" Marylin couldn't hide her surprise and fears. Nick laughed his heart out. He didn't blame the young lady for her words. It was weird in Africa for a young man as he to be that successful "this house is a gift from my father" he cleared the air Nick was a young successful entrepreneur. He decided to halt his education when he was handed his PhD in a London university. His father was a business man with over thousand workers across the country. When Nick came home from London after his education, his father had wanted him to take over his businesses but the young man had his own business plan. He refused to take over his father's business with the excuse that he had his own business plan. His father tried all he could to convince the young man but he remained adamant to his decision. His father agreed to let him go only if he would accept a house from him. Nick accepted the house and left his father and mother at Dansoman and settled in the house his father gave him at Achimota. He opened a mini printing press with only two employees. He printed exams papers and house jerseys of all private schools in the vicinity. He realised business was booming. He therefore decided to extend the business. He went to his father for a loan which he willingly gave without interest. His fater realised his son was doing well. Nick bought a land and built a bigger factory. He imported printing machines from Germany for business. When the print house was set, he went to banks and told them his company can print cheque books. Officials from Bank of Ghana went to the company to do their tests and evaluations. They realised the security measures in place was okay and therefore gave the young man the go ahead. Nick started with only four banks but later a few came to join. His mini press was still in operation. He later added more machines to the press which can print mobile phone cards. His first contract was from Tigo Ghana. Mtn followed and later all the mobile network operators were with him. In a space of two years, the business grew like grass on a fertile soil. He was awarded the youngest successful business man in Ghana. He returned his father's money but the man being content with his son's achievements, refused to take the money. He advise him to expand the business with the money. He bought two cars and refurnished the house. Nick gently held Marylin's hands and took her took her to the main hall of the house. Marylin gasped for breathe. The hall was state of the art. She was very much impressed with everything in the hall. Atongo, Nick's gate man entered the hall looking sceptical. His boss realised it and asked him what was eaten him up. Atongo plainly and respectfully asked Nick who the young lady was. According to him, he knew all Nick's sisters but not the one present. Nick giggled. 'sir I make serious ooo. Aside your sisters that your mother dey bring for here, you nooor bring any woman for house. Or this one be your sister wey come from abroad? episode 10 Marylin made herself comfortable in one of the sofas. The brown leather sofas matched with the curtains and paintings on the wall.  Nick walked to the kitchen and brought a jar of multi fruit juice and two glasses. He served the lady and served himself as well. He gulped down the content of the glass due to thirst and hunger. Marylin look at him and giggled. She took hers and sipped a little.  Nick excused himself and went back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, he returned and asked Marylin to join her for dinner.  Initially, Marylin had not wanted to but curiosity made her do so. She never saw a cook or Maid in the house but here was Nick telling her to join him for dinner. At the table, the dish served was banku and okro stew. The flavour from the food told her it would be nice to taste. She still wondered who prepared the food.  "I prepared this food in the morning and took some to the office for lunch. You know, I'm not a fan of outside foods" Nick satisfied her curiosity.  "really? Interesting. Everything about you doesn't show you can cook. I pray I don't upset my stomach with this concoction " Marylin said with all seriousness which made Nick giggled. Half way through the meal, Nick glanced at Marylin. He realised the young lady was in a world of ecstasy. She was really enjoying the meal. He smiled to himself. Marylin caught him staring at her. She blushed.  "I guess it's no more a concoction" Nick ridiculed.  "well, I must confess that this meal is perfect. I have been eating banku and okro stew from different angles but this taste is different. You did a good job" Mary commended. "Anytime my dad comes around, he would wait till he eats from my kitchen" he disclosed. They talked about the food till they finished eating. Nick showed her around the house before dropping her at the door step of the Johnson's residence at quarter past seven.  Mary bumped into her father when she entered the hall. She hugged him and she was inquired where she was coming from.  "I was with my boyfriend who lives two streets away from here" she answered  "boyfriend?" Mr Johnson's face showed scepticism. "not what you are thinking daddy, he is a decent guy that you will be happy to meet" Marylin said softly.  "I trust you my angel. Anyway, I will be travelling with your mother to Dubai tomorrow for a business meeting. We would be back in a weeks time. Behave yourselves when we are away. Mary is aware already" "don't worry daddy, we will always be the good girls you have known us to be. Daddy please where is Mary"  She was told Mary was in her room and without wasting her father's time, she rushed to her twin sister's room. Mary was  sitting in front of her mirror crying. She was caught unaware. Marylin with much concern rushed to her sister's side. She asked her what the problem was. Mary lied. She told her sister that her tears was as a result of the trip their parent would be having. Marylin giggled.  "come on girl, don't behave like a kid. They are going for only a week and that should not be a problem. I am even happy they are traveling. We can have more fun"  Marylin wiped her sister's face and assured her she will always be by her side.  She went to shower when she realized Mary was calm. She joined her later and disclosed to her everything that Nick told her including the food he prepared. Mary pretended to be happy for her sister but she was boiling with jealousy within. She told Marylin she was feeling sleepy. Marylin left her room with a promise of telling her more of what went on between Nick and herself. She never saw the red signs.  Mary locked her door immediately her sister left the room. She paced about in the room trying hard to figure what she could do to have the young man for herself. An evil idea flashed through her mind and without thinking about the consequences, she picked her phone and dialed a number she had saved as "blow man" Blow man's husky voice was heard at the other side of the handset.  "hello good evening sir. My name is Mary. I have a job that goes with good money for you" Mary went straight to the point. Blow Man was a bit alarmed because being an assassin was a risky job and so he was a bit careful. "I don't speak too much on phone especially when I don't know how you got my number. Write the name of the person you want to assassinate on a piece of paper with the reason you want her dead and a picture of her. In the end, write your name and indicate that you want the victim in question dead. I may sound funny but I kill with a reason. This are my conditions. Call back if you are cool with it"  Being a professional assassin, he didn't need to be told his services were needed when someone calls his secret number.  Before Mary could utter a word, the line went dead. She paced in the room angrily.  "which kind of stupid assassin is this. You want me to what and what and what. This is total rubbish" Mary hissed angrily and went back to her bed. She decided to forget about Nick and move on with her life....  Is the assassin serious at all?  Do you think Mary can really forget about Nick and make her sister enjoy her relationship? episode 11 Mary's head ached badly as a result of evil thinking. She had her head in her palms when her mother enter her room.  "is anything the matter" Nana Adwoa asked her daughter with much concern. "my head aches badly" she replied Her mum had wanted to call the family doctor but Mary told her she needed only drugs. She was taken downstairs and was given some pain killers. She got better later.  During breakfast, Marylin won't shut up. She spoke about everything she saw in the house of Nick and his achievements. Her mother advised her to bring the young man home to greet them when they got back from the trip.  Mary and Marylin drove their parent to the airport and drove back to the house. They were happy the car was at their disposal. They could drive and had their driving license as well.  Marylin's phone rang when they were busy planning their week together. The call was from Nick. She placed the handset on loud speaker for Mary to hear what he had to say. She thought no evil for her sister. "hello pretty. How are you doing" Nick's gentlemanly voice was heard.  "well, I'm good by God's grace but we are hungry" Marylin said with a giggle  "tell me what you guys would eat so I can do express order for you" "Tilapia and Banku from Achimota Frankie's wouldn't be bad" Marylin answered. She wasn't really serious about the food  "it would be dropped twenty minutes later at your door step. By the way can I see you today after work? I really want to discuss some business issues with you" "don't worry, I will definitely be available. By the way what did you cook this dawn" "nothing. I will close early today so I can prepare some jollof for two beautiful lovers" Nick replied  "oh I see. Never knew you do orders too" "I do orders for special people like us" Nick said and they giggled. Marylin was so much in love with Nick. She promised to be present for the discussion in the evening. The call ended.  "girl, Nick is so into you. I can't wait to see his house that you always make a hullabaloo about" Mary said to her sister who was staring at her phone as if expecting the young man to call back.  "you are right. He mentioned jollof. How about we going to his house in the late afternoon to prepare it. That would be a surprise for him. What do you think" Marylin gasped.  "that would be awesome. I'm in girl. Mary said with enthusiasm.  Few minutes later, they heard the door bell and Mary attended to it. She opened the small gate and standing there was a man in Frankie's attire.  "good afternoon madam, please is this where I can locate princess Marylin?" the young man inquired  "I am the one" Mary replied.  The young man smiled and said  "a minute please".... He went to the van and brought some parcels indicating that they were from Nick. He made her sign a paper he had in his brief case. The young man entered the van and drove off. Mary just stared at the package in her hands and wished Nick was hers. She went back to the hall. She called out to Marylin and told her about the food. She was surprised about the delivery because she was only joking when she told him. She called and thanked him for the lunch. She decided to rebuke him later. They enjoyed the food. Later in the afternoon, the twins walked to Nicks residence since it wasn't far from theirs. Atongo got confused immediately he opened the gate to see Mary and Marylin. He wondered which one of them his master brought to the house. Marylin mentioned his name and he smiled. He allowed them in though Nick never mentioned to him that Marylin would be coming to the house in his absence. The ladies went to the house and Marylin took Mary around before they went to the kitchen for their mission. They prepared dinner and served it on the dinning table. Some minutes after, a car drove into the compound.  Atongo welcomed him but didn't disclosed anything to him. Marylin pleaded with him not to. Nick entered the hall only to be met by Mary who was coming from the dinning hall. He was surprised to see her but got closer and gave her a warm hug. Mary had wanted to tell him she wasn't Marylin but his arms were so strong. She felt very safe in his embrace. She welcomed him and rushed back to the kitchen. Mary and Marylin were in the same attire and hair style so it was difficult to identify them.  Nick out of curiosity went to the dinning hall to see what had been served. He opened the dishes and the aroma that hit his nose made his mouth watery. He went to the kitchen and saw the twins busily washing the plates. Their back was facing the door so non of them noticed his presence. Mary was thinking about the strong arms of Nick that was used to wrap around her. She still smelt his perfume. She was determined now to do whatever the assassin required of her to get rid of her sister so she could have Nicholas for herself. Nick cleared his throat and they both turned....  Don't you think Marylin should keep quiet at time? Hmmmmm To be continued tomorrow

episode 12 Marylin rushed to hug him almost knocking him off his feet. She was very delighted to see him.  "but I thought...." Nick had wanted to tell her he had already hugged her in the dinning hall but he was cut short by Marylin "don't worry and please don't be angry at us for intruding on your privacy. It won't happen again" Marylin said looking into his eyes. Mary just stared at them wondering if they knew she was in the building. "come on Pretty, I am not perturbed a bit knowing its you. If there's anyone to deal with, it's Atongo"  "you don't mean it. It was my fault and not his. He had wanted to call you when we arrived here but I pleaded with him not to because it was supposed to be a surprise, anyway Mary please let's go so we don't give Atongo any problem" Marylin said glancing at her sister.  Nick let out a loud giggle. He was only kidding. He made her understand that. They all giggled. He kissed Marylin's forehead and left the kitchen. Volumes of envy filled Mary's heart but she pretended to be cool. She smiled at her sister but deep within... Nick really enjoyed the meal. The ladies prepared the jollof the way he would have prepared it himself. He complimented them throughout the meal.  The ladies cleared the table after the meal. They cleaned the dishes and joined Nick in the main hall. The young man found no problem with discussing personal issues with Marylin whiles Mary her twin sister was around. Nick being reminded by Marylin of the discussion he told her earlier on the phone he would discuss with her told her he needed a personal secretary. Marylin suggested he placed an advertisement in the news papers as well as on social media.  "I thought of that but I realised there is only one special person that can fill that position and that is you Marylin. Since you hold a second degree in business administration, I think you are the perfect person" he said at last.  Marylin realised it was opportunity she must not let go.  Aside killing boredom, she would work with the one she loves and also earn money as well. She agreed to work with him without hesitating.  "you are hired. You can start work next week" Nick said to her. She was delighted  "oh dear, next week is too far. Today is Monday, At least let me start tomorrow" Mary pleaded "the ball is in your court. I will call a meeting tomorrow morning so I can introduce you to the staff of my company"  "no problem boss" Marylin said and Nick gave him a face that says "don't you dare call me boss. I'm still Nick" Marylin laughed out loud.  "Marylin, I am happy you have accepted the job offer. I would've slapped you in the face if you had rejected it" Mary added her voice "Mary lest I forget, there is an opportunity for you too. One of my accountants  will be going to school next two months. Can you take up the position" Nick realised they had left her out in the conversation. "I am very sorry Nick. I would've loved to work in the same firm with my sister but I will be starting work next week as an accountant in a different firm. I have gone for the the interview and everything is set. Marylin is aware of that. We both applied for the job but I was chosen" Mary disclosed. Marylin confirmed what her sister said.  "then this calls for a celebration" Nick said and rushed to the kitchen. He brought a bottle of champagne and three wine glasses. He popped the champagne and they had fun. He told Marylin they would visit his parent's during the weekend. Nick had wanted the twin's to sleep over at his end but they refused. He drove them to their door step, hugged and kissed Marylin good night and drove away. Mary went to her room and Marylin to hers.  Lying on her bed, Mary thought of Nick. How successful he was and how he loved Marylin. She just wished everything happening to her sister, was happening to her rather. She felt she had to do something fast before it was two late.  She thought she loved her sister until Nick came to the picture. She waited for an hour and making sure Marylin was asleep, she went to the study and did what was ordered her by the assassin.  She called Blow Man and told him her items were ready. Blow Man told her the amount he would take and she agreed to pay without negotiating. Money was not a problem because their parent gave them allowance every month which they never used.  As early as 6am, Marylin was prepared for her first day at work. Nick picked her from the house at 7:30am. They bid Mary good bye and drove off. This gave Mary the opportunity to materialized her plans. She called Blow Man whom she had never seen before and gave him directions to the house. Blow Man when he got to the address, surveyed the area before hitting the bell of the Johnson's residence. Mary came out to meet him. His height was that of Nick but fair in complexion. He had a cap on which hid his face. Mary couldn't see his face.  "is this where you want the operation to be carried out" Blow Man asked "no! You have to kidnap her in the night. Take her else where and then finish her. She is my twin sister so you have to be careful you don't kidnap me rather. You have no cause for alarm because it's only the two of us that are in the house now. My parents are on a business trip. They would be back on Monday so make sure the job is carried out this Friday night" Mary said trying to see the young man's face but he looked away immediately. She took her to Marylin's room. Telling him it was the same room the victim would be on Friday The young man took the envelope and part payment of the job and left the house immediately... episode 13 Marylin's first day at work was full of thrills. Nick ordered one of the personals to take Marylin to the factory. The young man took her round, telling her how things were done in the printing house. Marylin expected a factory of about twenty to thirty people as Nick had informed her on their way to the office but things were different. Going through the factory,  she counted over one hundred and fifty young men and ladies who were busy with their work. She tried her best to greet each one of them. The printing and cutting machines were uncountable. The factory was bigger than Nick had told her.  After what she termed as excursion to the factory, she was taken back to the administration block. The administration was a very spacious room that one can easily see what ever is going on even though it was divided into so many offices. They passed through the administration to the director's office. Nick was busily working on some files when they entered. The young man that took Marylin around excused himself and went back to his duty.  "what were your observations" Nick inquired without lifting his head.  Marylin stood at the same spot she was left not knowing what to say. Her respect for Nick grew stronger. She realised after all the achievements, he was very humble and not boastful of what he had acquired in life. One thing also was the fact that there were very pretty ladies in the company that he could take advantage of due to his handsomeness, money and achievements but never did so. She just imagined how he would command respect in the company.  Nick lifted his head wondering what was keeping the young lady from answering his question.  "I must confess that my respect for you has boosted. You told me the exact opposite of the company" Marylin replied.  Nick smiled and asked her to make herself comfortable. She sat and scanned the office. The office was one of the finest she had so far been to. She kept wondering what kind of man Nick was that wouldn't even mention his achievements to ladies.  "Marylin, don't be taking aback by this tiny company. People have bigger companies than this. I am sure you will collapse if Kwabena Duffour should take you round his companies. It will take you days" Nick said to the puzzled young lady.  "I am not surprised with the hugeness of the company. I know your vision is bigger than this. What I am puzzled about is how you carry yourself about as if you have nothing. Your humility amazes me" Marylin said to Nick's amazement.  "actually, I learnt from my father that there are two person's in this life. Those that 'have' and those that 'Actually have'. Those that 'have' don't have much but are very boastful. Such persons hardly receives from God and easily part with the little they have acquired... Those that 'actually have' are always silent. They have so much but hardly boast with it. Such persons believe that whatever they have acquired is from God and give back to society. It's always not about money. Knowledge, talents etc could all be included. Such persons always receives from God" Nick tutored  Marylin's jaw dropped. His words amazed her the more. Not only was he humble but also full of wisdom.  "I think I would've to make you my mentor" Marylin said at last and Nick giggled. The office phone rang. Nick answered it.  "we will be there in a minute" he said and placed the handset back to where he picked it. He told Marylin that the board of workers were ready to meet her. She shifted. Nick assured her not to worry because everyone in the company was very friendly. He took her to the board room. The room was very spacious with a very large round table with over thirty chairs. Twenty board members were in the room.  Nick sat in the director's seat. He made Marylin sit on a closer chair. He addressed the members and thanked them for their hard work and cooperation. He introduced Marylin to them as the secretary that would be assisting him in the office. In ten minutes, the meeting was over,   everyone greeted Marylin and welcomed her to the company. Because they knew who their boss was when it came to women, they read no meanings into his bringing someone to his office to assist him. Marylin had a great day in the office.  Nick dropped her at her door step after work. She ran to her sister's room and hugged her. She told her everything that went on in the office. Mary smiled and giggled all along. In her mind, her sister would soon be out of the way and she will take over from there.  ************************************************ Marylin called her sister Friday after work and pleaded with her to pick her up because Nick had travelled to Kumasi for a business summit. Mary, anticipating her sister's death, drove quickly to where her sister was standing. Marylin joined the car and Mary zoomed off. Mary's hands shook knowing her sister was going to be murdered that night. Sorrow and fear surged through her but the thought of Nick becoming hers urged her on. Just as she was negotiating a turn in a cool isolation area, a black van with tinted glass stopped in front of them making her hit hard on the breaks which made her car tyres screeched loudly. Two men in mask attacked them and whisked Marylin into the van and speed off. Everything happened so fast that Mary couldn't believe her eyes. She shook with horror, not for her sister's life but for her own. She picked her phone and dialed Blow Man's number.  " are you crazy? Is this how we planned things.  Were you not supposed to kidnap her in the house later in the night?" Mary blurted out when she heard Blow man's voice "come down lady, we are set to for the operation tonight. Everything will go the way you want it. Trust me" Blow Man assured Mary was more horrified than before knowing it wasn't Blow Man that had kidnapped her sister.  "are you saying you are not the one that just kidnapped her a while ago" she said without patience  "what are you saying girl. You are confusing me" Blow Man said still calm "some unknown identities just kidnapped your target a while ago. I'm very confused right now" She disclosed.  "young woman, if you think you can play pranks on me so to avoid the payment of the balance, then stand well because you won't have it easy with....." Mary angrily ended the call. She sat behind the steering wheel not knowing the story to tell. She decided to go to the police. That was the exact plan she plotted. Should Marylin had been kidnapped in their house, robbery and kidnap was what she plotted but since she was kidnapped on the streets, she decided to go with only kidnap.  She reported the matter to the Achimota police. She gave the police a vivid description of the van the men used in kidnapping her sister. Her parents were informed on phone. The police sensed she wasn't safe so they took her home and guarded the house with three armed police men. Blow Man and two boys with him surveyed the area at midnight. They left immediately they realised the house was being guarded by the police. Blow Man got very angry when he entered his room. He called Mary and ordered her to pay the balance within seventy two hours if she loved her life. Mary got so scared that she couldn't sleep the whole night. Informing the police too would be worse. In her mind, since Blow Man had not really carried out the operation, she won't pay the remaining balance.  Nick stopped in front of the Johnson's residence and hit his horn as usual. He was there to pick Marylin to the office. A police officer came out of the house and saw him standing behind the gate. Just as they were exchanging a few words, Mary came out of the house crying. She hugged Nick and disclosed to him what had happened.  "what!! What do you mean? How did it happened?" Nick asked almost in tears...

episode 14 Nick held his head in confusion. He starred at Mary expecting her to explain things to him but she was shedding tears. He understood her tears. She was the only sister she had. He hugged and consoled the wailing lady. He tried hard to suppress the feeling and tears that were try hard to find its way out. He called the office and informed them what had happened. He also told them he wouldn't be able to go to work.  "this wouldn't have happened if not for this stupid business summit I attended" he muttered painfully to himself trying to console Mary. He held her in his arms and took her to the hall. One of the police officers followed them inside. Nick was interrogated by the police man. He told them everything he knew about the missing young lady and pleaded with them to do what ever it would take to bring Marylin back home alive.  Sitting with Mary's head on his laps weeping, he remembered how fragile Marylin was. She couldn't even harm a fly so why would someone kidnap her. He was so lost in his mind that he couldn't see Mr Johnson and his wife, Nana Akosua entering the hall. The wails of Nana Akosua alerted him. Mary hugged her mother when she saw her.  Mr Johnson and his wife sat in the opposite sofa and desperately asked Mary what actually happened. She narrated to them what really happened. Mr Johnson starred at his daughter in confusion. In his fifteen years of importing car spare parts to the country, he had never had a problem with anyone. He just couldn't believe someone would do such a thing to his daughter. He inquired of the police if they had gotten any news. The answer was negative.  "Sir, I would advise we make announcements using the media" Nick said making Mr Johnson realising his presence.  "are you one of the CID's" Mr Johnson asked without looking at his direction. He was so engrossed in his mind.  "I am not one of the police. I am a Nick, I live around. Marylin is my best friend and worker" Nick replied.  Mr Johnson turned his attention on Nick "oh you are the young man Marylin rants about everyday" he said that on a lighter note  Nick saw no reason to giggle. He realised if Marylin wasn't found, it would be a very big blow to him. In the few weeks that he met her, he had become so fond of her that one could think he had known her for ages. She was the only lady that opened up his love life.  Just as the two men were discussing the media, one of the police officers entered the hall. He asked Mr Johnson if he was having issues with anyone. Mr Johnson answered negatively. The police officer suggested they wait for some hours to see if anyone would call and demand for a ransom. Nick wasn't happy with the suggestion but kept cool. The young man realised if he didn't take care, the kidnap would be linked to him. Marylin, being in his company for only four days was kidnapped. Isn't it obvious he could be linked? He thought hard. He bit his lips for not taking the young lady along when he was going for the business summit.  Mary's phone rang. She checked the screen and it was Blow Man calling. Not wanting to cause a scene and draw attention to herself, she silenced the call and placed the handset on her ear. She pretended to be talking to a friend and walked out of the hall to the kitchen. She answered the call this time.  "I will call your father and inform him about your evil intentions if after two hours, my money doesn't drop into my mobile money account" Blow Man dropped the call. Mary starred at the phone with shaky hands. She got so scared. She didn't want to pay the balance knowing the job was not done by him. More so, she wasn't sure whether her sister was alive or not. To save her face she decided to pay the balance. She put a jug of fruit juice and wine glasses on top of a trail and took it to the hall. She went to her room took the money and went outside to a mobile money vender and paid into Blow man's account.  Blow Man smiled when he received the money alert. He checked and everything was intact. He called Mary immediately and told her he had received the money "so you think I was not competent for the job right? After giving me the envelope containing your sister's details, you found yourself the right person for the job and sent them to steal the envelope from my room so they could finish the job while you pay them good money and avoid paying my balance... SMH! You are lucky you have paid my money" Blow Man said  "Jesus Christ! You mean to say someone stole the envelope from your room. How could you be so careless?" Mary screamed at him on the phone. Her hands and body trembled.  "hold it bitch! You are not only a murderer but a liar and pretender as well. I hope the assassins you hired later on, did a clean job" Blow Man said angrily and dropped the call. Mary stared at the phone in disbelief. She just couldn't believe her ears. Who could have stolen the envelope from Blow man's room. As hard as she tried, she couldn't figure out anything. She became so scared. She didn't know what to do.  All she prayed for was for the media to announced that a dead body of a young woman had been found.  Mary went back to the house looking scared. She just didn't understand what was going on.  That same day, Mr Johnson and his wife were invited by the police for some questioning. Nick went with them. He also had his share of the interrogation and questioning. Nick lost the appetite to eat the whole day. To him, a part of him was gone and until she was found, food was the last thing he would touch. Two days down the line, when there was no news, they resulted to the media. Effective announcements was made in the news papers, on radio stations and on television stations as well. Mr Johnson promised to give hundred thousand Ghana cedis to whoever would help in finding his daughter. Nick on the other hand added fifty thousand cedis making one hundred and fifty thousand Ghana cedis. Young men who heard the news were bewildered. Some days later, Mr Johnson was called by the police to go and identify a body of a young lady that was found dead somewhere in the city....  Is Marylin really murdered?  Who actually stole the envelope and why?  How did Mary got into contact with Blow Man?

episode 15 Mr Johnson and Nana Akosua in haste drove to the Achimota police station. Mary being left behind, called Nick on phone to informed him about the latest developments. Nick left the office and drove to the Johnson's residence. Mary joined him and he drove to the Achimota police station as well but unfortunately for them, a police officer had gone to the mortuary with the parent of the twins so they could identify the body. Nick bit his lips hard. He had no option than to find his way to the mortuary too. They were lucky this time when they got to the mortuary. Nick spotted Mr Johnson and his wife as well as the police officer standing beside Mr Johnson's car. Nick parked right beside Mr. Johnson's car and got down immediately. The look on their faces told him there was good and bad news. He joined them. Mary did same.  "I am a bit relieved knowing she isn't the one. Though I feel bad and sorry for the family of the young murdered lady. I have a feeling my daughter is alive" Mr Johnson said optimistically when Nick joined. Nick gave out a loud sigh of relief hearing it wasn't Marylin. Mary on the hand, was not comfortable at all. She heard clearly what the father said. She was nursing a feeling that someone somewhere was playing pranks on her knowing what she wanted to do to her twin sister. The idea made her shiver.  "if she is not dead like you are saying, why haven't we heard anything from her. What if whoever kidnapped her, used her body for rituals. Aoh! My daughter oooo" Nana Akosua wailed. Mr Johnson held her in his arms and consoled her. Mary pretended to be crying too. She got closed to Nick. What Nick hated in his life was seeing a lady cry. He held her and pulled her closer to his bosom and consoled her. Nick realised he was getting frustrated by the minute knowing there was no news about Marylin. He never saw himself shedding tears. His tears flowed involuntarily. Mr Johnson saw his tears and felt bad about the whole issue though he had doubts about him. His thoughts told him the young man was linked to the kidnap but analysing the events that surrounded his daughter's kidnap, he couldn't lay a finger on anything to hold the young man responsible.  "Nick, you have to hold yourself together. I am positive that Marylin will be found" Mr Johnson said tapping Nick's shoulders. Nick realised the tears. He took a handkerchief from his pocket and wiped his face, leaving no trace of tears.  Mr Johnson, his wife and the police entered their car feeling a bit relieved. They drove off leaving Nick and Mary. Mr Johnson stopped the car and parked by the roadside, a few meters away from the mortuary. He stared at the steering as if it had answers to his problems. Nana Akosua stared at her husband. "honey what is the problem. Why have you stopped here?" she asked in confusion.  The police officer just stared at them. "honey I seriously think Nick has a hand in my daughter's kidnap. He is only pretending to be innocent" Mr Johnson said with all seriousness  "oh gosh, how can you say such a thing about that honourable gentleman who seems to be hurt than us. For your information, I have done my own secret enquiries about the young man and what I found out was very amazing. His parents are rich but he doesn't depend on them. He has his own honorable business which you are very aware of. My instincts tells me he has no hands in it and I know you will bear me witness that my instincts are always right. Where my instincts are taking me to is very very dangerous. I am finding it hard to believe it. The young man is innocent. I can bet my life on that. So please get that idea off your head. I will willingly agree if Marylin is not found and he decides to marry Mary" Nana Akosua said. Mr Johnson was more confused than ever. Who was his wife's instincts suspecting that was dangerous. Could it be... He brushed the idea off. He had wanted to probed into his wife's instincts but stopped because of the police officer in the car. He started the ignition and drove off.  Nick hit the horn hard when he got to his parents residence. When Mr. Johnson left the mortuary with his wife and the police officer, Nick asked Mary to escort him to the residence of his parent which she gladly did.  The gate was opened ajar by the gate man. Nick drove into the compound and parked. Mary was thrilled with the beauty of the house when Nick opened the door for her to get down. He led her to the corridor. Mr and Mrs Parker met their son and her guest. They led them to the hall. They were welcomed. Though Mary had met Mr. and Mrs Parker before due to her sister's kidnap, she hasn't been to their residence before. The house told Mary that the Parker's were very rich and classy. The look on Nick's face told his parent he was still brooding over the missing lady.  "Mary don't worry okay, we are all praying for your twin sister. God will surely bring her home someday" Mrs Parker said to Mary after offering them drinks. She turned to her son "Nick, Nick, Nick, my only son. How long shall you continue in this misery. You are even lucky they are twins. If Marylin is gone, is Kakra not good enough for you. Mary has the same features as her sister so why are you doing this harm to yourself. See how you have grown lean this few days" Mrs Parker seemed not happy at all.  "mummy,  you don't understand. Mary is equally good as her sister but Marylin is the woman that broke my defenses. She is the first woman I loved and it will be very difficult for me to love another woman in her absence. I would prefer remaining single for the rest of my life" Nick said to the hearing of everyone. Mrs Parker just stared at her son not knowing what to say again. Mary was hurt by Nick's words but consoled herself with the fact that Nick's mother want her. She vowed in her heart to do whatever it takes to change Nick's mentality.  Mr. Parker just stared on. His son's issue made him remember his own ordeal when he met his wife in Senior High School. He decided to use that as an opportunity to speak to his son in private. Nick's two sisters entered the hall. Seeing Nick, they rushed to his side and showed how much they had missed him. Anita Parker being her final year in the university and Benedicta Parker being in her first year, the older Parker's decided not to involve them in the issue at hand, making them ignorant of what was going on...

episode 16 Mr Johnson dropped the police officer at the Achimota police station and drove back to the house feeling a little relieved, knowing it wasn't his beloved daughter that was murdered. He sat behind the steering with his head on the steering thinking hard what to do. He had consulted most of his business partners but non had a clue to what was going on. He lifted his head and turned to face his wife. "honey, who is your instincts telling you has a hand in the kidnap" he asked "my dear, I know you won't be happy about this but I suspect your mother" she replied. Mr Johnson's mood changed instantly. He knew how his mother maltreated his wife when she wasn't given birth. Every mother would do that. The woman has changed for good since the kids were born so why was his wife insinuating that his mother had a hand in the kidnap. "honey, for the first time, I will disagree with your instincts. How can you think of such a thing?" he frowned "don't get me wrong. Don't forget your mother wants the girls to spend some time with her but you know these girls want to be on their own. I'm not saying she has evil intentions" she explained "you have a point but for her to kidnap Marylin just because she wants her to spend time with her doesn't really make sense. I didn't want to involve her but we are travelling to Mankessim tomorrow, God willing to see if Marylin is indeed with her. From there we will go to your parents also. It's high time we made them know what is going on" Mr Johnson said looking away. "we should have done this long ago. It's not too late though" Nana Akosua gave in her concern. They got out of the car and entered the house. Anita nearly got out of her skin when she spotted Mary in the room. She trembled but tried to control herself. Mrs Parker noticed a changed in her daughter and asked what the problem was. She told her nothing was wrong. Anita excused herself and went to her room. Benedicta was all over Nick and Mary. She asked so many questions. Mr Parker stood up and asked his son to join him under the summer hut on top of the building. Anytime Mr Parker ask Nick to see him under the summer hut, the young man knew it was serious matter. A minute after his father had left, he pleaded with Benedicta to have fun with Mary and left to the roof top. Mrs Parker went to the kitchen to prepare lunch. Leaving Mary and Benedicta who were getting along very well. Anita held her head in total confusion. She just couldn't believe it. Everything looked like a movie to her. "so all this was happening in my family?" she muttered under her breath. She paced about in the room thinking hard what to do. Her biology lecturer warned her not to tell anyone about the secret she told her. When she first heard the story, she thought it was one of those Nigerian movies which she had watched. The the older woman proceeded to show her some documents pertaining the story which bewildered her. "oh Lord, what should I do, what should I do.... " She kept repeating the words to herself. On the roof top, under the summer hut, was Mr. Parker and his son. Nick had his jaw dropped when he heard his father's love story for the first time. He was overwhelmed by what the father told him. According to Mr Parker, he met Angela, now Mrs Parker when they were in their final year in Senior High School. Angela was from a rich home and he was from the opposite. Angela's parent's were cool with the friendship because he was very intelligent and assisted Angela Academically. Things changed when they completed Senior High School. Angela's father called Eric, now Mr Parker and gave him an envelop containing money. Angela's father told him it was a pay for being an aide to his daughter. Eric politely rejected the money. He explained to Angela's father that he assisted his daughter because of friendship. The man got furious and told him plainly that he was from a poor home and can not have anything to do with the rich. Eric understood what he meant. He decided not to go to the house again but kept meeting Angela at a hide out. Angela's father got to know they were still meeting. He made Angela call Eric to the house and told him he would assist him financially. Eric believed him without using his head. He was later arrested by the police when he got home. His father didn't understand what was going on. The police officers told him his son had stolen jewelry. Eric's father asked him about the jewelry but the young man knowing he hasn't taken anything from Angela's house, denied the allegations. episode 17 Anita wanting to be sure it was the same lady she saw, walked slowly to the hall. Benedicta and Mary were chatting heartily. She took the opportunity and took a closer look at her. She was amazed at how she was interacting with her sister as if nothing had happened. "Benedicta where is mummy" she asked when she got closer to them. "she is in the kitchen" Benedicta said without looking up. Anita walked to the kitchen expecting to find her mother there so she could explain her what was going on in the house. episode 18 Blood sisters continues Mr Johnson and his wife disclosed their trip to Mary. She had wanted to go with them but they asked her to stay behind and attend to the police in case they needed something. She was in a state of dilemma and wished to go with them to see whether her sister was with their grandparents or not but as it stood, she had no option than to do what her parent said. Early the following day, Mr Johnson and his wife left the house. Mary took the opportunity to solve the mystery they all find themselves in. She chattered a taxi to her friend's house. "all you know is calling me on phone. You have never bordered to come to the house to see how things are going. What kind of friend are you" Mary attacked McKenzie immediately she opened the gate. episode 19 Wonderful memories of Maame Juliet flooded Nana Akosua's mind. Though the older woman was rude, unkind and disrespectful to her when she wasn't bringing forth a child, she was very friendly in the early days of her union with her son. episode 23 At the police station, Blow Man made a call to his uncle and within a few minutes, the Inspector General of Police arrived at the station. He was informed about what had happened. He took the police officer in charge of the case to his car and gave him some money. He warned him not to let anyone know about what had happened if he loved his job. The IGP took Blow Man and the lady that was kidnapped to his house. It was there Blow got to know the young lady was not Marylin. He pleaded with her and lied to his uncle that his girlfriend stole a huge sum of money from his room belonging to someone and bolted with it. According to him, someone gave him a hint that the girlfriend had disguised herself and was hiding on the university campus. That is why he tried to take a revenge on her but unfortunately for him, he got the wrong person. The I. G. P pleaded with the young lady and promised to take her out of the country so she could continue her education. Being from a poor home, she decided to keep mute and be on the side of Blow Man and his uncle. Their offer was better than that of her earlier masters. The I. G. P gave her a huge sum of money and told her to make everyone believe that Blow Man was her boyfriend. They only had an issue and he punished her. It was nothing serious. Lucky for Anita, McKenzie and the lecturer, she didn't disclose anything to Blow Man. The lecturer, McKenzie and Anita got to the police station a few minutes later. They were informed that nothing had happened. The lecturer tried to explain what happened to them but the officers had non of that. They were ordered to leave the station if they didn't want to be put behind bars. The three ladies left the station not too happy about the development. Anita and the lecturer understood why McKenzie advised them not to involve the police. They were a bunch of corrupt people. Anita promised to do whatever it took to get Blow Man and Mary behind bars. The lecturer looking at the turn of events and being scared for her life, she told the young ladies that she was no longer interested in the matter. Anita pleaded but she still stood on her grounds. Having no option, the two ladies understood her and let her go. The issue died down slowly. The lady Blow Man kidnapped was flown to the States to continue her education. Blow Man knowing that some people knew about him, decided to dive into the matter and eliminate all of them. Anita and McKenzie drove to the hide out of Marylin and promised her they would do everything to make her happy and reunite with her family without being scared for her life. McKenzie dropped Anita in school and drove home. The more she thought about the issue, the more she felt they were losing hold of it and in no time, she was sure Blow Man would find out she was the one that stole the envelope, containing Marylin's details from his room. She knew if she doesn't play her cards well, Mary would turn the table on her and would let everyone believe that she kidnapped her sister and not wanting to be in trouble with the police, created the documents to pin her down. McKenzie thought of flying Marylin out of the country for the mean time but she rescinded the decision. The only hope she had was Anita who had promised to do whatever it takes to see Blow Man and Mary behind bars Anita went home two weeks after the incident to see her father. She explained everything to her father but eliminated Mary and Marylin out of the story and put in a friend. She told her father how the case was treated by the police and how the other ladies involved were stranded. Mr Parker got interested in the issue. Being a friend of the minister of interior, he visited him in his house to inform him what the Legon police had done. The minister promised to dive into the matter. Mary was overjoyed when Nick told her everything was set for their marriage ceremony. She was happy things were working the way she wanted it. The only problem that bordered her was her sister who Blow Man had confessed to her that the lady he kidnapped was the wrong person. She wondered what was going on. To be continued tomorrow

episode 24 Atongo sat in his security room with mixed feelings. Looking at the way things were going in the house, he realised in no time, he would be sent packing. He bit his lips hard and cursed himself for giving praises to God for giving his master a good woman. He remembered how humble and respectful Marylin was the very first time Nick brought her to the house. He loved everything about her but things changed ever since she moved in to the house. She was very good to him whenever Nick was around but things changed when Nick was in the office. He would be shouted at and insulted by the lady he called his Master's wife to be. He realised something was not right somewhere. He tried to find out from his master. "Shai, this woman want make I leave this house but na lie. I go show am say na north I dey come from. I no go sit down for this small girl come sack me for this sweet house. I for go see Baba Tunde. This girl no go sack me for this house. It no go happen" He heard a horn outside the gate as he was brooding over the issue. He rushed to open the gate and it was his master. Nick drove into the compound. Atongo got closer to his car "Welcome sa! How na your day?" he asked in his own English. "it was normal though very hectic" Nick replied. "sa!, I beg ooo make you nor vex for my question. Oga I beg, you sure say Ibi the madam you first bring for this house come dey the house now?" Atongo asked being a bit careful. Nick understood Atongo's question. He was asking him if it was the same woman he earlier brought to the house that had come to stay with them. The question baffled Nick in a way. He didn't understand why his gate man was asking the question. "Atongo, I am not angry with you for asking. Anyway the lady I brought here for the first time was called Marylin. She was kidnapped six month ago and God being so good, he has giving me her twin sister in replacement. She is as good as Marylin. I am sure you can testify that, since she is living with us here. Sorry I didn't inform you earlier. By the way she is two months pregnant and we are preparing for the marriage ceremony" Nick replied. "sa! So you want talk say Ino be am? I.... " a car horn was heard outside, interrupting Atongo. He knew who it was. He sluggishly went to the gate and opened it. Mary had wanted to scream at him for making her horn three times before opening the gate but she pretended to be cool when she spotted Nick in the house. She drove in and parked. She got down and hugged Nick. Atongo went back to the security room. He peeped at them. Knowing it wasn't Marylin, he decided to dive into the matter spiritually to know how and why the first lady was kidnapped. "honey, I have told you to quit your job and stay in the house. We have everything at our disposal so what and why are you still stressing yourself with work. I want you to come and work at my office where you will not be too stressed with work but you have refused. Honey, if you harm junior, I won't be cool with you" Nick disclosed his displeasure. "my love, junior won't be harmed if I work hard. He would be harmed if I rather become idle and lazy. I have to make him strong by being active. Talking about working with you, I don't want to disappoint my current employer by slamming his face with a resignation letter just after two months of being employed. I don't think you would be happy if someone does that to you. I will join you after my delivery" she explained and assured as well. "you have a point but please don't stress yourself too much. You know I love you so much. I don't want to lose you" Nick held her hand and they walked into the house. Atongo went to see his Mallam friend known as Baba Tunde after his master and his wife had left for work the following day. Baba Tunde was a spiritual herbalist. He did it in a professional way in his house. Atongo disclosed his mission to Baba Tunde and the the forty five year old man smiled to himself. He assured Atongo that all the answers he was seeking for would be answered. Baba Tunde did some chanting and something appeared on a mirror hanging on the wall in his consultation room. Everything that happened was revealed to him. Including what the lecturer, Anita and McKenzie were doing to help Marylin. Marylin's hide out was also revealed to him. Atongo shook his head in disbelief. Out of annoyance, he asked Baba Tunde to terminate Mary's pregnancy. He understood everything he saw on the screen. The people vanished from the mirror. Atongo gave Baba Tunde a token which he almost refused because they were childhood friends from their village. Atongo went home knowing exactly what to do. He was determined to protect his job, his Master's life and happiness as well. Mary was haven a chat with her boss when she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She screamed and the boss sensing danger, called for help. Car was prepared and Mary was rushed to the nearest hospital. Her body was soiled with blood when they got to the hospital. She was examined and treated. Nick was called and he drove to the hospital as quickly as he can. He was told his wife had lost her baby through miscarriage. Nick blamed her for what had happened. She was discharged the following day. During the weekend, Atongo pleaded with his master to take him to a place he want to show him. Nick was reluctant because of the lost of his unborn child. He later agreed to go with Atongo when he kept persisting. Nick wondered what he was going to do in that cheap hostel in that slum. Nick drove whiles Atongo gave directions. They got to a hostel with the name 'Nipa Hia Mua hostels'. He parked and asked Atongo what they were there for. Atongo lead him inside the hostel. They climbed the stair case to the third floor, greeting whoever they met. Atongo said nothing to his boss. Nick was in a state of confusion. They got to a door and Atongo stopped. Nick did same. Atongo knocked three times. The door opened and the person that stood at the entrance surprised Nick. His jaw dropped. His confusion worsened. All Atongo did was smile whiles his boss wallowed in confusion...

episode 25 Marylin tried to close the door but Nick blocked it with is right foot. He pushed the door opened. They entered and Marylin cried her heart out. The tears flowed involuntarily. Tears that had welled up knowing her own blood sisters wanted her murdered as well as her lover cheated on her with that same sister. "Nick, you could have waited. Even if you would go in for another lady, why must you go in for my twin sister. How could you Nick, how could you" Marylin said amidst tears. "I... I... You have every right to blame me. I know it was so wrong of me to do that but knowing how wonderful you were to me, I decided to replace you with your sister. I know she is as good as you are" Nick said with his voice breaking. There were so many questions going on in his mind that he wanted to ask. He got closer to Marylin and tried to hold her but she pushed him away and asked them to get out of the room. Atongo knelt down and pleaded for his master but the young lady had non of it. She screamed at them and Nick and Atongo realising she was in no mood to talk to them, walked out of the room. Nick was looking confused than ever. He needed serious answers to what was going on... Since it was a Saturday, Mary decided to visit their friend McKenzie at her house. McKenzie was preparing food in the kitchen when she heard a car horn outside. Her house was a two bedroom apartment with a compound that can contain three cars. She had no gate man or house maid. She walked to the gate and opened it knowing who it was. McKenzie hugged Mary when she parked the car and got down. Her moody expression told McKenzie there was a problem. "what is wrong dear. Why are you like this?" McKenzie asked leading her to the hall. Mary made herself comfortable in one of the two in one sofas in the room. McKenzie went to the kitchen and brought her some fruit juice to calm her down. McKenzie went back to the kitchen to complete the cooking. She came to join her friend after cooking. "McKenzie, I have lost the baby. I don't know what happened but the baby is gone" Mary cried out the words. McKenzie sat next to her and pretended to be sorry for her. She consoled her and tried calming her nerves. "it has already happened. God has a reason why it happened. What if you lost your life instead of the baby. Let's give thanks to God for protecting your life. Please put yourself together. Another one will come and this time, you will give birth" McKenzie assured her. McKenzie's phone rang. She took it from where it was being charged. She checked the screen and it was the number she purchased for Marylin. To avoid suspicion, she picked the call "hello dear how are you doing" McKenzie said. "McKenzie, no need for formalities. Nick was here ten minutes ago. I don't know how he got to know I am here. Please come here immediately and let's plan something. I'm in serious danger. I am sure my sister would get to know" Marylin said into McKenzie's ears. McKenzie frowned knowing they were all in danger. The young man that was after Marylin's life was walking in town freely because of corruption. McKenzie shivered. "what is wrong dear" Mary asked when she noticed her friend was shivering. "Mary, I have to go and see my guy now. He needs my help this very minute" McKenzie said still shivering. "you never told me you have been taken after breaking up with Ben. Who is this lucky young man" Mary asked ignoring the seriousness in her friend's voice. "I am sorry for not telling you but I don't have time right now. Please wait for me here. I will explain things to you when I am back. Can I use your car? My car is not in good condition" McKenzie lied to her. She wanted to prevent her from going home to be informed about her sister's where about. Mary reluctantly agreed to wait for her and before Mary could make any conditions, McKenzie was gone. Marylin had gathered a few things ready to move out of the hostel when McKenzie entered the room. The question they kept asking each other was "how did Nick got to know where she was" The two ladies were sure in no time, the real kidnappers would soon knock on the door. "Mary is not home so calm down. She is in my house right now. Let's find a way to let Nick know what is going on before Mary gets to the house." McKenzie said to her After Atongo had finished disclosing everything he knew was going by kind courtesy of Baba Tunde, Nick received the shock of his life. He never imagined Mary could do such a thing. He realised Marylin and the other ladies who he doesn't know, were in trouble. His phone rang. It was a strange number. He answered and the voice at the other end was in tears. She introduced herself to him as McKenzie. "Are you one of the ladies assisting Marylin?" Nick inquired to the surprise of McKenzie. She replied positively and Nick told her not to worry because he knew everything that was going on. McKenzie gave a loud sigh of relief though wondering how Nick was able to get that sacred information. McKenzie advised him not to do anything that would make Mary suspicious. Nick found it difficult to live in the same house with Mary but he promised to try his best. He planned to meet all three ladies involved.

episode 26 The Interior Minister after being abreast on the happenings in the police force, set invisible spy's to investigate the matter at hand. A week later, the spy's walked to his office and handed to him the report of their investigations. He went through and frowned at what they gathered. He faxed the information to the minister of defense. The inspector general of police was served a suspension letter. In the suspension letter, it was stated clearly what he had done. He was very very shocked because he never expected that to happen. In his mind, he had covered every loop hole. The letter dawned on him. Nick met the three ladies and to his amazement, his sister was included. He became very annoyed with Anita for not letting him know what was going on. The young lady made his brother understood that she gave him the red signs but he ignored. Marylin inquired of Nick, how he got to know about the secret. He explained that it was his gate man that disclosed to him everything. The ladies wondered how the gate man got to know everything and why he decided to dive into the matter. They decided to find out from him someday when the boiling waters calmed. Nick realising Mary was a hard nut to crack, decided to carry on with the marriage ceremony which was in a months time. They all agreed to that because that was their only way to be ahead of the game. Unknown to them, Nick had his own plans. Nick returned from work two weeks to the marriage ceremony to inform Mary that they had to postponed the marriage because he was going for a business trip. Mary tried to convince him to let the ceremony take place before going for the trip but he gave her reasons that made her understand him. The two families were contacted and the ceremony was postponed. Nick traveled. He did so just to avoid the young lady. Anytime he saw her, he felt like strangling her to death but to avoid that, he planned the journey. He went to live with Marylin at the hostel. Marylin was very happy to reunite with the man she loved. Nick on the other hand was overjoyed being with the woman that broke his defenses. They never had any intimacy though. Blow Man contacted Mary and informed her he knew who stole the letter from his room. He asked her if he knew anybody by the name McKenzie. Mary confirmed that McKenzie was their best friend. He disclosed to her that she stole the letter from his room. He was sure about that. Mary was confused about the whole thing. He asked him how he got into contact with her. Blow Man disclosed himself to Mary as Ben. Mary was shocked to hear that. According to Blow Man, he was Ben but McKenzie never knew him as Blow Man. Non of her friend's knew though they always asked for his services. He lived two lives. "so what are you doing about it. Please do something about it before it's too late" Mary said anxiously on the phone. "relax girl, I am more anxious than you are. It's quite unfortunate I have to murder her to avoid more troubles. I am sure she knows your sister's where about. In fact I am positive she framed Marylin's kidnap" Blow Man told her "But how did she get to know about the envelope" Mary inquired. "there is no time for so many questions, I have to go now" the line went dead. Mary became shocked and worried at the same time. McKenzie had not behaved in any suspicious way and that surprised her the more. Her mind went back to a conversation she had with McKenzie in the early days of Marylin's kidnap. She remembered McKenzie telling her Ben had a hidden secret. Her face went pale knowing her cup was full. What still amazed her was how McKenzie got to the letter because he remembered Blow Man said he kept it in a place that was difficult for someone to get to it. Her head ached badly. She went to the washroom and splashed water on her face. Unknown to McKenzie, Nick had deployed six police men with weapons to guard her secretly till the whole issue was over. He did same to his sister and same to Marylin. Nick returned from his proposed trip and started their marriage plans knowing what he had planned with the police force. He prayed his plans doesn't fail. Anita contacted her father to find out how things were going concerning the issue she told him sometime ago. Mr Parker told her the minister had deployed men to look into the matter. The suspension of the inspector general of police was unknown to the public. The minister did so because he didn't want the media to interfere with investigations. He also didn't want to disgrace the IGP. McKenzie entered the hall after parking her car. She was exhausted from the days activities. He sat in the sofa to relax. Blow Man emerged from her bedroom laughing out loud. McKenzie became scared. "Ben, ho...ho... how did you get into my house. I thought i secured the place before going to work" McKenzie stammered "why are you scared to See Me. Should a thief be scared to see a thief" Blow Man asked still smiling "Ben what are you talking about. Can you go straight to the point" McKenzie said thinking of what to do to save herself from him Blow Man sat close to her and pulled out a knife. "where is the envelope you stole from my room the very reason you told me it was over between us. If you lie to me now, I will slit your throat. I guess you know I am an assassin so killing you won't be a big deal" Blow Man said touching her breast with the knife. "I am sorry Ben, I took it from your room. Please don't harm me. I promise to give it to you" McKenzie pleaded "shut the hell up! You took it for a reason and I am sure it has gone viral Now. Spearing your life is the last thing in my head now. I will kill you slowly. I want you to feel pain in your body before you die. The first thing I will cut from your body is your right ear then the left. I will make sure you don't die quick. I want to see you in agony" Blow Man smiled mischievously He dragged McKenzie to the bedroom and locked it.

episode 27 Blow Man ordered McKenzie to sit at the edge of the bed. He leaned on the opposite wall with his back. He faced McKenzie, watching her every move. "if you try anything silly, I will blow your head off. If you love your life, just comply with whatever I will order you to do. Now, I want you to humbly bring out the envelope" He ordered. McKenzie with shaky hands lifted the mattress and brought out the brown envelope. Blow Man wanting to be sure of its content, tore the lid and emptied it's contents on the floor. Everything was intact. "well, well, well, I guess you know whatever is written here. But I will give you the opportunity to know it's contents once again before wasting you" fear gripped McKenzie. She prayed help would come from somewhere. She prayed someone would knock at the door. She had her phone in her right hand recording everything the young man was saying. "My name is Mary Johnson. I want you to assassinate my twin sister. Her name is Marylin Johnson. My reason is simple. She has snatched my guy from me. I tried all I could to let her see reason but she never listened. She leaves me with no option than to eliminate her from the way because my guy is now into her. Blow Man, I trust you can do a clean job. I don't want any shabbily done job that will leave traces. Kidnap her at midnight from the Johnson's residence and take her to wherever you want to assassinate her. Attached to this letter is half of the amount you requested for. I will drop the balance into your mobile money account when the job is neatly done. Signed by Mary Johnson..... This is exactly what Mary Johnson wants me to do. When I get you out of the way, I will surely get to Marylin and all those involved. Now tell me. How did you manage to kidnap Marylin on that Friday evening. If you fumble or shout for help. By the time help comes, you will be dead and I would be gone" Blow smiled mischievously. McKenzie was more terrified than ever. She kept praying for God to intervene on her behalf. How she met Blow Man whom she know as Ben flooded her memory. McKenzie was busy going through the list of students that had qualified for graduation. She spotted her name in the list of student's that had first class. She jumped with joy and pumped into Ben, stepping on his toe. McKenzie apologised to him for the mess. Ben got injured because of the heels McKenzie was wearing. She tried to take him to the university hospital but the young man refused saying he would be fine. They exchanged contacts, became friends and later started dating. McKenzie got to know that Ben was in the school to visit his younger brother when the incident happened. She never knew he was the same person the ladies in the school hired when they were bullied. He never showed his identity whenever he was contacted for a job. "what the hell are you waiting for. How did you managed to kidnap Marylin. Don't make me angry" Blow Man screamed at her. 'when I... I... I when I visited you the last time and saw the envelope in your wardrobe, I became curious and took it. I hid in the washroom and realising its contents, I became alarmed and scared at the same time. I stole it. I called two of my lady friend's and we planned the kidnap. I called Marylin on that Friday morning to find out how she would be transported back home after work. She disclosed that since her boss who drops her at home had travelled, she would let her sister pick her after work. Being abreast with the information, we made our move being dressed like men" McKenzie disclosed Blow Man clapped his hands for her. "wow, you are such genius. You put your life in that risk just to save a friend? Are you this stupid? Anyway I am the guy that you and your friends hired for your dirty jobs. Who are those stupid ladies you did the kidnap with. Are they always aware of the letter? I want a list of all the people that are aware of this letter. I will hunt them down after I am done with you" Blow Man said this time very angry. "please don't harm them even if you will harm me. Actually they know nothing about the letter. It's only Marylin and myself that knows about this letter" McKenzie pleaded "liar!!! Do you think I am as dumb as you are? Better voice out before I finish you" he yelled in anger. They heard a knock on the door. Blow Man put his finger on his lips as a warning to McKenzie to shut the hell up. "who the fuck are you expecting?" he asked whispering "I am expecting a police friend" she lied boldly. She wasn't sure who it was. Uncertainty was written all over Blow man's face. Blow Man slit her throat with the knife he had in his hand. He grabbed the envelope and jumped the window. It was the same route he used to enter the room. McKenzie laid helplessly on the bed with blood oozing slowly from her throat. The person knocking pushed the door open when there was no response. A police officer entered. He became alarmed when he saw the young lady lying on her bed in a pool of blood.....

episode 29 The Police officer alerted his colleagues using his walkie talkie. Five police men walked into the room in haste. One of them made a call. One of the officer's took a bed spread and tore a piece of it. He rapped it around her neck and in a short time, an ambulance arrived in the house. First aid was administered on her and she was taken away. One of the police officer saw her phone. He realised the screen was on. He checked and realised she was recording something. The officer saves the recording. They searched the house but Blow Man was gone. The phone was sent to the CID head office for investigation. They listened to the conversation and realised the young lady would be in more danger if she survived. Police without uniforms were sent to the hospital to guard the place and arrest whoever was found suspicious. Nick was discussing with Mary, how the traditional marriage would go when his phone rang. He answered it and it was one of the police officer's at McKenzie's home. He informed him what had happened. Nick asked if the culprit was caught. The police officer told him the culprit was still unknown but there was a recording. Mary asked Nick what the problem was after the call but he told her not to worry. Sensing his sister's life was in danger, he picked his car keys and drove to the university campus to meet the six police officers protecting her. He inquired from them if they had heard what happened to the other lady. They confirmed that they have heard and were very alert. Nick called Anita and the young lady joined her brother in his car. The look on his face told her all was not well. She queried him about what was disturbing him. "McKenzie has been attacked and according to what I have heard, she is in a critical condition. I am yet to see her" he said alarming Anita. The young lady shivered knowing what that meant. Whoever attacked McKenzie was sure to attack her too. "you don't have to be scared. I have got your back" Nick held her right hand as a sign of making her feel secured. The look on Anita's face told him she was scared to the tooth. He did all he could to calm her down. "can we go to the hospital now and check on her?" Anita asked looking worried. "it's not advisable to be seen there. I am sure whoever did the attack is lurking around looking for those involved in assisting Marylin. I will go to the hospital and see if she is responding to treatments. I will later go to the CID Head office to find out what the recording was about. I promise to keep you informed" he assured. Anita got down from the car and out of fear, rushed to the hostel. The police officers were spying her. Nick drove to the hospital to find out how McKenzie was doing but he wasn't allowed to see her. He was told it was an order from the police. He bit his lips hard. He left the hospital and drove to the CID head quarters. He disclosed his identity but no information was given to him. He felt very devastated. He needed information on what was going on so he could also act. His sister and Marylin's life were in danger. Standing beside his car, looking very confused, Mr and Mrs Johnson drove in. They spotted Nick and asked him what was going on. He told them the police had not disclosed any information to him. He also asked them what they were doing there and they disclosed that they were called to confirm something. Nick went in with them. An officer took them to his office and played the audio to them. Nana Akosua held her head in shock. She couldn't believe her ears. Mr Johnson was dumbfounded. Nick pretended it was his first time hearing it. He displayed a shocked face. Mr Johnson confirmed that the twins were his daughter. Just then, a man and a woman walked to the office. The woman was wailing and screaming McKenzie's name. Nick and everyone realised that was McKenzie's parents. The officer gave them a seat and asked them who they were though it was obvious. The new comers introduced themselves as McKenzie's parents. The officer advised them to calm down. Mr Johnson just couldn't believe everything that was happening around them. He was haven friend's but knew for sure that non of them would lay down their lives for him should the need arise. He was so eager to see McKenzie's face. "we are sorry madam and Mr. I sincerely apologize for what has happened. Your daughter laid her life for our daughter. We don't know what to do to show how much we appreciate her" Mr Johnson heard Nana Akosua say to McKenzie's parent. The police officer played the audio to them as well. McKenzie's mother wailed the more knowing what her daughter has put herself into. "madam and Mr, your daughter in the hospital is in a critical condition. Her life is in danger as well because the guy is not known and he is walking around. We will advise that nobody should visit her in the hospital. I can't confirm if she would survive but We have everything in place for her welfare. If you visit her at this crucial moment, you are putting your lives in danger. As you all heard, the guy said clearly that he would hunt down whoever was involved in the saga. I know it is very difficult but please stay away from the hospital for now. Investigation is still on going. The culprit would be brought to books soon" the officer explained as well as advising them. McKenzie's mother in particular was not so happy about what was going on. She just want to see how her daughter's health was. Three police officers were ordered to go and arrest Mary. Mr and Mrs Johnson had no option knowing who their daughter was. The police officer in charge of operations at the Legon Police station heard the news some hours later. He drove to the headquarters and informed the officer in charge of the case that he knew who the young man was and disclosed his identity. The officer explained to his boss why the IGP was suspended from his post. They plotted a plan to grab Blow Man knowing the number of ladies, who's lives were in danger if the guy was left walking on the streets..... episode 29 Mary not knowing what was going on, inquired from the police what her crime was. She was ordered to keep mute because whatever she would say could be used against him in the court of law. Mr and Mrs Johnson drove to the Achimota police station from the CID headquarters. Mary was behind bars when they got there. She asked her parent what the problem was and Mr Johnson shook his head. Nick was with them. Nana Akosua asked her daughter why she wanted her sister dead. She pretended not to know what what her mother said. Her father told her everything. Her countenance fell. She knew her cup was full and expected to be exposed but never knew it was this soon. She cried and shook with fear. She apologized to her parent and Nick for her evil act. Mr Johnson told her to prepare to rot in jail. He stormed out of the station with Nana Akosua and Nick running after him and pleading on her behalf. At the hospital, in the ward that McKenzie was receiving treatments, Doctors and nurses were busily working on her to make her survive. They did all they could to bring her back to life. The cut was deep but lucky for her, the pharynx wasn't affected by the cut. She was put on life support devices in the hospital. Two days later, she moved a limb. She opened her eyes and saw a nurse checking up on her. The nurse saw her moving limbs. She rushed to the doctors office to inform him. The doctor rushed to the ward immediately. McKenzie was wide awake. She signal to the doctor to come close to her. She whispered something to the doctor when he lowered himself. The doctor left the ward and herded for his office. He went out to speak to one of the officer's who were guarding the place. He went back to the ward and assured her everything would be alright. Meanwhile, the investigator in charge of the case had given an order to the national television to ran a news item on their channel showing to the public that McKenzie was alive and kicking. They were ordered to disclose the name of the hospital and ward to the public. The police notified the media immediately they received news that the young lady had gained consciousness. The assigned media throng into the hospital. They took footage of the lady in question and used it for the mid day news. The police beefed up security in the hospital after the news was telecasted. They knew what they were about. McKenzie's parent queried the police about the news but they were advised to calm down. A few minutes after the media left, Marylin was brought to the hospital with police escort. It was McKenzie's request to see Marylin. Marylin knelt down beside her friend's bed and wept bitterly. Her friend had laid down her life for her and she was so grateful to her. McKenzie advised Marylin not to cry because it made her sad and that was not good for her health. McKenzie disclosed to Marylin everything she wanted to know. Marylin cried the more. Marylin cast her mind back to the night that the kidnap took place. She was scared to death when the men in mask grabbed her from the salon car she was with her sister and took her to the van. First person removed the mask from the face and Marylin realised she was a lady. The second did same and it was McKenzie. The ladies giggled saying the fright on her face. McKenzie advised her to calm down. She was taken to the university campus to meet the lecturer who handed to her the envelope. Marylin brought out the content. Her hands shook as she read the content. She stared at their faces in confusion. She needed serious answers to it. She asked her friends how they got hold of the information but all they said was her life was in danger if she goes back to the house. She agreed to that, and they decided she would stayed with the lecturer. Marylin was taken back to her hide out. She prayed earnestly to God for him to intervene in McKenzie's health. She had missed home and her sister though she tried to kill her but the police advised she remained where she was till all was calmed. Anita was not left out. Blow Man haven disguised himself, was sitting in a bar. He knew the police was after him when he went home one day to see his room ransacked. He decided to abandon the house. He visited his uncle. The suspended IGP. The older man advises his nephew to go elsewhere because the police had queried him about his whereabouts. He decided to live in hostels. Sitting in the bar, he prayed night would fall so he could put his plan into action. He was abreast with the information about McKenzie's improving health. He was willing to finish her this time. He cursed himself for not making sure the young lady was dead. He had an intention of killing McKenzie and then leaving town. He was pissed off with her because she stole the envelope. He didn't care about Marylin anymore Dressed like a male nurse, Blow Man entered the hospital with ease. Everyone saw him as a male nurse on a night shift. He headed towards McKenzie's ward with ease. He encountered no problems. He prayed things would go as it was going. He entered McKenzie's ward. A female nurse was attending to the young lady. McKenzie saw him and became alarmed. The nurse turned to see him. The nurse realised he had no identification as a nurse. The nurse tried to raise alarm but a big blow landed on her head and she fell unconscious. He got closer to McKenzie's bed with smiles on his face. Unknown to Blow Man, someone was monitoring everything on a screen in the hospital due to a security camera that was hiding in the ward. Six police officers were already at the entrance of the ward ready to break in. "I was so stupid not to have finished you off in the first place. I won't spare you this time around. I am taking your head along. Because of you, I am now a fugitive. Next time, you won't poke that stupid nose of yours into matters that doesn't concern you" Blow Man said to the frightened lady. McKenzie continued pleading with tears.... Just then the police broke in. Blow Man was arrested. The unconscious nurse was revived. McKenzie cried the whole night knowing how close death was to her. The news of the arrest of Blow Man spread like wild fire the following day. Since Blow Man was arrested, McKenzie's parent were allowed to visit their daughter. McKenzie shed so much tears when she spotted her mother. She stopped crying. Her mother wiped her tears. McKenzie closed her eyes. "Doctor, doctor!" McKenzie's mother screamed whiles shaking her daughter..... Hmmmmmmm To be continued tomorrow

Blood sisters continues The doctor rushed to the ward with a nurse following. He checked McKenzie's pulse and shook his head in disbelief. The young lady had given up the ghost. McKenzie's mother held him by the shirt aggressively crying and asking him what had happened. He explained that the young lady was dead. She released the doctor and attacked her daughter on the bed. She wailed and pleaded with her to wake up. It was a sad scene. A few nurses came in and with the help of McKenzie's father, the wailing woman was taken out of the ward. One of the nurse rolled a white sheet to cover McKenzie's body. Nick was sitting with his father. Mr Parker was shocked knowing that what Anita told him concerned his own family. He picked his phone and called the minister he spoke to earlier about the issue. The minister was shocked as well. He promised to deal with the suspended IGP and his nephew. The minister also promised huge sums of money for the ladies that were involved. Nick's phone rang after his father had finished speaking to the minister. He checked the screen and it was the doctor that was taken care of McKenzie. He answered and the news that hit his ears made him sad and angry at the same time. He left his father without saying a word to him. He drove straight to the hospital and truly, McKenzie was gone. He called Mr Johnson and informed him about the news. Mr Johnson with his wife and Marylin rushed to the hospital. Marylin wailed uncontrollably when she was informed about her friend's demise. She never imagined that would happened. McKenzie had laid down her life for her. She expected her to survive so she would also reciprocate her love and kindness but that never happened. It was an eye soar in the hospital. Two weeks after McKenzie's death, Blow Man, Mary and the suspended IGP were taken to court. The IGP was included because the report that was sent to the minister of defense indicated the bribery that was made by the IGP. In the court, Blow Man pleaded not guilty, he denied that he had anything to do with the allegations that was read against him. Mary pleaded guilty. She confessed everything to the court and pleaded for mercy. Everyone in the court had compassion for her except her father who was mad and wanted to see her in jail. The IGP also confessed given bribe to the police officer to release his nephew. The case was adjourned to two weeks. During the adjournment period, the Parker family, the Johnson's and McKenzie's parent set a date for the young lady's burial. The case was called again and since Blow Man was guilty, he was charged with murder (McKenzie) attempted murder (Marylin). And was sentenced to death by hanging. Mary was also charged with the same offense but because she pleaded guilty, she was sentenced to ten years in prison with a condition that if she put up a good behavior in prison, she would serve half of her sentence. The suspended IGP was also sentenced to two years in prison for averting justice. At the cemetery, McKenzie's father held his wailing wife. Two of McKenzie's siblings had returned from Japan for their sister's funeral. They were all grieved. Marylin had her flower in her hands with tears in her eyes. She wished time would rewind itself so she could hold McKenzie in her arms. She remembered all they went through when they were in university. They were like siblings. They were seen together almost all the time. Marylin placed the ribbon of flowers on the tomb. She thanked her friend for laying down her life for her. She as well told her that she would forever remain in her memory. McKenzie's siblings did same. Followed by loved ones. Two weeks after McKenzie's burial, Nick tried to convince Marylin to marry him but she refused. Nick was devastated but respected her decision. Marylin moved in with McKenzie's parents for sometime to ease their pain. Anita became the most influential person in her school. She was loved by all who got to know what she and McKenzie, the lecturer and some two other ladies did to save Marylin. They were awarded by the minister and do many people. Two years later, Marylin travelled to London. Nick Married McKenzie's sister and they gave birth to twins. McKenzie's mother became happy again. Marylin married a course mate from university by name Kobby. They gave birth to a bouncing baby girl a year after marrying. Mary was released from prison but later committed suicide because she couldn't face society knowing what she had done. Her death moved her mother and her sister but not her father. With time, they all forgot the past and lived happily ever after.
