from (mmm:) nt me oo juSt FOR fun oO LET,S SAY Mine was soft before I started doing squats, but it got firmer. I just do squats three/two times a week so it's still soft, though not as soft as before. I think it's perfect that way. I think the more you do squats, the firmer it becomes. I don't know about the creams tho...LOL
