FATE OF MIRABEL. Episode 5. The Anthony left the company with so much anger and hatred. Back at the residence of the Albert. Albert apologised to the visitors and the party was put to the end. Back home the Albert's stormed into their sitting room after leaving the hall. Mrs Albert: the guts of those people, she muttered angrily and threw her handbag on the sofa. Mr Albert: veronica, I think you over reacted. Veronica: why won't I, how dare Clement embarrass my only son the way he did. Even if he attempted something like that he should have waited, I wanted calming him down but he flamed up more. Mr Albert: and you victor, is that true? Victor: dad so you believed it? Why should you even ask me that. Mr Albert: how did Clement found you in the room when the celebration was still on? Victor: dad after we stepped down from the stage, I was pressed and I excused myself from mum, I later went near the field to get fresh air when I heard someone sobbing, so I went to see who it was but it was Clara. I walked in and met her, and inquired why she was alone in the dark crying, but she wanted getting up from the floor she sat and mistakenly we kissed.we were carried away and Of course I took wine so I didn't notice it was going to another level. Then she broke the kiss and I realised myself but she wanted leaving so I held her back to explain things to her that it wasn't intentional but she struggled with me saying I wanted to rape her, just then Clement walked in and he stood on Clara side after my explanation to him. Pamela: it's OK son, please go to bed. Clement: ok, he said shrugging his shoulders. "Goodnight! Clara couldn't go home that night so she decided to spent the night at the workers lodge. She couldn't stop crying, she regretted ever leaving the hall in the first place. The shame was just too much for her to handle as she was the centre of the argument between the two families. some workers tried their best to comfort and console her, saying it wasn't her fault but she couldn't stop crying. The next day at the field, while Clara was busy collecting the flowers she felt someone walk behind her, she turned and saw victor. Victor: you are really a drama queen I must confess and very stupid too. Clara kept shut and continued collecting her flowers but victor passed her a slap which made her crashing on the ground. Victor: next time I talk you answer me you fool! Clara didn't waste any time, she stood up and took to her heels, went to the workers lodge and picked the few items she kept there, and left without looking back. Once again she started her life from the scratch, she walked around doing minor jobs to live. One day while she was walking on the road she remembered her uncle; Robinson. She didn't really blame him for treating her that way because his Jezebel wife was the one feeding him with all of it. Clement decided to visit his childhood friend; Pius. While driving, his mind clouded with so many things, how the Albert came and apologised. That was not his problem anyway, but he was asked to marry Nora to establish a lasting relationship between the two families. Nora is not the kind of woman I want to spend the rest of my life with, he said and hit the steering in despair and suddenly a lady crossed the road absent mindedly and she was almost hit. It was twice as big as the Albert's with lot of different kind of trees. She just kept staring with an unknown expression on her face. Clement: if you know this will be stressful I can give you another position. Clara: are you kidding, this is fun please and i love it. But, most of this fruits gat it's season does that mean no wine or juice will be produced? Clement: we will harvest it and store it, we can't lack Any fruit in the company. Christabel sat down and thought of all Pius said, she couldn't stop crying because she fell in love with Clement long before she even knew Pius. 7 years ago. She was sent to the market by her aunt, but she forgot to carry the money for the food stuff. After buying all she wanted, she opened her purse to find it empty. Just then Clem walked in to see the seller already yelling at her and calling her names, he asked what the problem was and when he was told he paid for the goods. Clement wouldn't have gone to the market in The first place when there are maids in the mansion to do that, but he promised his parents a surprise meal. It was kind of fun to him when he told his parents he can cook more better than the maids of the house and his going to the market to get the foodstuffs himself. His parents refused at first but he insisted. Since then Christabel traced him and found out he'll be leaving the country soon, she then lured Pius to herself as the only best friend of Clem so she will get more information about Clem. But unfortunately Pius came to love her so much till the extent of engaging her, at first she wanted declining but she couldn't risk loosing every link with her love. Christabel: now I can't lost it all, I have to accept the fact Clem will never love me and I can't let my relationship with Pius be over or else I'll regret it so much. She got up and met Pius in the room and apologised to him, telling him everything that happened. Pius was at first was shocked and angry that he was only used, but he eventually forgave her and their relationship had a new turn. That night Clem thoughts was filled with Clara and he knew his going to see her the next day. The next morning at Mr Anthony house when the family was having breakfast, Clem told his parents he has employed a worker in the company to harvest fruits. His parents only nodded and they didn't bother to ask who it was because the position was too low and unimportant. He hurried his food and left to the company to see Clara. He got there and saw Clara busy collecting fruits into the basket, he smiled and drew nearer. Clement: hi madam Clara. Clara: good morning sir, she replied smiling. Clement: let me help you, he said almost getting the basket from her but she declined and struggled and the basket dropped. Clara: see what you've done now sir. Clement: that's because you were stubborn, I'll pack it then. They both picked the fruits while other workers watched with surprise. Clara: thank you, you shouldn't have bothered anyway. She said as Clem escorted her to drop the fruits. Clement: it's nothing, I'm even longing to do this because I love it. The relationship between them Grew stronger and they already knew they were in love with each other. Nora on the other hand became dead to Clement, she tried all her best to be noticed but Clem never gave her a chance. Few months later, Clement went to the company as usual and noticed Clara was absent, he rushed immediately to her place and met her sick. He wanted taking her to the hospital but she refused, he stayed back with her until her fever subsided. But something happened between them for the first time, though Clara tried to stop it but she couldn't "after all he deserves it", she said to herself. After the ?, Clem was sad and troubled, he couldn't believe he did not control his emotions and he promised Clara to stand by her no matter what happens. Two months later Clara was already pregnant, she became so scared to break the news to Clem but Clem found out about it after he sneaked to visit Clara without his parent knowledge. He was angry why Clara kept the good news from him and something that important. He decided to show Clara to his parents the next day and break the news to them, so their wedding preparations will be arranged. TBC

Since Clara left the company, he secretly searched for her but he didn't succeed, only to see an invitation card of her wedding soon. Enmity started between the two families again. Veronica: why should you replace my daughter with an illiterate Clement? My family will never accept this insult. She went inside and quickly prepared the food, ate and took her books to revise then her parents walked in. Her parents Nancy and Peter relocated immediately Mirabel was given to them. Clara wanted declining but the lady insisted, saying she'll be travelling soon. Clara had to postpone the traveling and meet up with the lady who called. The next day Clara arrived late but her receptionist told her a lady has been waiting for her. "What's her name?, she asked. I wanted rushing her to the hospital but then I thought the doctors might not give her the necessary treatment and attention she need because her chances of survival was so small. I took her and treated her my self for months and prolonging myself in calabar because I couldn't go anywhere with her in her condition.
