So let me go straight to the point...

The back bone of every organization are the people in that organization and not the owner..without people supporting the dreams and aims of the entrepreneur..the organization is bound to fail.

www.coolval22.com used to be just a website to unwind..but now it is more than that to many of us..because here we have families we never dreamt of having.. Right here talents are being discovered,nurtured and appreciated.. Right on this site people found love and friendship that is rare..what more can a website give?

It is normal for friends and families to fight and argue..that is what makes the bond stronger...and that of cause will make each know what the other wants or detest..
.
Since I joined this beautiful site.. I have known everyone as a family..and friends I wasn't opportune to have because of my quiet lifestyle (I am sure many people won't believe that).I have met so many people..some of whom no longer come online..yet we still keep in touch.. In all..everything had been good.. We fight and still smile at eachother.. That is what has kept the site growing...and the friendship stronger..

But it saddens my heart to see the love we once shared reduce drastically.. Only a deceiver will say the love was just like before..(The old members can testify).. I won't want to go into details or name calling..but there are so many members that have confided in me and said they are leaving the site finally.. Why? Their responses had always been "Coolval is not the way it used to be..they keep polluting it"..and I just had to make them understand we need to keep it together..
It is a pity that the chaos and dispute had been coming majorly from the new members or once upon a time ghost members.. Expanding what is not supposed to be.. And giving conclusion on people they hardly know.. I really wish you know how that hurts..
We all have our shortcomings..but that is why we are human.. It is wrong to conclude on people you don't know..hating them for no reason(s).. If you can hate someone you have never seen.. Then what will happen if you see them?

I know a fake smile when I see one.. It is high time we settle every grudge we have towards another.. Privately or publicly.. When you hate someone...you will keep bearing the burden.. Please if someone had offended you one way or the other.. Let him/her know so he/she can apologize.. Anger will solve nothing.. Get done with whatever caused it..and settle it..

It is normal not to be loved by all..and you will be a liar if you claim to love everyone on this site..we all have our favorites..but at least don't hate anyone..
I am a kind of person that loves having friends..especially female friends..but if you cannot tolerate me in my worst..then you don't deserve me when I'm at my best...
If I have in anyway stepped on anyone's toes.. In the past or recently.. I humbly request for your forgiveness.. If it's my ever sharp hands that has offended you.. Please forgive my hands.. I don't know how to keep words..or grudges..that is why I say my mind when anything happens and go to the point.. But those who know me..knows I love my privacy..

Please my ears and eyes are filled with news.. I wouldn't have made this post if I have no reason to.. But I beg of you.. Stop making conclusions on people you don't know.. We have different upbringing.. That someone talks without fear doesn't mean he/she has some kind of ego that can't be subdued.. To our new members.. Please get to know everyone..and don't judge people by what someone somewhere says... In addition... I am not using the name Area Mama because I am super or mother of coolval.. I am just a member like everyone else..and I love the name...
