When there was enough space, he propelled the car out as they were shooting heavily at him. He accelerated out of the zone with the highest speed the car could offer. One of the guards hit a big red button on one of the pillars holding the gate in place and the gate opened by itself. Wisdom drove in and put the car to an halt directly in front of Gina. " what really happened " Wisdom asked as soon as he got out of the car. " we got a call from one of the agents that escorted Mirabel to school that they've been ambushed and ever since then, we've not been able to get through to them " the highest in rank informed Wisdom. " back up? " Wisdom asked. " we've dispatched all the guards to the scene where we last picked their reception, we stayed behind per the president's order " the same guard replied. " alright, hold your ground here and report every information you acquire to me " he ordered the guards as he wrapped his around Gina's shoulder and they started heading towards the entrance of the main building. " what do you think is happening " Wisdom asked her. " I'm not sure but I think it's Harmony that's retaliating " Gina replied him with an expression that showed that she was really scared. He stopped the car by the side of the road, wind down its glass as he took a breather. Mirabel swiftly opened the door, unlock the seatbelt and jumped outside as she started vomiting. Ben took the bottled water inside the car and alighted to go and meet her. He patted her back subtly as she was vomiting. After she was through, Ben opened the water and rinsed her face with it, put some into her mouth which she goggled and spit it out. " how did you learn to drive like that " Mirabel asked when she's finally relaxed. " I don't know, I just feel like I'm good with the wheel " Ben replied looking clueless. " you're really good dad, I've only seen the way you drove inside cartoon " Mirabel said smiling. " but who're those people and why are they shooting at us " She asked as she suddenly lose the bright countenance that had clustered to her face. " I don't know but I think we'll get answer to the question when we get home " Ben said, carrying her as they head back to the car, which had already been disfigured by the rain of bullet that had showered it. As Ben was about to open the car door, he suddenly stopped as he seemed to be hearing the roaring of power bikes. " can you hear that " he asked Mirabel. " what " Mirabel asked staring at him with a confused countenance. He suddenly got away from the car and took her into the just growing bush beside the road. " I want you to stay here silently till you think it's safe enough to get out " Ben said dropping her inside the bush. " don't leave me here daddy, I'm scared. " she protested looking petrified. " it's okay love, trust me, I'll be back for you soon " Ben said pecking her on her head before scampering to the car, ignited it and zoomed off. Few minutes later, six huge bikes with their riders all wearing black leather and black helmet accelerated through the road. The speed of the car was useless compare to that of the bikes as they're already closing in on him. Ben on seeing this changed the car gear, and hit on the gas as he drove at the highest speed the car could offer. The bike riders also increased their speed as the tiled road started vibrating tremendously due to the roaring of the bikes. Ben could could have swerved to his left and deviate to the local road but it won't be able to accommodate the speed he was driving at and lot of people might lose their lives because it would be crowded with people walking up and down, going on, on their normal routine of life. He kept to the express road, praying he at least run into law enforcement agencies, who'll be able to slow them down a bit. He was worried about leaving little Mirabel all alone in the bush and wanted to return to her soon. He saw an intersection ahead, a possible means of escaping if his calculation was precise. A long truck was coming through the second lane, if he could make sure to cross the intersection before the truck got there, he might be able to hide beneath it by maintaining the speed at which the truck driver was using, and in this process, some of the bikes will crash into the truck, losing their lives while the lucky ones will follow through the lane that intersected the road, thinking that he had escaped through it while he's already on his way back to his daughter. After making decisive calculation of his plan, he suddenly slowed down a bit, then suddenly increased the speed, he was about to intercept the truck when a bullet was shot by one of the bike riders, it went straight through the rear bulletproof shield glass of the car, and got stuck into Ben's arm. He lost control of the car at once, as the car hit itself on the front tyre of the truck, propelling the car upward as it crashed off the road. To be continue...

" I think we should just forget about all this plans for now and live a regular live since no one know anything about us " one of the people inside the room said. " we can plan how to get our people out when David is no longer the president " the same person added " how could you say that Elder Stitch " another person retorted angrily. " this is not about getting my people out only, it's also a way of taking vengeance on David and those who had a role to play in our downfall " the person added, speaking with a dreadful tone. Ben opened the door of the car and fell out of it as he was bleeding from his head. The agents pointed their guns at him, on seeing them, he placed his hands at the back of his head and knelt down. The agents approached him and one of them hit him on his neck and he passed out. They checked the car for Mirabel but she was nowhere to be found. They looked around the vicinity but she's nowhere in sight. They took Ben and head back to their base. Mirabel got out of the bush she was hiding after she felt it's safe to do so. She stood beside the road waving at vehicles passing but none heeded to her. After some minutes under the scorching sun, she saw a bike coming towards her, barely looking at the bike and the rider who was wearing a dark helmet, she knew it was danger, with her little legs, she swiftly ran into the bush, and laid down, using the bush as cover , but it was too late for her as the rider had already seen her and parked the bike at the spot where he had seen her entered the bush. " everyone they arrested from this organization wouldn't snitch on me and they thought to use your lack of memory against you, get you to feel a sense of belonging around them, so that when you finally regain your memory, you'll spill everything and they'll finally arrest and sentence you for your crimes. " Mask replied him. " hmmm " Ben sighed deeply. " I know you can feel that I'm saying the truth, even tho you've loose your memory but some part of you is trying to reveal to you that I'm right " Mask added staring at Ben. " I can't believe anything right now until I regain my memory " Ben said with a blank expression. " that won't be a problem because I'll do everything I can to make sure you remember everything and know who the real foes are from the ones who cared for you " Mask said getting off the bed. Ben was unconscious with some cables that could be traced to a wierd looking machine inside the room, attached to his head, chest, fingers, and his toes. He laid unconscious on the bed but his eye was widely open, twitching at intervals as if he was conscious of his surrounding. " I'm out of the house, my dog is dead, I think shot by the assassin sent, I'm out of the building, looking disorganized like a kid who just loose his family to the cold hand of dead " Ben stopped talking, shut his eye kid then opened it back within few seconds. " you're still doing good boy " the man complemented like he's been doing since he started with the dangerous but effective Kamgeory procedure. Mask wasn't just good in getting memories shed off, they've also got a machine that can undo what they've done. The brain is designed like many rooms with a door each, we've got our memories stored in many rooms, the ones we will like to remember in rooms that are easily accessible and the ones that seemed just like fragment in rooms with rusted lock. The brain also have a beautiful ways of locking doors on memories that could haunt us down or have a negative impact on our mental status. Mask are good with handling memories to know that memories wiped from the kid's head didn't evaporate into the atmosphere, it was just locked in one of the rooms, where it can't be accessible. A machine was created by them to be able to access and open this rooms and let any memory they want out and also add the ones they wish to add, that means manipulating the brain. The machine has been abandoned after using it twice, because a single mistake can wipe off the rooms in the brain permanently. Their first trial was a success but wasn't the case on the second trial as the host who it was used on became totally useless by going insane because their was no room to hold the memories again and they're all scattered in her head. Mask believed Ben is strong enough to be a success with the machine, tho it wasn't an easy number to call but he believed he will be successful with it since they've got a successful case before they finally discovered the flaw of the machine. Red leds suddenly started appearing on the wall which was blocking their way, the wall shook a bit before it suddenly split into two and moved further from each other. Some lights suddenly appeared in front of them revealing a tunnel in front of them. The van continued driving itself as it launch itself into the tunnel. The lights were shutting down itself as the van get passed it. When the van had covered some distance inside the tunnel, the top of the tunnel suddenly opened itself and the van drove out of the tunnel through the opening. Ben turned to look at the opening but it was already closed, forming the road which was on the middle of forest. The van continued threading on the road till it connected to the express road.. " the hacker is fucking getting hold of all the eye we got " Snap said frustratingly as he got his hands swiftly typing on the laptop. " shit, we're doom " Snap said with a resignation tone as he stopped hitting at the laptop's keyboard. " make a call to the guards to find a place to hide right now, I'll try to jam the gate so that it won't be accessible to the hacker " Snap said as he resumed having his hands working on the laptop. " why should they be hiding, when they should be trying to defend us " Gina said looking confused. " if we got the old Ben on us, trust me, you don't want to see them dying for nothing " Snap added as he placed the two laptops beside themselves as he operated the two together. " I can't get through to them " Gina said after trying to reach the guards. " who the heck is this hacker " Snap suddenly bursted out frustratingly as he smashed one of the laptop on the floor. . " let's get the party rocking then " Ben smiled as he took off the helmet and wore an eyeglasses that was attached to the bike on his face. He revved the bike loudly as he waited for the gate to automatically open by itself. The guards were already stationed at different spots, waiting for him after they sighted him on the CCTV control room before they lost the signal. They've tried to call Gina and explain the situation of things to her but it wasn't connecting, and they've also tried to inform the police so that back up could be sent but they couldn't connect with anyone. " here we go " Ben said as the gate opened, as he started shooting the smoke grenade into the compound and in few seconds, thick fume had engulfed everywhere blinding everyone except Ben because he had the smoke defier glasses on his face. In the range of a minute, which entailed the muffled sound of gunshot, the smoke started wearing off revealing the dead bodies of every guards inside the house. Ben rode the bike to the entrance of the main building and parked it. He got down from the bike and head to the cubicle looking door with a killer smile embedded on his lip. To be continue...

Snap got up placing his right hand on his left side shoulder where he was shot while Mirabel was still on ground wincing in pain. " P1, please don't do this " Snap pleaded as Ben started moving towards them pointing his gun at him. " how dare you betray the hand that fed you " Ben said as his steps drew him more closer to where Snap was standing. " it's all a lie Ben, you've been deceived " Snap cried out. " no it's not, I've retained my memory back and no fucking person outta all of you can play with me anymore because I'm not anyone's frigging toy " Ben said at the top of his voice as he shot Snap on his head. Snap fell down as blood gush out from his skull. " Uncle Snap " Mirabel screamed as she removed the helmet from her head. Ben returned to the entrance of the main building to get his bike, he got on it and ignited it. He rode it down to where Snap's corpse and Mirabel was. He used one hand to pull Mirabel to the bike and made her sit down in front of him. He rode out of the building's premises, on his way out, Toy and Cyber were making their entrance. Ben increased the speed of the bike as he sped off. Toy and Cyber swiftly put their bike to an halt as they scampered into the premises. " shit, they already got here " Toy said as he looked at the corpses in front of him. " here is Snap " Cyber said gaining Toy's attention. " he's dead " Cyber informed him as he placed two of his fingers on Snap's neck to feel his pulse and felt nothing. " yeah and if it turned out well, tho I know it's gonna turn out well, our revenge and gaining entrance for the terrorist is gonna be a blast because every military personnel will be dispatched to the governor's office and embassy to get the governor and the ambassador out safely, and while they're doing this, Toy will know you're there, he'll also step forward to catch you and the borders will be left unprotected because everyone will be busy trying to save the significant people and while they're at it, our people from the north will gain a smooth entry into the state and based on the hostage situation, we'll be able to demand the release of our men in custody as a deal in order to release the people in our hold " Mask explicated. " what about asking Mr David to step down and taking our revenge on him " Ben asked. " we already got his granddaughter with us and as we're talking, I'm already rounding up his wife and all his children in foreign country and they're going to be here before you embark on the mission tomorrow and with this, I'll be able to threaten him to resign from the post and after he is off, we've got people who are in support of our movement to replace him at once " Mask replied. He counted fifteen pounds which was supposed to be his mom's salary from it. " what are you doing " a voice suddenly asked him. He had forgotten to lock the door when he entered and David who happened to be passing by saw him withdrawing money from the envelope. " please help me, don't scream on me , I'm only taking my mom's salary so that I can get drugs for her " Richard pleaded dropping the envelope. " so you're a thief " David said raising his voice. The leading agent motioned to them to start shooting but none was able to release a bullet out of their guns before their bikes hit a long transparent string which was placed on the road as a trigger to the bomb beneath it. The three bikes were propelled into the air , courtesy of the force from the explosion. They returned down to the tiled road with a loud thud, all injured and in the blink of an eye, many people khaki uniform (army) with guns in their hands had already surrounded them pointing the guns at them. " I hate you " she said as she sobbed. Ben grabbed her and tried to embrace her but she pushed him away. " loving you was painful on its own, but I've been enduring the painful love all because I thought their was a bright future for the two of us but now I can see clearly that we've got no future together " Gina said crying. " I don't want to ever see you in my life again " she added before she staggered into the emergency room to check on Mirabel corpse. " are you okay " Snap asked as he walked closer to Ben. " I'm alright, just make sure you decode the drive I gave you without losing any information inside it, I'm sure it's containing information on Harmony " Ben said before he stormed out of the hospital. " hello dear " Precious waved at Ben standing beside the bike Ben rode there. " you look calm for someone who just lost her dad " Ben teased as he moved closer to her. " and you look too calm for someone who just murdered my dad right in front of my eye " Precious said as she brought out her pistol and pulled it trigger playfully . " how you holding up " Ben asked her collecting the gun from her and gently returned its trigger. " I barely know him, so I'm doing fine " Precious replied. " I know that's a lie because I saw the side of you I've never seen before " Ben said staring at her. " yeah, I was slightly shook by him tho I'm blaming myself for feeling that way but I can't help it, maybe it's the father daughter bond " Precious replied feigning a smile. " so how you also holding up " Precious asked him. " I'm holding up fine, I barely got to spend a quality father daughter time with her too " Ben replied as he also feign a smile. " I know it's a lie that you're holding up fine, let just accept we're both holding up fine, what next " Precious asked him. " we're both not fit to live a prosperous live among those who love us, let's get away from here and ghost it out forever " Ben said smiling. " what about your family " Precious asked him. " they've been surviving with the knowledge that I'm dead before, let them keep up with it like that " Ben replied. " then I'm also in " precious said as she sat on the bike and ignited it. Hmmmm... What a tragic ending!!! I don't expect things to end like that between Gina and Ben (She should know that he is hurting inside as much as she is) and then Ben acted like the death of their daughter meant nothing to him... Seeing the way he acted made me wonder if he ever loved her like he claimed or he was just lusting over her (He should know ladies tends to get emotional with little things not to talk of losing ones child... She is not even a trained agent like him and the others, so what was he expecting???) And to the writer... Like I said before, you are a GREAT writer and I see you going places. Diluted Bullet Written by P1 Epilogue Ben's voice. I was framed into a stonecold killer before I could differenciate between right and wrong, I wouldn't say I was proud of the life I lived but I made sure it count at the end . I view the losing of my only daughter' life as a karma knocking on my door for the bad things I did. I'm a sinner no matter the reason I committed the sin and I deserved a sort of punishment for it. People thought I was indifferent about her death because I spent less time with her and couldn't connect with her emotionally like her mother did but what everyone doesn't know was that the little amount of time I spent with her was deeply rooted in my heart than anyone's heart. She was a bright girl and remind me more of the innocent me when I was still a normal kid. If only I was shown a future that depicted that she's going to die by me using her as a bait, then I wouldn't have done it. Gina asked why I used her as a bait but she's forgotten that I used my whole family including her as bait in order to apprehend Mask at first. If everything had gone right like I planned, then my lovely daughter would still be alive. The reason I left with Precious wasn't because I still had remnant of feelings for her but because I was ashamed of myself because of what happened to Mirabel. I love Gina more than I love Precious and the only feelings I had towards Precious was that of a friend. I knew Gina said all she sputtered out of her mouth because of the shock of losing Mirabel and it won't be long before she comes in search of me, the reason I made sure to cut contact with everyone. I wanted to go rogue as a punishment for my sins along with Precious but I thought it was time to drop the bullet and live a normal life if it's possible. I informed Precious about this and she's okay with it. Precious was helpful in making sure Snap doesn't sniff me out as we travelled to Barbados to live a quiet life. To the folks who we got associated with, we're just a couple who moved down from America to settle down there. Our skin colour made us passed easily for that and we swiftly set up a store where we sell different kinda stuffs in order to live a normal life. I made sure to clarify things between Precious and I that she shouldn't expect any form of romantic relationship between the two of us, we're just been together as a cover and she's cool with it. With the help of the harddrive Mask gave me, Snap with the help of Wisdom and the president took down Harmony. Tho I agreed on a non romantic relationship with Precious but it wasn't long after we started staying together that I suddenly started getting attracted back to her again. I made sure to hide it well because I was sure if Precious should know, then it will be a game over for anything to happen between Gina and I in future. I made sure to keep tab on everyone in Nigeria. Snap got married to my sister even tho they had to postponed the wedding from first set date. I made sure to send them a wedding gift with a letter to my parents informing them that I was doing fine. I made sure the gift was untraceable because of Snap. Exactly a year later, Gina got tired of waiting for me and got married to Wisdom, or maybe she didn't even wait while I was deceiving myself to believe she's waiting. After knowing that I was free from harming her since she already moved on, I proposed to Precious . I could say that it was the happiest day of her life. We finally settled down as couple after we had a lowkey marriage in a church. Tho it's already over three years that we've been happily married with a cute daughter that I named Mirabel between us. I still have the phobia of returning to Nigeria but I was sure one day, I'll return back home. THE END Had to drop this as per popular demand and to clarify that there won't be season 4
