Okotie organised a beauty and costume pageant - Queen Esther as part of the annual charity event tagged Grace.
The event which held on Sunday, December 14 included presentation of the Karis award by the singer turned pastor tothe first woman to enlist in the police force - his mother, late Mrs. Ibeneme.

Michelle Isikalu emerged winner of the Queen Esther Beauty and Costume pageant beating 16
other contestants.
The Grace annual charity programme was created in 2006
by pastor Okotie to celebrate and financially reward distinguished Nigerians. [hupso]
