episode 1. . One person, Mr. Lunit, locked himself away and watched the people tear each other apart! He spent years creating a toxic bomb big enough to wipe the planet clean. He felt that human existence should not be and that it needed to be wiped clean. In fact, he felt that the whole planet needed a restart with life it's self. He was disgusted about how humans treated each other and how they fought the way they did and he wanted to end it. On the day he had readied his machines to send out the missiles he looked upon the human race with disgust, "I'm tired of all this bull shit," he said angrily, "They will never learn to come to terms! They will never be the people they once were! It's time to end it, time to end it all and start over!" He launched his missiles into the sky and laughed preying for a better tomorrow. The thing he didn't know, was that this missiles were also going to devastate him too, they didn't have the influence he so hoped for. Instead of just destroying the planet, it would create a hellish world of monsters and demons, far worse than what had already existed. Mr. Lunit would soon regret his actions as he would be one of few survivors of his own creation. Some life will be able to go on but none of that life will have it easy on this wasted planet. Living will be harsh and surviving will almost be nonexistent for most. Creatures beyond imagination and the walking dead whom have taken on a toxic demeanor will take control of Epion's surface and destroy the rest of the living over time. Most of the people of Epion did not prepare themselves for this, they had no idea it was going to happen. Very few had their equipment read, but even those who prepared themselves, didn't know what the actual planet of Epion would turn into. Some of them who did prepare were able to survive the explosion and find a way to live with the deadly vapors in the air.

EPISODE 2 . These days, people stayed inside where it was easier to breath. Though it still was not quite as easy as it used to be. They needed to escape the dark smog they called air, which was inescapable. Children became harder to find, either they had run away or just stopped playing all together. Those who did run away only left to find a better place which didn't exist anymore. Most adults stopped having children because the environment would simply kill their newborn babies do to the toxic levels in the air. Very few babies were able to survive long enough in the current state that Elodium was in. In the small village lived a girl who complained about the future and told stories about what she thought would happen, "There's going to be an apocalypse!" she would tell her mother night after night, "I had a dream about it!" she'd go on and on about these stories and what to do, how to survive. Her mother only looked at her horrified at what she was hearing. "Kira," she would say, "Stop being so crazy, there will be no apocalypse!"

EPISODE 3 . All Kira did at this time was prepare herself, making food kits and medical kits. She wouldn't stop even when her parents took the items away and placed them where they were supposed to be. Kira didn't like this, so one day she started to scream at her parents and tell them they would die in the apocalypse and that they were stupid to deny her safety. Kira started to throw things at them as she yelled, she wanted her kits back and she wanted them to listen. "That's it," Kira's mother said as Kira threw a vase at her, "I'm sending you away, you've become to crazed with these stupid stories of yours!" with that she called the nearby asylum. After a few minutes on the phone she looked at Kira who was clutching a gas mask, "They are coming for you and we cannot see you for a while because you are dangerous," she said to her. Kira glared at her, "How could you do this to me?" she took the mask and ran outside trying to escape but the men from the asylum were already outside. She fell right into their arms unable to escape and was sent to the asylum. Her room was separate from the others. It was a simple room, white walls, white bed sheet, white floors, everything was white even the furniture in the room. She collapsed on the bed, still holding the mask that the men could not take from her. A few months went by and Kira was finally allowed to be with the other 'prisoners' they kept here. Each one of them had different stories to tell. Most of them didn't seem real to Kira but some of them she understood. She started to learn how to act different, how to be the person the workers wanted to see. She knew she wasn't that person she seemed to be but no one except the real Kira.

episode 4 . The others who were like her were the only people Kira felt she could relate to. They all seemed to understand her or respect her for the stories she told them. Kira liked them more than anyone else she had made friends with. Even with all her new friends, she didn't like to be in the asylum, it wasn't the place she wanted to be. She hated how the workers treated her and the others and how they handled situations as well but she couldn't do anything about it. On the day it all would happen, Kira stood by the window holding the gas mask, she watched the sky and felt it coming, "It's here," she'd say, her eyes never left the horizon, "It's coming…" she muttered under her breath, "The end is near…" she clutched the mask tighter to herself. She stood in a white room that only had a bed, she was just as crazy as the others in this place who each had their own ticks. She had been placed in this run down asylum years now and her parents couldn't figure out why she wasn't getting better, in fact she grew worse. She studied the others in the asylum and learned how to blend in with them. Her new personality became her permanent personality. "The survivors will be the strongest," she continued, "The survivors will be the smartest…" She continued to stare up at the sky. The window she looked out of was barred with thick metal to keep her in, she was known for escaping. She placed her hands on the bars and shifted them, they still haven't been fixed from the last incident she had in here. The last person who was brought to her room turned into a tool for Kira. He was violent towards her at first but then, Kira snapped, she had flash backs of her terrible nightmares when he'd beat her these nightmares usually made her lash out in her sleep. The man held her to the floor and raised his fist one last time, Kira's expression went from fear to blank. She threw up her free hand and took hold of the man's fist when it came down. Kira rolled out from under him and threw him off balance, she now stood above him with her hand placed on the back of his head, "To the bars of my window, to your very last breath, that will be my escape!" She lifted the man up from the ground and slammed his head into the bars repeatedly. "You will not lay another finger on me!" she yelled at him as she slammed his head into the bars one last time and dropped him to the ground. She remembered him like it was yesterday, he left many scars upon her body from being so easily angered. Kira couldn't figure out why they would have even placed such a dangerous person with her but then again, they at one point deemed her dangerous too. The door behind her was old and the hinges were rusted, there was a brownish copper stained that ran down the door like blood and some dirt on the ground. As she stood there staring out the window, the door creaked open and a man stepped into the room. He was tall and slender and also slightly crazy as well. He closed the door behind him and walked over to the Kira at the window. "Miss Kira," he said to her, "I'm going to have to shut that window now so the people on the street don't panic because of you." he reached over to the window and slid it shut then turned to leave. When the window was closed, Kira didn't move. She wanted to see what she had been talking about for many years, she wanted to be able to rub it in her parents' faces if they even survived this. Kira had a feeling they wouldn't, in this case she'd still rub it in their faces even after death. She wanted them to feel her hatred somehow but knew she would never be able to do it while they lived. The young girl stood at the window still, she continued to watch the sky with great intent. Clutching her mask tighter to herself, she watched the sky light up with streams of fire all around them. They were headed in all directions, some in their direction and others away or over them. The ground beneath her began to shake violently from its turbulence and force as it pushed itself upwards and back down to Elodiam's surface, "The end is here," she muttered to herself one last time. Just before she ducked under the metal framed bed for cover she saw even more streams of fire shoot into the horizon as well, they were everywhere. The ground rumbled harder, like an earthquake. She took cover and put the mask on for protection from the fumes she predicted would end the world as she knew it. Kira felt herself become afraid, she predicted this would happen but now she was afraid of the outcome, she didn't much care if she survived but she also didn't want to die. Explosions could be heard everywhere, the ground shook terribly beneath the impacts and the sky darkened with the fumes and smoke from the explosions. Kira could hear people screaming in the distance and in her town. There were mushroom clouds everywhere and a gas began to fill the atmosphere killing anything and everything that breathed it in. Only the people who prepared themselves for this could have survived. Hours later, after the ground had settled and the war seized from existence. It was quite, very quiet. Kira emerged from her hiding place to examine the damage outside. The city was now destroyed, turned to rubble and ash. Buildings were falling apart as she stood there, some of them where partially destroyed yet kept its structural integrity and strength to remain standing. The stronger buildings would make great places to hide in during the night she just needed to be careful about where she went. First things first though, Kira wanted to check the city out for any survivors who may have lived. She stood by the broken window and looked upon the rubble that was left of her village. Even the building that she once stood in had fallen to the ground, very few was able to withstand the impact of the explosions and from what she could tell, and she was the last one alive. She pushed the rubble aside a stepped out into the open, looking all around her, "Hello?" she called out and waited, there was no response. She wondered into one of the standing buildings, "Is anyone alive?" she called out, it echoed down the halls but there was yet again, no one there to respond. Kira wondered into one of the rooms and found a chair with its back to her, it was facing the window and looked to have scorch marks around it and a pile of ash in front of it. Kira cautiously walked around it, sitting in the chair was a man, most of his skin had turned to ash and all that was left was some of his clothing and his skeleton. It seemed like one of the bombs flew directly into this building or landed right in front of it. With what skin was left on his body, it had torn away and pealed back showing some muscles that had been left behind and the bones beneath it. He was charred and looked like he had died fairly quick yet very painful. The man's jaw hung slightly ajar and loose like it was about to fall off. The hands gripped the arms of the chair as if he was bracing himself for the death that was about to befall him. Kira gasped and jumped back from the site, she bumped into the wall and leaned up against it staring at the man in horror, "Oh man…" She mumbled with her hand over her mouth. She was just about to leave the building when she heard movement from inside one of the other rooms, "Hello?" she called out and wondered towards the room, she could hear grunting noises it sounded like a some sort of dog or maybe a pig. She pushed the door but it didn't budge so she pushed harder. It was blocked by things from the other side. She put her hands down at her sides and listened to the creature moving around on the other side. It seemed like it was fighting something but she couldn't tell what there was only one living noise that was being made. Kira walked around the building some more until she found a small hole in the wall that was created by a chair thrown from the blast. She moved the chair aside and peaked into the room where the creature was. It was still very much alive but at the same time there was something odd about it. It moved slowly, there was black sludge on the ground under it, and it also had the black sludge dripping from it's eyes, ears, nose and mouth. It turned towards the hole and opened it's mouth to let out a roar that wasn't even physically possible for a normal dog to create. It charged the wall where Kira sat and let out a howl, it's eyes opened and a beam of light danced from the sockets up towards the ceiling. It groaned and flung back from the wall and growled at Kira, even the growl wasn't natural. Kira's eyes went wide, "This… creature… this is all a dream!" She yelled and ran from the house as quickly as possible, "It's just a dream," she muttered over and over to herself, "A dream…" she collapsed in the middle of the rubble and looked around her. "This is… very real…" she said and looked back at the house, "I need to get away before that thing gets out." She got to her feet and began to run through the decrepit city as fast as she could. "Where do I go?" she questioned, "Shelter? Food… Company?" her eyes became foggy with tears, Kira was terrified, confused and alone. She felt she was at a safe distance now and decided it was time to search for new clothes and maybe supplies like food and a portable tent she could pitch somewhere hidden she just didn't know where to look. Kira started looking in a convenience store, the front of it had been blasted out so she wasn't even sure that anything inside it survived at all. She stepped over the rubble while pushing some of it aside, the air inside the store had a slight green haze to it, obviously toxic to breath. She peered around the corner to see if anything was moving inside. After Kira checked to see if it was safe she began to rummage through the things that were sealed in cans or plastic bags and packed them into a backpack she got from the back shelves of the store. She then picked up a hooded sweatshirt and jeans with knee high boots to protect her feet. After she had her food and was changed she ventured out of the city to find a new place to live.

ep 5. After she was done rummaging threw the debris and gathering what supplies were salvageable and useful, she wondered back out into the ruined city and looked towards the buildings where the groaning dog was howling from. It's screams began to sound demonic and creepy, "What is going on, is it breaking out or something?" she questioned. A loud banging noise came from it's direction, it sounded like something inside the building had been pushed over with a lot of force. The dog stopped howling and roaring but there was still crashing sounds coming from within the building that scared Kira, the sounds appeared to get closer to the entrance of the building that she had ran out of. Scared, Kira began to run from the noise, "I have to get going!" she yelled as she ran, "I don't want that thing getting to me! Not now, not ever!" As she ran down the street she heard a snarling sound that come from an alleyway she had just ran past, she glanced behind her to see bright red eyes staring out at her. Kira froze in place she was scared stiff. She knew exactly what it was but she couldn't figure out how the canine creature got here so fast, she never once saw it, "How did… you get here?" she questioned, shocked and scared. The world as she knew it was a lot different now and she needed to learn how to live the way it is now. How to survive and defend herself from creatures like this, that was important to know. For now, she was slightly glad that the creature was this small and not something huge. She can see that this creature had been canine before the mutations had occurred, perhaps that's how all the mutated creatures will be. This seemed to have changed a lot in her opinion, "What has caused these mutations?" she questioned, she was still afraid of the canine that was now deformed. It now had claws that were longer than they should be and glistened like a blade of a well polished sword but had a black ooze that dripped from them, in fact the whole body dripped in a black ooze of some sort, it appeared sticky and even toxic. It's muscles where larger than any other dog Kira had ever seen and it had four eyes on it's forehead and some scattered about it's body. Along it's spine, it had spikes that grew in a jagged formation, it had no set direction nor a set shape to them. As well as the oversized muscles, the body of the canine had changed as well, it now had longer front legs and an extra set growing out of it's side, it's jaw opened twice as wide and was twice as long as it should have been as well. The demonic looking canine opened it's mouth and let out a horrid screech that was inhuman and unnatural, it shouldn't even exist but it clearly did.

ep. 6 . The demonic looking canine opened it's mouth and let out a horrid screech that was inhuman and unnatural, it shouldn't even exist but it clearly did. It's drool was stringy and red and hung from it's mouth like a rabid animal. As the red drool touched the ground it sizzled and burned away any and all organic substances beneath it. Kira's eye twitched, she felt like she was in one of her nightmares and something had to be done about this thing before. She did what she always had done when she was dreaming even during her bad dreams while she was awake she'd lash out. Her hand instinctively reached back to her backpack and she pulled out a large rifle, aimed it at the creatures head and fired one bullet between it's eyes expecting it to carry out her will and end the miserable thing's life right then and there. The gun shot echoed around her and the creature screamed and howled, it tossed and turned then turned it's attention back to her and charged, "You're still alive?" she seamed irritated, "This rifle has large rounds… Why have you not fallen" she fired another shot where the heart should be and watched to see it's reaction. It stiffened with it's head angled towards the ground, it's feet began to turn into something that looked a lot like roots that spread out like veins. There was an eerie feeling in the air that Kira did not like, the creatures head lifted, it's eyes sunken back as it opened it's mouth and roots flew out towards Kira. She flung back away from the veins and raised her rifle again. Without hesitation, she fired her rifle right down it's throat and backed even further away from it. The demonic canine finally collapsed to it's side and the roots curled and blackened leaving a burned mark on the ground where they once had been, "What the fuck…" she said, still holding her rifle, "I need to get to safety before more of these fucking things find me!" she said as she dashed away from it's corpse, which already looked like it had been dead for months. After a few hours of running and walked, with a five minute break when ever she felt to tired to walk again, she finally made it to a safer distance from the city she had lived in for many years. She didn't know what to expect out here but she figured it was going to be no different. Her new goal was to find other survivors and possibly form a safe place away from these creatures or form protection. Kira had a feeling that there would be many more creatures out there that would be a hell of a lot worse than the thing she killed back there. She figured that if the dog got mutated then so did other predators like cougars and wolves, possibly even zoo animals such as elephants could even be infected and waiting for blood. This new city she had found was just as broken as the one she came from, the only difference was that it was much bigger meaning she could probably find more supplies that she could use or even a running car or radio she could use to get in contact with the others out there. Kira looked up at the sky and noticed it was beginning to get darker, "I need to find a safe spot to sleep tonight or something could get to me… or worse," she looked around, "But what's safe in a place like this?" she felt hopeless as she stood there in the open looking down at the new city she had found. She could feel the fear gripping at her stomach and she began to feel sick, she didn't want to encounter anything else like that especially at night she wouldn't be able to see it well for one nor would she be able to fight it off if she needed to. Kira's eyes searched but there still didn't seam to be anything out there able to keep her safe for the night nothing that she thought that would be able to protect her from the elements or the creatures. As Kira stood there, she didn't realize that she wasn't the only survivor out there. There was someone else who had found himself in an even worse predicament than what Kira had encountered a few hours ago. Kira looked up to see something off in the distance, it was rather large and appeared to have no familiar qualities about it. "What was that before becoming a demon?" she questioned. It seamed rather angry and was thrashing about on a hill. "And what is it fighting?" She looked closer to see a small figure running elegantly along it's back and arm. The person appeared to be wearing black clothing and something over his face as well as the gas mask to keep the air clean. In the person's hand seamed to be a very long and sharp sword that was being used to sever parts of the creature which caused it to roar in pain and thrash around. "Die you fowl creature!" He yelled as he stabbed his blade into it's eye, black ooze spewed out of it. The demon threw it's head back trying to knock the man off of it's face, "You're so damn stubborn, why won't you just die!" he growled as he twisted the blade deeper into it's eye. It let out a loud roar and threw it's arms up, swiping at it's face trying to get rid of the small pest penetrating it's eye. He quickly removed the blade from it's eye and evaded each attacking blow as he made his way to the ground to deliver the final blow. Now that it was blinded it seamed to be confused and it attack with sudden movements, angry movements. Roaring with rage, it slammed it's claws down on the ground and swiped them in every direction trying to find the insect of a human whom sat still under it's belly waiting for the perfect moment to attack and bring down the large angry monster.

ep. 10 . It eventually calmed, thinking that it had won, that's when he made his move. Jumping up from the ground and into the rooted like ribcage under it's belly, the man made his way to the creatures still beating heart and severed the arteries to allow it to bleed out. With that, the creature roared in pain and thrashed around as he slowly bleed out. Unlike anything else that was normal, it bleed out a lot slower and was still able to put up some fight before it finally fell to it's side. Kira was afraid that the man didn't make it out and she found herself running towards the slain creature. She was so desperate to have company, so desperate to have someone else to help her fight these creatures, she didn't even care that she could be a target now that she was running in plain sight, "Hello!?" she called out hoping for a response. She neared the beast and desperately pushed at it trying to get to the man but it was to heavy for her to move, "Are you okay?!" she sounded panicked as she frantically pushed at it's body. As she was pushing on the creature and calling out, the man had actually made an escape before the creature had even fallen but Kira didn't see that. He jumped off of the beast and landed behind Kira and put his hands over her mouth, "Shhh, you'll draw their attention to us and we'll end up their new victims," he whispered in her ear. Kira was stiff, she wasn't expecting him to be behind her so suddenly and it actually frightened her for a moment. He released her and put his hands to his side, "I am Sharid, you can call me Shard as my friend's all once called me." he gave her a weak smile that seamed pained for his losses. Kira looked at him, he was rather tall and wore dark clothing. His mask had purple vents and air tubes that hung on both sides, it had one large purple glass piece and he wore a black hood that was pushed back and hung over his shoulders. His sword was longer than she thought it was and the handle was laced with black and purple ribbon to match his mask. Kira studied him the best she could, "I'm Kira…" she said in response, "Is there anywhere safe to stay the night in?" she asked looking around fearfully. Shade looked to his left and then to his right, "The safest place to stay would be in a vehicle that is still in tact, has it's doors and windows. If we do choose a vehicle it would be best that the windows are darkened or covered with something to make it impossible for the creatures to see inside." he looked back to his left, "Like that old van there, it has only front windows and it's perfectly in tact. We can use debris to cover the windows or an old blanket."

ep 11 . He rushed over to it quickly and slowly opened the door, to his surprise, there was a few blankets and a window cover inside the van, "This'll do nicely." he said and pulled Kira into the van, "Hurry, I believe night time will be the worst with these creatures." Shade pulled the door shut behind Kira and began to hastily cover up the windows to block the outside world from seeing them. After he was done, he sat in the back of the van, "Whisper and don't move around a lot." he said quietly. Kira felt herself shaking, she was terrified, "How do you know all this stuff?" she asked him. Shade moved closer to her, he knew she was scared and all he could do was try to comfort her. "I have been waiting for this for many years, I have studied many different ways this could happen and because of that I know more than I should yet there are also some things I do not understand as well." he put his arm around her, "It's going to be cold," he said as the creatures outside started howling and screaming, "No more talking…" he said to her and held her tightly, "You'll be ok," he tried to comfort her.

ep. 12 . Eventually, Kira was able to find some sleep even though there was a lot of noise outside the van, most of the demons were just angry and in pain as their mutations were taking effect. Shade, however, did not sleep. He felt the need to stay awake and keep watch, make sure that they weren't discovered. He wasn't afraid of them at all he knew a lot about these things and how to take care of them he just needed to find the right objects to survive with. Shade took the opportunity to look around the vehicle to see if it had any closed cans of food or anything that they can use while they were out in the open. The vehicle was very messy inside, especially for a van that looked untouched by the current situation outside. It was left in the kind of mess a lazy person would leave something considering the fact they just don't feel like picking up after themselves, "Ugh, people disgust me sometimes…" he said, Shade was known for his obsessive behavior around the people he once called his friends and family. His room and studio was spotless clean, nothing was out of place and he could even tell you the exact location of the smallest things in his room. Shade remembered them like it was just minutes ago, they were next to him and picking on him for cleaning up the little bits of crumbs that were left on the table that night during the last football game Shade would ever watch again. They chuckled, "Oh come on Shade, are you going to be the house maid while we watch the game or are you going to just chill and forget about the mess until afterwards?" one of them teased him and punched him in the shoulder. He shrugged it off, "My friends were right then… and they'd be right now, especially now, I'll have to get use to this in this world… Everything is unclean and unsafe now, it's an occupational hazard just to walk outside now. Get use to it, get over it," he grinned and lifted a plastic container from the ground. Inside it lay a sharp army knife, needles, thread, and a few medical pads, "What is this suppose to be, a make shift medical kit?" he said as he looked over the items, "It'll help in any case…" Shade then stuffed it in his backpack which was sitting along side him. After he was done looking around the van he returned to the back seat where Kira was and covered himself up with the blanket that he covered Kira up with. Shade yawned, and looked at Kira to see if she was actually asleep, when he was assured he went to sleep as well. In the morning, Kira had woken up first, she was peaking threw one of the blankets used to cover the windows to see what was outside. "Wow…" she said, "There's still so many creatures out there." she sighed, "I wonder what the plans are today…" She quickly covered the windows back up and looked over her shoulder at Shade who was starting to get up. "Um, so am I traveling with you?" she asked him, Kira wasn't sure if this guy even wanted her around. Shade looked at her, he seamed confused about her question, "Are you coming with me?" he questioned sarcastically, "What kind of question is that?!" he laughed, "Are you coming with me? Ha! It would be wrong if I said no and threw you out to fend of those forsaken beasts out there! You'd be dead within twenty-four hours on your own! So yeah, the more people the better traveling and safety will be." He put his blanket in his backpack, "Right now, however, we need to get into that building behind us. It's got a lot of unopened foods to survive off of." he pulled back a blanket from the rear window of the van, "We may have to kill some mutated monsters though, unless they don't come after us then it's best to leave them be." Shade grabbed the door handle and pulled it. The van's door slowly opened, "You ready?" he looked back at Kira who nodded. Carefully, they stepped out into the open. The mutants that were near them didn't seam to pay any attention to them. They where half way to the other side of the street when one of the creatures noticed them and charged, "Run inside Kira," Shade said. "No, you're coming with!" Kira grabbed his arm and pulled on it but Shade pushed her ahead and towards the door. She was five feet away from him now and the creature was closing in on Shade. Kira turned for the door and headed inside. When she was in, she peaked out a window to see what was happening outside.

ep. 13 . She couldn't tell what was going on but there was a lot of commotion outside, the huge mutated creature tossed Shade back across the street and into the group of creatures on the other side. Kira cringed, "What am I doing hiding in here?" she questioned herself and headed back outside. All the creatures were now preoccupied by Shade and all Kira had to do was kill the large beast and hope that Shade could get away in time which seamed easy at the time. All she'd have to do is shoot it in the head and kill it, the head was the weak spot of every known creature so this had to be right. Kira raised her pistol and aimed it at the back of what looked to be the creature's head right where she assumed the brain would be. She pulled the trigger at the moment she thought was the best. The monstrous creature froze and turned towards Kira roaring at her, "Shit…" The creature came charging her way which made Kira stumble backwards as she tried to run the opposite direction. At first she didn't know what to do with this enraged creature and all she did was panic. She held her arms over her face as if that would protect her as she got mauled. Shade made his way between the creatures legs and towards Kira, his priority was to get her inside and hope the creature would leave after that. Kira tensed up as Shade scooped her from the ground, she expected the claws to tear into her at that time but all she heard was it roars muffled and it slamming into the building, "I told you to stay inside, now that it's mad it'll be harder to kill so now we'll have to wait it out and hope it leaves." In the corner of his eye he saw what appeared to be a naked man running around the over turned cars outside. When he looked over out the window, there wasn't anything there so he returned his attention to Kira, "Now, let's go find food shall we." Kira nodded, she was still shaken from what happened outside, she looked down at her hip, "Shade…" she looked outside, "I dropped my gun…" Shade looked outside, "It's much to dangerous to go get it right now, we'll get it when it's safer and if it's gone we will get you a new one," he started down the hall, "Find food, that's important and plus, I am starved!" Kira sighed, "Alright…" she began to rummage around the old building and listening intently at the creature, it didn't seam like it was calming down any it actually seamed like it was getting madder than it was before. After they had gathered food supplies and other useful equipment, they met up at the entrance to the building and sat down at the small table. Kira was facing the window, she didn't see the huge creature but she could still hear it. She watched the wreckage outside to see if it was coming back. What she did see confused her, she couldn't understand why she was staring at a naked man on the other side of the street. He seamed proud of the fact that he had been out there with absolutely no clothes or a gas mask. He wore the biggest grin on his face for someone who was inhaling the most lethal vapor to exist. He had long blond hair that hung to his shoulders, that's all Kira could make out before he darted towards the building. Once he got to the window where she was looking through, he took a sharp left turn and started running away. Suddenly, she felt the floor rumbling and the huge creature from before was chasing the naked man. It's roars were very enraged as it chased the man. It seamed like it was mad at the fact that the man wore no protective gear and looked like unafraid of the monster. When he turned around the building, it's roar cut off short before it turned into a bloodcurdling screech before falling into silence. Stunned, Kira couldn't move she didn't know what happened and she didn't want to find out. But before she could get up and leave, the naked man came charging from the direction Kira had first seen him. He was holding up a large head that had came off of the creature that was chasing him. His speed didn't slow as he neared the window of the building. He slammed into it with a thud, his face pressed up against the glass as he slid down it with the blood of the monster smearing as he fell. Kira jumped to her feet, "Shade, come quickly!" she yelled down the hall. Shade was right next to her within two strides, he had his swords drawn and he was looking around ready to kill. Kira pointed outside, "There's a man out there, he's not wearing a single thing! He's not even wearing a gas mask!" She yelled at him. "Alright, alright! Just stop yelling at me!" he grumbled, "They always do this to me, yell at me," he put his swords away and pushed the door opened slowly, looking around for any dangerous creature outside. He looked over to the man laying on the ground and cringed, "And here I thought that the first naked human I'd see in person would be female but no, it's this fat ass!" he was staring right at the man's butt crack. Shade stepped out and wedged a stone in the door to keep it open, he went around to the front of the man and rolled him onto his back, "Suppose it wouldn't be nice waking up to the front of himself all damaged from road rash." he pulled him into the door way and stopped fro a moment, "Man, what do you eat!" he grumbled and pulled harder. When he was threw pulling him in, he heaved out a large sigh and closed the door. "Kira," he looked over to her, "Get me a damn blanket and a gas mask from our supply, I don't want to look at this naked man anymore!" Kira snickered at him and ran off. When she returned, she threw the blanket over the man's body and secured the gas mask on his face. After that, she looked at Shade waiting for him to make his next move, "I sure hope he'll be alright, we'll have to keep an eye on him and see if he mutates like the rest of them." When he had woken up, the man sat up and looked down at the torn grey bed spread that was laid over him. He looked over to Shade, who was sitting at a chair eating some beans out of a can. "Morning sunshine," he took a sloppy bite of the food, "What the hell were you doing running around nude for?!" he took another bite of the food.

ep. 14 . The man looked up at Shade he completely ignored what Shade had asked him and looked around the room, "Weren't there two?" he was looking for Kira but she had gone off into the building looking for more things being how the building was rather large and more than two stories high. Shade seamed irritated, "She went upstairs…" he stared at the man, "Who are you?" The naked man looked back over to Shade, "Ace, and who are you? You haven't introduced yourself to me either you know." Shade sighed, "I suppose you are right, I'm Shade." "Alright, but sooner or later I am getting your real name out of you." Shade sighed again, "Sharid is my name, just call me Shade though and here!" he threw some clothes at Ace, "I'm tired of you being naked." Ace stood up without hesitation, the blanket fell to the ground. Kira came back down the stairs at that same moment and fumbled when she saw him stand up. All the things she was clutching to herself spilled out onto the ground, "Oh my god!" she gasped and bent down to pick up what she had dropped. She tried not to look at him and it seemed like he was taking his time to even put on the clothes Shade had thrown at him. Shade closed his eyes and put his fingers on his gasmask between the goggles, "Just hurry up… and get your damn clothes on…" he grumbled, he was getting rather annoyed by him, "Why the hell were you naked to begin with? And wearing no gasmask?" Ace gave a quick laugh, "You know how people rub themselves raw to rid the germs of the outdoors? Well, I embrace them! It's how I'll build an immunity to everything this place throws at me!" "Yeah, if that's the case then you'll die." Shade looked back at Kira who was looking at them now, he could tell she was embarrassed just by the way she was acting. He didn't know if she was blushing but he kind of figured she was, "Are you embarrassed?" he asked her, hoping to get a reaction. Kira turned around, gathering her things, "Looks like you'll never find out," she said to him and looked over her shoulder, "Here, you're probably going to want to eat something while we board up in here for the night," she tossed Ace a can of beans. The beans landed right next to him, he didn't even reach out to catch them, "Eventually, I'll be able to eat a burger and it won't damage me!" he tore the lid off of the beans and didn't even hesitate on eating them with his bare hands which made Shade cringe in disgust. This amused Ace so he decided it would be funny if he took out larger quantities of the beans and ate it that way. Shade grumbled, "Disgusting…" he turned, "I'll be upstairs… Keep an eye out for those damned creatures and make sure they don't get in here." he began his way up the stairs, you could tell he was mad, "I know he's doing this on purpose now…" he mumbled to himself quietly so no one could hear it, "I'll have to get use to that too… Cluttered and messy world plus a human being who acts like an animal… and is in no way normal!" When he was gone, Ace laughed and finished his beans. He went to the table that Kira was originally sitting at before he hit the window earlier and looked outside, for the first time that day, there wasn't any monsters outside, "That's right, fear the death of the largest mutant or face the same fate." he mumbled. Sitting at the table, he looked over across the room where the blanket was laying and decided to go get it and wrap it around himself. "This bench shall be my throne!" he lay on top of it wrapped in the blanket and soon fell fast asleep.

ep. 15 . Kira couldn't understand how easily it was for him to just sleep the way he is right now but that wasn't the worst of her confusion, she also couldn't fathom the fact that he had survived being out in that toxic air without a gas mask, let alone fully nude. She shrugged and went up the stairs where she'd go to sleep. She didn't feel comfortable sleeping in a place where she'd be seen even by someone else. Kira's always had problems sleeping in front of people, it makes her feel weird. Kira woke up to Sharid yelling, "What the fuck man?" he seemed to be talking to Ace, "What are you doing?" Kira went out to investigate and wasn't expecting what she saw. Ace was sitting over Sharid holding the brain of the creature he had killed outside, "Get that thing away from me!" Sharid started to get up but fell flat on his face. "What," Ace said, "Are you afraid of a little blood?" he grinned and came closer. "N..nno… I'm not afraid!" he yelled at him, looking a bit angry, "I just don't want anything todo with it!" He pushed the brain out of Ace's hands and stepped back, "Just stop, look at this mess!" he threw his hands to his side and looked at the brain and guts laying on the floor. He took another step back and slipped, falling backwards into a pile of organs, "Ugh!" he flung off of the pile, "What the hell?!" Sharid brushed the guts off of him and looked at Ace, "You're so strange and gross!" he began to walk away and Ace was chuckling. Kira shook her head, "You two are so immature…" she shrugged, "I guess I'm one to talk though." She went over to Sharid, "You know, you need to get over your OCD and look around because the world isn't going to help you by being clean anymore." Sharid turned towards her, "Oh yeah? Well the world could do a lot better by not having people throwing guts everywhere!" Kira giggled, "Stop being such a downer, let it go and have some fun. It's not like we are going to stay here for the rest of our lives." Sharid looked at her madly, "Shut up! Who cares! This is our home for now, so go out there and clean that mess!" Kira frowned, "Who made you boss?" she turned, "I don't have to clean anything." Kira went back to the larger room where the mess occurred and looked down at the guts, "Hmmm…" she started to place them in a bucket, "I wonder if these are safe to eat." She began to look at them, she even took off her mask to smell them, "They seem rather normal," then she grinned, "I'll feed this to Sharid." She looked at Ace, "Burger or steak?" Ace looked up at her, "Burger." "Okay," Kira said and left with the guts. When she returned, Sharid was back in the room with Ace, he seemed to have gotten over what had happened but that wasn't going to last long after he eats what Kira made, "I made us burgers," she said and handed each of them a burger. Ace ate the burger no problem even though he knew where it had come from and to his surprise, it actually tasted really good. Sharid, he was a bit skeptical of the burger but bit into it anyway. When he was done, he looked at Kira, "It just occurred to me, but where did you get the makings for this?" he questioned her. Kira smiled, "I used the guts Ace brought in." "Oh… My.. GOD! Why would you feed me that shit?!" he threw the plate on the ground. "What the hell is wrong with you?! What the hell is wrong with both of you?!" he stood up, "Fuck me!" and he left the room. Kira laughed, "We got to eat something and that was the only thing to eat," She went after Sharid, "Did you like it?" Sharid sighed, "Yes…" "Then don't complain, come on we need to figure out our next moves." She pulled Sharid back into to the room and they began to discuss their next move. It was agreed that they'd stay in this building for one more day and gather supplies from the buildings surrounding them. They needed weapons, canned foods, backpacks or bags, clothing, gas masks, and anything else that could be of use to them.

ep. 16 . Kira looked at the others before making her way towards the stairs, she grabbed a hold of the railing and looked back, "After we search this building top to bottom, I think we should try to look around the town for more supplies like in the stores or even the houses that are still standing. There's no telling what could be left behind and what we could use or find." She moved up the stairs without hesitation. There was a lot of this building that had be left untouched by them and still remained a mystery and Kira wasn't even sure if it was exactly safe for her to go by herself but she figured that she'd be safe regardless, "What could possibly go wrong?" she thought to herself, "You'd think that if there was something in here, it would have found us by now." She opened a door to her left to investigate the room, it looked empty but trashed like someone had already picked threw it. Thinking it was Shade she dismissed it and walked in anyway, "Perhaps he left something in here we could use," she thought to herself. Kira moved a few empty boxes and trashed bags aside when the door closed behind her, she heard it lock as she spun around her weapons were removed. She looked at the stranger in shock, he wore a gas mask that looked like it had teeth on it, his long brown hair stuck out all over the place, and his clothes were torn to pieces, "Who the hell are you!?" she was surprised, she hadn't realized that he had even taken her weapons at this point until he dropped them to the floor. "Well well well, I finally have you all to myself," he chuckled as he walked closer to her. Kira wasn't at all pleased with how he was acting but it scared her, it reminded her of someone from her past. He pushed her into a wall, "You know, the planet is dwindling down in population," he looked her over. Kira was unnerved by him but was waiting for the right moment to drop him to the ground. She didn't want to hit him in a cheap spot so she guarded herself until there was an opening. As soon as he had lifted his arm up to grab at her as she maneuvered away from the wall, she punched him right under his armpit. He yelled out and quickly moved away from her grabbing at his armpit, "Well that wasn't expected at all!" he was now angry and just as he was about to go at her again, the door came flying down. Ace stood right outside of it looking directly at Kira, he didn't see anyone else. He stepped in, on top of the fallen door, to look around. As soon as his weight was on the door he heard someone groaning from under it. He looked down to see an arm sticking out, gripping at the floor boards, "Get… off… of me…" said a muffled voice, "You weigh a ton!" he started to struggle. Ace only smirked it wasn't until Shade pushed him aside that he got off of the door, "Another survivor!" Shade was pleased as he helped the man up to his feet. "My name's Shade, and who are you?" he put out a hand. The man looked down at the hand, "Harris," he glared at Shade and didn't even bother with his hand then he looked at Kira, angrily. She was picking up her weapons at this point and only looked back at him with disappointment. Shade put his hand down, he didn't like the way Harris made him feel but he dismissed it, "What was going on up here?" he questioned, "I heard yelling… you guys could have alerted one of those vile creatures." Harris looked at Shade and pointed at Kira, "She got spooked when she noticed me. I fell against the door and it looked and then she hit me. That's when your big buffoon threw that damn door down on me." Ace studied Harris for a moment, he had a feeling that this man was lying but his mask intrigued him, "Hmmm… I like your mask, it's cool."

ep. 17 . "Fuck you!" Harris shoved Ace aside and pushed passed Shade, "I'm going downstairs! Fucking assholes." Shade fallowed after, he wanted to see if he could get this guy to join them and help them survive. To him, Harris seemed to be capable of handling himself and even killing some of those monsters, "Wait up!" he said as he scurried down the stairs. Ace breathed in deeply, "Noted…" was the only thing he said. Kira looked up at Ace then away from him, she still didn't know him and she has had a few bad run ins with being alone with men the last few months of being in the asylum and now here, where almost everyone is supposed to be dead. She took a deep breath in as she waited for Ace to make his move either in our out. He stepped aside to let her out of the room. Kira quickly moved passed him and ran off down the hall into another room where she slammed the door shut and locked it. Ace glanced down the stairs, "And that idiot is recruiting him… I'll have to keep an eye on this guy." He walked down the stairs to where the other two had gone. "Great, fine I'll join you guys just get away from me!" Harris literally pushed Shade aside, "I've had enough of you people in my face already…" Harris made his way to the door and went outside. Shade started towards the door when Ace grabbed him, "Let him be, if he gets himself killed that's his problem I just want his mask, that's the only thing I'm retrieving when he's yelling in distress." Shade sighed and looked back towards the door then he shrugged he guessed Ace had seen something he hadn't when he was up there. It wasn't till a couple hours later when Kira decided to come down stairs, she had gathered a box of useful items and placed them on the table, "I finished searching and I actually found some food that was canned and still edible." She pulled out the cans, "But there was only enough for each of us, including Harris… to have one." Kira took one of the cans and put it into a backpack she was carrying. "I've also found a few backpacks for each of us who don't have one… including Harris, there's one for him to." She tossed the backpacks on the floor in front of Ace because he was the only in the room, other than Shade. Ace took the green backpack and left the pink one on the floor, "Figured you'd take that one." Kira gave everyone an equal share of what she had found and put her stuff away, "Harris can deal with his own shit when he gets back," she looked over and saw him enter the door, he was holding a bag full of cans. "Here, take these." He threw four more cans out next to Shade, Ace and Kira, "Guess I should help out to if I am going to be a part of this shitty ass team." He looked at the backpack, "That's supposed to be mine?" he picked it up, "I'll never wear that crap," he threw the backpack into the corner and went down the hall, "I'll find my own stuff, you can't find adequate things to suite my taste." he stormed off. Kira shrugged, she didn't really care how he was treating her at this point, it would be a waste of her time to even bother with it. Ace watched him leave, "I want his mask," he said as he squinted, "It will be mine someday soon." He looked over to Kira who wasn't even phased by what he said though she looked a little curious to what he meant by it. She sighed and turned, "I'm going to take a nap, today's been too stressful for me right now." Kira walked over to a couch they had pulled out of one of the rooms, she lay on top of it to find a blanket being thrown over. Ace smirked and walked over to his corner with the blanket he had been covered with the day they met him. Just as Kira was about to drift into sleep, she heard the roaring of a car engine in the distance. At first she thought it was another creature but it was distinctly the sound of a car, more or less a muscle car. She could even hear the music blasting. Kira opened her eyes, "Do you hear that?" she questioned and jumped up from the couch. Ace was looking out the window, all the smaller creatures were running towards the sound of the car engine, "They defiantly hear it." he continued to watch as the monsters ran off. "Whoever it is, they're going to be in a lot of danger soon…" Kira ran to the door and opened it, "We should go help!" Ace stood up, "Well, you aren't going. I'll go check it out but I'm not getting involved." He pushed Kira back into the room, "You stay here," and he walked out without hesitation, he didn't even take anything with him to defend himself. As he came closer to where the sound had been coming from. It was oddly silent and all the smaller creatures were running away from the scene. "Hmmm…" As they all left, Ace noticed a huge mutated creature that was a lot different than the rest of the others. Unlike the others, who only mutated to the point their true origin was still known, this creature had changed so drastically it was unidentifiable. Not only that, but it seemed to be emitting a gas when it breathed and it was growing some sort of fungus on it's body, "The fuck?" Ace said, "Is that thing mutated from something entirely different than the others?" he questioned and watched what was going on. The creature seemed mad, it was thrashing around and stomping on the ground like it was trying to crush something bellow it.

ep. 18 . "Hahahahahaha!" Someone was laughing at the creature's feet, "Wow, you sure are mad! Whatever got you so angry?" The creature stopped thrashing around with anger and lowered it's head to the ground where it roared viciously at the small human bellow it. With a sudden movement, it swatted the human to the right and sent him flying but what Ace noticed was that this guy, now flying through the air, wasn't wearing a mask. "I want to know your ways…"Ace was intrigued and hoped that this guy would make it through this battle alive. The figure hit a near by tree, he started to fall but then clung on and climbed up onto a limb, "That the best you got… Ugly!" The creature charged his way, throwing all of it's weight at the tree, it was uprooted and the man was thrown beneath the tree, "Look, if you eat me that'll be the worst thing you've ever decided to do on instinct." It was as if he knew what was about to happen because the creature tossed the tree off of the man and pinned him to the ground. The man smiled, "What are you waiting for, do it already, I don't have all day." Angry, the creature picked up the man with it's teeth and threw him into the air before swallowing him whole. As if satisfied, he tossed it's head back and snorted. Then it looked over and noticed Ace and the rage returned. It started to charge towards Ace, who didn't even budge, "I've killed something bigger than you!" he yelled at it, challenging the beast. Just before it reached the half way point it froze and jerked back. It seemed really confused and almost in pain. It pounded the ground angrily and kept looking down at it's stomach as it roared. It was obviously in a lot of pain. Suddenly, it lifted it's claws and started pounding them on it's stomach as if trying to kill something. It wasn't working, the jerking around grew worse and blood began to pour from it's mouth as it roared. It froze once more and it's side tore open, "I told you, if you eat me, it would be the worst mistake of your life and now there's no going back," the man jumped out of the large wound and a shiny blade retracted beneath his sleeve, "I thought I raised you to be smarter than that…" he sighed, "How sad…" The creature fell to it's side, motionless. The figure looked up and noticed Ace, "Oh, hello good sir!" he raised a hand, "Human life! I haven't seen that since… well… since the reactor blew up!" he ran towards Ace.

ep. 19 . When he reached him he held out a hand, "My name is Madrik Nobyl but you can just call me Mad," he laughed, "That's what my co- workers called me before the accident." Ace took his hand, "I'm Ace, how are you breathing?" he questioned, curious. Madrik looked at him, shocked, he hadn't noticed how toxic everything was, "Oh my!" he covered his mouth with his shirt, "How am I breathing!?" he paused and released the shirt taking in deep breaths and exhaling, he noticed a green gas coming out of his mouth, "It appears I breath out the very toxics that normal people can not inhale." he looked at Ace, "I have no idea why…" Mad looked over to see another man approaching them, he looked rather mad, "And who the hell are you?" he questioned as he crossed his arms. Mad looked the guy up and down, skeptical of him. Harris was a lot taller than him, almost by a foot. Mad was the smallest of his own family and out of the people he knew before all this happened. He sighed, "Madrik is the name but you can call me Mad." He raised an eyebrow, "And you are?" "What makes you think I'd tell me name to the likes of you?" he growled, "Besides, we don't need anything to do with a creature such as you! You'll probably turn on us and kill us like the rest of those damn monster would! So why don't you take your ass somewhere else so I don't have to remove you from existence." Mad smiled, "Just a question, but do you think I am afraid of you?" Harris snorted, "You should be, I've probably killed more than you have!" "I see, and did you get eaten alive?" He crossed his arms and waited for a response, when he got none he continued after looking him over again, "You're probably one of those kids who had such a horrible family life they decide to go around and pick on other kids who are smaller than them and seem to be easy targets, let me tell you something," he got closer to Harris's face, "I believe you've met your match because I don't fear pricks like you." Harris glared down at Mad, "I still don't like you and I think you should just leave." Mad raised an eyebrow and looked at him then at Ace who looked really mad, "I don't think that's up to you," he looked back at Harris, "I doubt anyone likes you so why would they fallow your lead and do as you say?" Harris's glare deepened, "Well fuck you!" he turned to leave. "Yeah that's what I thought, maybe you should take your immature ass back to your mother's womb, you'll feel much safer there and won't have to wake your dick around!" Mad laughed as Harris continued to walk, defeated. He looked back at Ace, "Well, if I'm not wanted around I'll continue on with my trip." At this point, Ace was amused, "No, the others will like you." He took a step towards the building Harris entered, "Besides, the more the better." Mad smiled, "Good, that's good. I didn't even know where I was going to go, not after the nuclear plant had a meltdown that was basically my home."

ep. 20 . When the entered the building Harris froze in place and muttered something under his breath. It wasn't audible so no one was able to make it out, he left the room angry and didn't look back at the two of them. Ace looked at the other two, "This is Madrik, he's the one who was flying around out there in that loud ass car. He killed one of those creatures by coming out of it's stomach!" Shade walked up to him, "Uh, you do know that you have mushrooms on your shoulders right?..." Mad looked to his right shoulder, "So I do," he plucked them off and examined them. Shrugging, he threw them in his mouth and ate them which made Shade cringe because the mushrooms themselves were glowing with toxic fumes and it was then he realized that Mad was breathing out the same fumes, "Why are you breathing out toxic fumes?" he questioned, shocked. Mad shrugged, "If it makes you feel better, I'll wear a gas mask that does the exact opposite and changes what I breath out into breathable air." He dropped his bag on the ground and pulled out a mask, inside the back was tons of filters. He looked up at the others, "Would you guys like a new filter for you masks?" he pulled out six filters and held them up. With nods, the other three took the filters to replace their broken filters with, "That other guy isn't worthy of my filters," Mad chuckled. He flipped his two filters around and tinkered with his mask to make them fit. He put the mask on, "There, now I shouldn't grow any mushrooms or harm the environment more than it already is." He looked at the other two, "So tell me your names." Kira looked at him, "I'm Kira, thanks for the filters." Shade nodded and smiled, which you could see in his eyes, "Yes thank you, you can call me Shade but my real name is Shadrin." He looked over to the room where Harris went, "I suppose you two didn't get off to a good start and judging by that I bet you don't even know his name." Mad laughed, "I don't want to know his name, he's an ass and I'd rather him die nameless." Shade looked at him, "If you say so, we are all supposed to help each other so I figured we can call each other by name if we are going to be a family or even friends." "Well, he'll never be my friend and that just means he's also not worthy to be my family. If he gets in trouble, I won't be there to save his back," he shrugged, "He's an asshole, might as well get rid of people like that while we have the chance to do so. Anyway, I'm rather tired I think I need to rest for the night." Kira looked at him, "We've already gone through all the rooms so they are all safe." Mad laughed, "Even if there was something in there I'd just snap it's neck and use it's body as a pillow." He wondered off down one of the halls where he found himself a nice small spot to fit himself into and went to sleep. Shade looked at Ace, "Well, looks like we have another insane person with us." Kira giggled, "But insane people are so much fun! Shade, you're just one of the more normal among us and Harris… he's crazy." Shade raised an eyebrow, "Whatever, let's just get some rest… we'll head out for sure tomorrow especially since Mad got all of the monsters around this area riled up and angry." He paused and looked out the window, there was a lot of creatures running around out there. Some were sniffing the grounds where they had walked and others were right outside the door howling and scratching at it. Kira shrunk back, "I hope they don't get in… I probably won't sleep with all of those things lurking around out there." "Just try, find some place you feel safe and get some rest." Shade took the couch and instantly went to sleep. Ace didn't have any problems before and he knew he wouldn't now. He took the floor right in front of the door, "Kira, just sleep in the upstairs room with a door and a lock and I'll make sure nothing gets in." "Ok…" she wondered up the stairs and found a room that had no windows and could lock out the monsters and Harris. She pulled the blanket she had in her bag over her and snuggled into a pile of old clothes that were laying on the floor. She felt safer in this room and with Ace guarding the door then she had before and with that she was able to fall asleep easier.

ep. 21 . In the morning, Harris wonder out of his room he stretched, "Now where did that thing go off to?" he whispered, the others were still asleep. He began to search the rest of the building to find Mad, when he opened the cupboard in the back of one of the rooms, sure enough Mad was there, "The hell kind of place is this to sleep?" he stared at him confused, "Ugh, so gross… He's going to kill everyone if I don't get rid of him." He pulled a dagger from his belt and raised it over Mad, "I'll make this quick." Mad opened one eye, "Eh?" he was suddenly moving, quickly, grabbing Harris's hand and twisting it backwards until the dagger clattered to the ground. He sprung out of the cabinet and behind Harris. Harris spun around quickly and scooped the dagger from the ground, "Got to make this quick!" he growled and lunged at Mad, he was able to stab the knife into Mad's shoulder before he was kicked from below and sent into the wall behind him. Mad pulled the dagger from his shoulder and tossed it on the ground, his blood was a darker red than normal blood, "You tried to kill me?" he questioned looking down at Harris who was in shock and laying on the ground in the fetal position, holding himself. Harris groaned, struggling to recompose himself and stand up, "You're a disgusting monster, you don't deserve to live! You're just going to mutate and turn into one of them and kill us all!" Mad smirked, "The only person here I'd even attempt to kill is you, but that's for another day!" he smiled, holding his hand to his wound, "But boy, I didn't expect you to even be able to put that blade on me at all!" He walked over to the door and placed his free hand on the door frame where he began to laugh, "Ahahah! Really, that son of a bitch actually tried to kill me?!" he laughed harder, "That's golden! Pure gold!" At this point, Ace was getting up and trying to figure out what all the commotion was. He went up the stairs and saw Mad at the door laughing, "What's going on?" he questioned, stilling sleepy, he didn't expect to be woken up so soon. "Oh, it's nothing," Mad laughed, "Just some dick getting all high and mighty again, boy I barely know this guy but he's sure hella funny! Fucking dickhole!" he snorted, plucking another mushroom from his shoulder, "These can't be good for me," he tossed it in his mouth not really caring, "I'm going out, need to find some gooodies to put in our bellies." He moved passed Ace chuckling and holding tightly to his shoulder. Ace noticed that he was holding his shoulder but didn't further question it until he saw droplets of blood on the ground and a bloodied knife as well as Harris leaning against a wall, "Heh," he grinned and left the room before he became even more enraged, "Fucking Harris, nobody likes him so I might as well get rid of him. He's a pain the ass." He went down stairs to wait for the others, Harris wasn't moving from that room but the others will be up soon enough. Mad was wondering the streets outside drawing a lot of attention from the other creatures from the scent of his own blood. He didn't realize it because he was too preoccupied with everything else that was going on, the world seemed to be changing right before his eyes, "What… What is this?" he questioned as he watched beams of light dance before his eyes, "It's these damn mushrooms!" he plucked another and popped it into his mouth while watching one fall to the ground where it immediately began to spread, "Ah, what the?" he grabbed the clutch of mushrooms and shoved them into his mouth quickly, "No, that's not going to happen." Realizing he was getting surrounded by small mutated creatures, he spun around, "What are you all looking at you funny looking… rainbow mutants!?" he punched one of them in the head and realized that the individual creatures were part of a much larger creature made up of what seemed to be tentacles with smaller creatures stuck to it, "Holy hell!" he jumped back and into one of the tentacles, he spun around with his blade out and chopped off the tentacle, blood splattered out in what seemed to be fairy dust to him, "Eh?" he stared at the blood as it covered his face. He then looked back at the creature, "I WILL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL!" he yelled as loudly as he could. The octopus like creature roared at him which resulted in him roaring back, "YOU WILL DIE!" and suddenly, the creature jerked forward and blood poured out of an open hole in it's head, "See, I told you you'd die." He snorted.

ep 22 . Ace jumped down in front of him, "Did you get his soul?" he questioned. Mad's eyes widened, "I don't… wait…" he spun around with his hands out, "No! I failed!" he fell to his knees staring at the ground, "Holy crap, what is that!?" he pointed at some spec on the ground that was moving with the wind, "No, get away!" he suddenly took off running like a he was about to die. Ace watched him run up the hill where he fell to the ground holding up something, "These things," Mad announced, "They grow on my shoulders!" he threw them into the air and pulled out a blow torch and burned them all to a crisp, "Kill it with fire!" he screamed while laughing like a mad man, "Burn baby, burn!" then things started to fade, he was getting dizzy and turning pale, "Ugh…" he clutched his shoulder again, realizing he was losing to much blood, "Ace… burn it closed…" he said and blacked out. Ace shrugged and grabbed the blow torch from Mad's hand, he pulled back Mad's brightly colored jacket from the wound. It was larger than he had expected it to be and all the blood was trapped under the jacket, it's waterproof layers kept the blood hidden. "Damn, Harris got you good," he grumbled as he put the fire on Mad's shoulder. He partly expected the burn to wake Mad up but he was numbed from the mushrooms, it had no effect on him. After he was done, he tore part of Mad's shirt to use as a bandage and he began to bandage it up. Ace tried to wake Mad back up so he could talk to him, when he was conscious enough to speak and realize what was going on Ace began to talk, "So, I've been noticing some things about Harris…" "Harris?... oh you mean dumbass?" Mad rubbed his head, groggily. "Yes, the dumbass, I think we should get rid of him." Mad opened his eyes and looked at Ace, he smiled, "And how do you think we should do that?" Ace thought for a moment, "Well, I want to beat him up real good to the point he falls unconscious then drag him outside to some place scary so when he wakes up he is in a panic." He paused at looked at Mad. Mad smiled, "Well, what about removing his mask?" Ace's eyes lit up, "Yes! That mask will be mine!" Mad laughed, "We could take the mask off of him after he's beaten so when he wakes up and realizes it's off, his heart rate will be escalated and so will his breath. I could remove mine and he can breathe in both toxic airs, one will slowly kill him even if he gets oxygen," he points to himself, "That's the air I breath unfortunately, and he'll die. It'll be painful… he'll probably bleed a lot from his mouth." "This plan," Ace put his hands together, "I love it!" "Say," Mad thought for a moment, "Afterwards, I'll go snooping around for some things to eat and drink and you can have first pick," he smiled. Ace was very pleased with this, "I just hope you find some good stuff!" After they were done talking, Mad got up to his feet and they started to make their way towards the building. When they entered, Harris was sitting on a chair near Shade and Kira was on the other side of the room glaring into the back of Harris's head, "Told you, I didn't want to talk to you." She grumbled. Harris was sitting in an awkward position on the chair, like he was hurting again which made Mad laugh, "Did she kick you to?" he laughed. "Shut up bastard," Harris growled, his voice kind of breaking. Mad laughed harder, "Oh boy, hope she popped something!" he chuckled and looked at Shade, "What do you see in him?" he questioned. Shade shrugged, "Another team mate?" he answered, unsure. Mad shrugged, "I see, well I now know how you feel so I won't feel bad later." He walked up the stairs where he was resting before, "Maybe we should send someone to go get some supplies, maybe two people," he winked at Ace. Ace looked at Harris, "Me and him can go gather supplies, he needs to prove his worth anyway." He smirked and looked at Mad, grabbing Harris and pulling him out of the building. Harris looked rather irritated, "What the hell, seriously, you couldn't even ask me first?" he growled. Ace didn't respond, he had an evil look on his face but Harris didn't pick up on, "Come, let's go over there." He pointed to a building. "Over there?" Harris said, a little freaked out, "All the way over there? Have you gone mad?" he questioned, trying to pull away but Ace's grip was tight. "Oh hush, fucking bastard," he practically dragged him across the open field. Harris's struggling didn't even phase him. He was on a mission to get him out of sight from the others so he could beat him senseless. "You've been around for too long," he said, slamming him through a door, "and I think it's time to remove you from our group, you'll never lay eyes on Kira again or take to any of us the way you do." A few moments went by as Ace waited for Mad, how entered the building from the window, he tumbled down the stairs and landed on his feet at the bottom, "Like a boss." He said as he grabbed the two sides of his jacket and pulled on them, dust flying off of it. Mad sat down in a chair, "Command me, my lord." He smiled, raising an eyebrow.

ep. 23 . Ace grinned and looked back at Harris who was terrified, "What are you two going to do with me?" he questioned, holding on to Ace's arm, trying to pry it from him. Harris frowned, he realized that he had to think quickly and defend himself, "If I get away, I'll tell them you two tried to kill me and plan to do the same to them!" he groaned as Ace lifted him off the ground. "You won't be able to," he looked at him, "I so badly want to punch your face in arbut then I'd damage my new mask." He sighed, "I'll save that for last then." He drove his fist right into Harris's stomach, winding him so he was unable to yell for help, "Mad, maybe you should make sure this commotion does draw the creatures' attentions." Mad nodded and skipped out of the building. Ace dropped Harris to the ground, "You're not going to fight back?" he questioned, "But you tried to kill Mad? Hmmm… You're weak." Harris was crawling towards a wall to pull himself up, when he was standing up, he began to block blows from Ace, "This is much better!" Ace said, throwing punches at Harris, then he decided to kick him in the shin. Harris wasn't ready for this, he didn't even realize it was about to happen. He crumbled to the ground groaning and holding onto his leg, "You… bastard." He said, struggling to get back up, he decided to make run for it and bolted towards the door. When he reached it, Mad swung it open and smacked him in the face sending him right back into Ace's arms, "Damn it…" "I don't think we'll be having that," Mad said and laughed, he closed the door and went back to patrolling the yard making sure the creatures left them alone. Ace looked at Harris, "How long does it take a normal person to die without a mask?" he asked. Harris's eyes widened, "Uhhh… a few hours?" he questioned, lifting his hands to his mask. "Let's find out," Ace said, grabbing the mask and attempting to pull it off. Harris was trying is best to hold it to his face. He gritted his teeth, Ace had it pulled away from Harris's face and lost grip. It snapped back hard on Harris's face, smashing his nose and causing it to bleed. Harris's hands dropped for a second which gave Ace the opportunity to pull it off of him, "Now it's mine." He said, removing his mask and snapping it over his leg so Harris couldn't use it. He then put on the other mask. Harris gasped for air, the air was thick and hard to breath. At this point, he didn't want answers, he wanted to escape but he figured that it wasn't going to happen especially since Ace was a bigger guy and getting his mask back would prove to be impossible. He stood up, figuring his best course of action would have to be to get Ace on the ground. He threw a punch into Ace's stomach but it didn't have any affect. He gulped and looked up at Ace as he drove a fist into his face and sent him to the ground. Harris didn't move, he could see Ace walking towards the door as his vision swam in and out. "Your turn Mad," Ace said as he exited. Mad walked in, he removed his mask and drug Harris to a small room at the back of the building. He then tied him to a pole attached to the wall, "I wouldn't want you trying to get away when you wake up," he said watching him. "Hmmm…" Mad began to pat Harris's face and shake him, "Dude, wake up." He pushed him, "You look terrible! Come on wake up." Harris woke up with a start, "Huh?" he struggled for a moment, trying to get up, "Oh my god! MY MASK!" he almost forgot what happened, Ace hit him so hard. Most of it was a blur, he didn't even remember Mad being there. He looked up at Mad, "I can't breathe! I need a mask!" Mad bent over him, "I don't have mine, here have some air!" he grabbed Harris's face and forced him to receive mouth to mouth, "Breath, damn you, breath!" Harris gasped, "Stop, you idiot!" he was gasping, starting to bleed from his mouth, "Oh my god, what have you done! This! PAIN!" he lurched forward and threw up, it was as green as Mad's vapor, "You two, you've really done it!" he looked up at Mad, the blood was coming out of his eyes, nose and ears now. "This is… highly amusing…" Mad said, "Is this how everyone died back in the nuclear reactor?" he questioned, putting a finger to his temple. "You asshole!" Harris swung his free foot up and clocked Mad right in the head, as hard as he could. Mad hit the wall and leaned forward cradling his head in his hands, he was enraged now with a splitting headache. He grabbed Harris's legs and forced them threw the floor, Harris let out a pained yell, "If I am not mistaken, you tried to kill me first! Survival of the strongest! You're week, it's your time to die!" he got in his face, breathing his toxic fumes over his face, Mad pulled out the dagger Harris had used on him, he licked the blade. "My saliva is just as bad as my breath!" he took the blade and cut into Harris's skin, "This will make it accelerate!" he laughed, dropping the dagger to the ground and looking up at the ceiling. Harris was barely moving now, "You… really… live up to your… name…" he said, coughing and spurting up blood. His body began to shake violently as it seized then it went still and he made no more movements. "Damn straight!" Mad said, standing, he wiped his face where he was bleeding from the kick Harris gave him. Mad came out of the room, his stomach turned and he felt sick, "Ugh, what is this?" he groaned, throwing up, "My body is still adjusting… and these wounds have just helped it adjust faster I guess…" Ace entered the room when he saw Mad throwing up, "You alright?" he asked. "Yes, I am fine, this is just… my body's adjusting still." He stood up, pulling out his mask and attempting to put it on when he threw up again, "Guess I'm not wearing this…" he said, "We'll go out hunting tomorrow or later if it lets up some." His face was pale white. Ace made sure he was able to get back to their building, when they arrived, Shade looked very confused seeing what he thought was Harris, holding Mad's arm and helping him. Kira wasn't fazed at all, she just watched him as he grew confused. Shade looked around, "Where's Ace?" he questioned. Mad shrugged, "I…" he threw up again, "Ugh… just put me in a bathroom so I don't get this everywhere…" he grumbled. Ace nodded and helped him to one of the bathrooms then went back to the window where he sits. The sky was darkening as night drew in and everyone decided that they'd best get to bed. Shade was still confused and trying to figure out where Ace had gone but he figured he'd be safe anyhow.

ep. 24. . The next morning when Ace woke up, he immediately went to check on Mad, who was still in the bathroom. He pushed the door open slowly to find him leaned back against the wall opposite of the toilet, "Mad?" he questioned, concerned. Mad didn't respond, "Mad? You ok buddy?" he asked again. Without opening his eyes, he lifted his hand, "Just a few more minutes… I want to pick this guy's nose…" he mumbled and dropped his hand. Mad seemed to be sound asleep until his eye twitched and flung open, "Holy hell!" he woke with a start and looked at Ace. "You doing alright?" Ace questioned him again, "What was that all about?" Mad rubbed his eyes, "Ugh, yeah I spent most of the night hurling… and I had a bad dream, this hobo took my waffle and shoved it up his ass…" Mad shuttered, "It was highly disturbing, that was my god damn waffle!" He stood up and looked at Ace who was staring at his shoulder, "What?" he questioned. Ace shook his head, the mushrooms look oddly appetizing to him right now but he had to resist the erg to steel one, he didn't know what they'd do to him but maybe they'd boost his immunity. "Let's go back to the lobby and wait for the others to wake up…" Ace said, taking his gaze away from the mushrooms, Mad didn't realize what he was looking at. "I'll be out there in a moment, my wound screams for attention." Mad pushed Ace out of the bathroom, "I'd like some privacy, got to take a dump as well," he closed the door and sat down on the toilet. Ace shrugged and walked back over to his table, he looked up at the stairs watching for Kira to come down them. When she finally emerged she looked at him and yawn slightly then began to speak, "So, what'd you two do with Harris?" she asked him then mumbled, "Not that I care, he's a prick." Ace only smiled, "Oh, he's not coming back but hush, I want to see how long it takes Shade to realize who I am." Kira smirked, "Well, the thing is, I wasn't going to say anything. When he finally realizes who you are, it'll give me reason to make fun of him other than the fact that germs scare him." She sat down next to Ace, "Anyway, thanks for getting rid of him, he didn't deserve to be here anyway." Mad exited the restroom and looked at Ace, "Shall we go get that food and supplies or what?" Ace got up and looked at Kira, "Tell Shade we'll be back before nightfall." He said before exiting the building. When he was outside with Mad, one of the mushrooms happen to come loose and fall on the ground. Ace picked it up as Mad turned, "You're not going to eat that are you?" he asked as Ace popped it into his mouth, "And you did, well, have fun with that." Mad said, "Come on, we don't have all day to gather stuff." They both stood there for a few moments, Mad was observing Ace at this point because Ace just froze. His eye began to twitch as he just stared at Mad, "I feel so… Invigorated!" Ace yelled as he threw up his hands. Mad sighed, "Now I have lost him…" Ace jumped up and then took off in the direction he was facing. He was up and over the hill so fast Mad couldn't even react. Mad sighed again, he stalked off towards the building they were staying in, pushing open the doors he immediately said, "One of you need to come with, out here, and help me gather supplies." He pointed at both Kira and Shade. Shade was the first to respond, "Oh hell no! I'm not going out there with all those demons!" Kira looked at him, she shook her head, "You'll never survive if you don't leave this place." She sighed, "Are you really that afraid of a little exposure to germs?" Mad closed the door behind him, "Nevermind Shade, looks like the girl has bigger cajones than you do." He pointed at Kira, "Come now, we must make haste to the wonderful land of the apocalypse and death!" he spun around pointing outside. Kira shrugged, "Alright, let's go." She walked towards Mad as he bowed and opened the door for her. When she was out he looked up at shade, pointed to his own crotch and whispered, "Grow some gonads and maybe, just maybe, you'll survive." He strutted out the door, "Kira!" he yelled at her, "Wait up, we have a task to complete first!" he pointed up towards the highway, "I want my car!" he pouted, "My baby… it's stuck between a rock and a tree!"

ep. 25 . Kira stopped, "How are we going to free it?" she looked at Mad. "Well, let's go to it and see our options!" he said as he began to make his way towards the highway where he had crashed. Kira shrugged, she didn't see any harm in checking out things and maybe the car could come in use anyway. When they reached the car, Kira looked down at the old Mustang, "How are we going to pull this up?" Mad slid down the hill and landed on a fallen tree, he popped open the trunk and removed a chain which he fastened to the car. He then tossed it up and climbed up the hill, "Pull!" he said. Kira sighed, she knew this wasn't going to work but she did as he said, hoping he'd realize that this was not going to do the job. After about five minutes he gave up, "Hmmm…" he began to look around when he noticed a huge creature sleeping a few yards down the highway, "That, let's use that!" "That? You want to use that?!" she stepped back. "Where did your cajones go?" he looked at her, confused. Kira sighed, "Fine… what do we do?" she was still holding the chain in her hands at this point. Mad smiled, you could see it in his eyes under his mask, "I'm going to tie this to it's horns, you're going to slap it's ass and send it running but wait for my signal!" She didn't like this plan at all but there was no other way, she just hoped Mad knows what he's doing. He walked up to the sleeping beast with an evil grin before fastening the chain to it's horns. Then he went back to his car and jumped inside it, "Go!" he said, starting the engine. Kira looked horrified, "What have I gotten myself into?" she went over to the creature, raised her hand over it's ass and slapped it as hard as she could. It woke with a start that quickly turned into rage, it spun around looking Kira dead in the eye and roaring as loudly as it could. It charged towards Kira trying to hit her with it's horns but couldn't because of the two ton car on the other end. It suddenly reared up, both of it's claws over Kira's head, when it came back down on her, she rolled out from under it and ran down the highway a few then stopped and turned, "Hey!" she yelled at it, trying to get it's attention off of the weight on it's horns. It began to run full speed towards her, pulling the car onto the main highway. When the car was free Mad had shifted it into neutral, "This is going to damage my car…" Mad jumped out of the moving vehicle and grabbed the chain, he unhooked it from the bottom of the car using a bolt cutter. What he didn't realize is now that the weight was off of the creature, it was running faster and he was sent flying into the air. The creature stopped dead, it noticed the suddenly loss of weight, lifting it's head and looking over it's shoulder, the first thing it notices is Mad flying right at it's Face, "Shit!" Mad yelled as the creature opened it's mouth. At this point, Kira had turned and started her way back to the creature, she knew the gun she had wouldn't kill it more so just piss it off but she fired a round into the side of it's neck anyway. It snapped it's head back to Kira and roared again allowing Mad to land on it's head, well fall and crash onto it's head. Mad was still holding onto the chain, he held it up and looked at it, "I have… a sudden sparkly idea!" he said as he stood up and jumped off of it's head, he took firm hold of the chain and jumped up onto the creature's shoulder. He was able to get the chain around the creature's neck, "Stall it Kira!" he said and rand down it's back, he knew he didn't have enough power to perform this next task and he hoped his car would be able to. He ran back towards his car but the chain was to short and knocked him to his back, "Oof!" Mad yelled, Kira had turned the creature towards Mad, she was luring it towards the car and keeping it's attention, firing blank rounds. Mad noticed what she was doing and got up, he began to move over to his car and fasten the chain back on it. He got in, put it in gear and tried to gun it forward, it stalled after hitting second gear, "Come on baby!" he said as he tried to get it go faster than twenty miles per hour but it stopped when the chain was no longer slacked, "Damn it!" Mad yelled as he pulled the torch from his back, "Kill it with fire!" he yelled as he lit the back of the creature on fire. "Burn!" he yelled as it spun around, facing Mad. The flames were bright and hot and Kira didn't like them, she backed away from the fire. At first she allowed for her fear to take control but then she realized that she had to do something to help, all Mad was doing was burning the creature alive. Kira looked around and saw the chain, it was still attached to the creature and perhaps she could use it. She removed it from Mad's car and tugged on it. The creature backed up a little, "This will work," she said, tugging again, slowly edging it towards the cliff side. When it's back feet lined up with the edge of the cliff, Mad jumped up and kicked it in the face, causing it to rear up. When it reared up, Kira yanked on the chain as hard as she could, knocking it off balance and over the side of the cliff. Kira spun around to look down at it, it was still moving, "Shit, it's still alive!" Kira said, uncertain of what to do now. It was starting to head back up when she caught the glimpse of something black and shiny being tossed over the side, "What was…" "GET DOWN!" Mad yelled and tackled Kira to the ground, there was a loud explosion and a blood curdling roar and silence from the beast. The other creatures around them simply took off in all sorts of directions, frightened from the noise. "You threw a bomb!?" she yelled, surprised, "Why would you throw a bomb!?" "Because it's unexpected and it creates the best sound the universe will ever hear now! Also, the colors… are amazing!" he stared at the roaring fire. "Whatever, we should go get Shade and find Ace, we need to move on, there's nothing here to eat anymore." She started to walk towards Mad's car. "Yeah, but the deeper we go the worst things will be," he muttered but Kira didn't hear. He got in the driver side and put the car into gear. "Are you safe?" Kira asked. Mad pushed on the gas pedal, "Probably, now that it has no horsepower." He drove it over a few corpses and down to where Shade was who was looking out the window, "Get your stuff! We are leaving this place after we find our missing friend." He said, still not letting Shade know that they were only looking for Ace. "Well we are missing two people now, Harris and Ace," Shade announced, picking up all the equipment. Mad popped the trunk and when Shade opened it, he dropped all of the gear on the ground, "You've got bombs in here!? Food!? Drink? But how?!" "Just one person we are looking for, and I worked a nuclear power plant, everyone had food there so I took all the food that wasn't contaminated. Put your stuff in, let's go." He said, Shade did as he was told after sighing, he carefully placed everything in, worried that he could detonate one of the bombs. When he got in the car, Mad drove off in the direction he had seen Ace run to. He didn't know if they'd find him or what they'd even find but he was intent in finding this man. He felt a friendship forming between the two of them and he's never had one so he would love to keep that going. Kira, on the other hand, had strange feelings for Ace she just kept them to herself. He was the only one out of all the guys who's either shown that he's there to protect her, as well as the other guys, but he is also one of out of two who'd go out and kill something without being afraid to. Shade was just a wimp in her opinion, he only killed that thing because he had to.

ep. 26. . Meanwhile, Ace had just ran over the hill out of Mad's view, he didn't know what he was doing all he knew was that whatever it was it was going to be a lot of fun and very destructive. He reached the other side of the hill and looked around before spotting a building in the distance, it was brightly colored and rather large. It was also one of few buildings that actually stood up properly and seemed structurally sound, "That way!" Ace yelled and started charging in that direction, he wanted to see it with his own eyes, "Full speed ahead!" As he charged in it's direction, he began to realize that some of the creatures around him had taken notice to him and were watching or chasing after him. "Savages!" He yelled and yanked a metal pipe from the ground, "Suck pipe!" he plunged it threw one of the beasts' heads and yanked it backwards sending the now dead creature in to the air. When it was airborne he swung the pipe back into it and sent it at the other creatures running down the hill in front of him which tripped them up and caused the bigger of them to roll down the hill and into Ace. Ace grabbed a hold of the creature, which was causing a lot of noises, "Oh shut your pie hole!" Ace grumbled as he jumped off of if, he slammed the piped down on it's head, bending it, "Go forth and die!" he swung around, "Who wants a piece of this!" he yelled and before he knew it, he had many different creatures charging up at him. Most of them were only there because of all the commotion he was causing and the others were just there just because they could be. He began to use the broken pipe and anything else he could get a hold of, which in this case happened to be dead bodies, to defend himself and kill off the attackers all while laughing. When the attacks stopped, Ace tossed aside a torn off limb and began to pile up the dead bodies. When he made a massive pile, he stabbed the broken pipe in the top most body, ran down the side and managed to find some old underwear which he fastened to the pipe and yelled, "I claim this as my throne!" before running off again leaving piles of dead bodies behind him. Ace hadn't realized it, but he was actually moving a lot quicker than he was use to and using a lot more energy to do so. When he rushed through a small decrepit town, he noticed a small structure held together with binding wire and buckets. There was a sign with poorly written letters and dripping paint that read, "Bar, I have drinks." What caught his attention was a small man lying on top of a large dead beast, he had his arms held up and he was mumbling something about spirits and creeps. When he approached, he stepped on some broken glass, the small man on top of the beast flailed his arms attempting to get up but instead fell through the body. It seemed like it was hollowed out on the inside because of how easily he fell through it, "Damn it," he muttered, tearing a hole in the side of the carcass and pulling himself out. He stood up, using a cane, and looked at Ace, "Good sir!" he called out to him, waving his free hand, "I haven't had a costumer in weeks!" he motioned for him to walk forward, "Come, come, I have all sorts of beverages to drink from!" The man hobbled over to the make shift bar, he pulled out a variety of liquors and soda, he looked at Ace, "You look more like a soda man," he said and put the alcohol away. Ace stared at the bottles of soda but there was one in particular he wanted. When the man noticed his gaze, he put the rest of the soda away and held up the Dr. Pepper, "This one, this is the one you want, I can see it!" he chuckled, popping it open. Ace rushed up to the bar and took it from the man, he was so excited about the drink he hadn't said a single thing to him. The man looked at him, "It seems as though you've come in contact with something, or eaten something, that has affected your mind. Perhaps a drink and a seat will calm you." He said, when Ace was finished with the soda, it was apparent that he was still being highly affected by the mushrooms he took from Mad. His eyes were darting all over the place and all he could think of was to kill those creatures so he bolted off again to go kill more. The man at the bar shook his head, "Alright, but I warn you, you won't remember anything after this." He hobbled out from behind the bar and somehow, managed to catch up with Ace and clobber him over the head with his cane. When Ace was knocked out, the man simply sat down on the ground next to him while they were surrounded by the mutated creatures. When Ace came too, he saw a flash of light and a blur of something red and black swing over him. There was blood splatters and screeching noises from the monsters, "Damn it all, I know I shouldn't have done that!" the man yelled and then cringed a little, "Agh, damn inferno black clouds!" he fell over one of the bodies and landed on his side. Ace sat up, "Huh?" he looked around and noticed the man, "Who are you?!" he asked. "The name's Vocol," he said, "You ingested something that messed with your head so I had to hit you over the head and put you out." Ace noticed Vocol's bum leg and stood up, he held out a hand offering Vocol help, "I'm Ace, how'd I get here?" he asked as he pulled Vocol to his feet.

ep. 27. . "Hmmm," Vocol looked around, "You came from that direction," he pointed off towards a mountain of dead bodies, "Whatever you ate caused you to want to kill these things which is fine with me but I don't think you should eat any more of that stuff." Vocol motioned for Ace to fallow him back towards his bar, "Here, I have something for you. You're the only living soul I have seen in weeks… and I think it's time I move on." When they approached the bar, Vocol pulled out three bottles of Dr. Pepper, "These both have a gallon of soda in it and when you were crazed, you went nuts over them." He handed them over to Ace who took them happily. "May I join you? I think being alone is a risky and dangerous thing to do nowadays." "Sure!" Ace said happily, he was still unsure of what he had seen when he woke up but he thought for sure it was a scythe that cut down all those mutants. He looked over where he had come from, "I hear a car engine," he said, "and music." Vocol looked over and saw a beaten up Mustang appear over the hill, the driver, who was wearing bright colors, had his head out the window like a dog, "Yo!" he yelled out the window, "I found him! I knew the trail of death and destruction would lead us to him eventually!" he laughed. He pulled the car up to Ace, "Toss those in the trunk, we are going to go find new shelter." Ace paused, "But I have to get my stashes!" he announced. Mad looked at him with curiosity, "Stashes?" then he noticed Vocol, "Who's that small fellow!?" Ace looked back at Vocol, "Vocol, he's been here for a while and yes, stashes, I have weapons everywhere and I want them!" he said. "Alright, hop on in you two and we'll go get those weapons of yours." Ace got into the back seat with Shade and Vocol squeezed himself in the back seat as well. Shade was now pushed against the other side of the car groaning with irritation. Ace, being the person he was, claimed he needed more room and pushed Shade further into the side of the car. He had a smile of triumph with Shades reaction. It took them a few hours to gather up all of Ace's weapons. There was all sorts of different things. Shade, confused and a little scared of some of the things he had, couldn't help but question him, "Where did you get all of these?" Ace shrugged, "I figured that if the world ended I'd raid weapon shops. I came across a military bunker and took their crap too." He smiled, "Sad thing is, there was still people there." "You took people's defense!?" he looked mad. Ace shrugged again, "Survival of the fittest and smartest." Vocol nodded, "Well put, got to save your hide before you put other's in front of you nowadays. Though a few close friends and travel buddies are always a necessity." He chuckled, "And that's coming from a man who lived in a dead decaying monster for a week." Mad laughed at them, "Come on Shade, you know he did it to live." He glanced over his shoulder, "Heck, this car isn't even mine… well it is now, but it wasn't before. I took it from a house, it had the keys in it and everything and I need a fast vehicle." He looked back at the road, "Now look at it, it can't even drive past fifteen." Vocol grabbed the back of the seat, "We should attach rockets to it!" Mad slammed on the breaks, "What a splendid idea! One of these days I am going to really fly with this thing!" he laughed and pushed the gas pedal a little too hard, the car bucked and squealed, "Alright fine! I'm sorry!" he said and released some of the gas and continued down the road. "We are going to that large city right over that hill, it's bound to have some good supplies maybe even a new car!" Kira nodded, "Yeah, it was my idea. I figured a city will have everything we need in it. I don't know anything about the mutant population though but I don't expect it to be high." She shrugged and yawned, "I think we can handle anything that comes our way though." She said before snuggling into a pillow and falling asleep. Mad fell quite, he had respect for people who were asleep. He was moving his fingers a lot though, he always was either talking or moving something if he couldn't speak. The road to the next city was long, it went through a few small towns which they'd raid when they went through them. "The next town is near the nuclear reactor I worked at, it's got some weird things going on in it so be careful," he whispered.

EP. 28 . When they reach the nuclear power plant, Mad stops the car. The outside of the building was covered in the same mushrooms that grew on Mad's shoulders just a lot bigger because of how long they've been sitting. They were all sorts of different colors and sizes as well as emitting strange green gas, there was even a slight green haze over the area from this building. Mad paused for a moment and looked at Ace who was staring at the mushrooms, "Do not eat these Ace, you'll flip out worse than you originally did." He opened his car door, "Wake Kira, I don't want anything to happen while she's asleep." Mad stepped up to the door, it had lots of rocks and items shoved against it, "I did that when I left because something was trying to get out." He looked at the others, "We need to kill it first." Vocol climbed out of the window and fell on his head, he stumbled and pulled himself up to his feet using his cane, "Can I kill it?" he balanced himself with the cane. There was clearly something strange going on with his left leg. "Uh, I think it best if we go about this as a team effort," he winked, "Wouldn't want to lose anyone to this stupid thing, it's strong enough to push the wall down just not smart enough to know it can do that." Ace was still in the car, he was trying to wake Kira up without scaring her, "Hey Kira, you need to get up." Kira looked at him and then outside, she stretched feeling cramped in the back of the car. Kira stepped out, "What's going on?" she questioned as Mad swung open the door to the nuclear power plant and a large creature charged out. "Holy fuck!" Kira yelled and ran out of it's path, "Dude, you could have gotten me killed!" Mad looked at her, "I don't see you dead." He chuckled, "Let's kill this thing!" Mad charged in to confuse the beast. He decided to run between it's legs and in circles around it in hopes that it would be too preoccupied with him to noticed the others around it. Vocol was climbing an old telephone pole trying to get away, he had no reason to why he was running away other than what he sings once he climbed to the top, "I'm high oh, high ohhhh, high up on top of the world!" Which drew the attention of the creature to him, it completely ignored Mad's attempt at keeping it preoccupied and rushed the pole, "Back fowl creature!" Vocol yelled as he jumped onto it's back when it flung itself into the pole, "Failure is an option!" he rolled down it's back and into Ace, "Sup." Ace looked down at him, he was amused but he did want to finish the creature, he ran up it's back and flung a chain around it's neck in an attempt to remove the creature's head from it's body. What surprised him was, how easily the head popped off and the fact that the creature was still thrashing around very much alive, "The fuck?" Ace said, jumping onto the ground. "It's blinded," Shade said, studying the creature, "I have an idea," he jumped up into the air and landed on it's back where a canine like figure of a body seemed to be absorbed into it's back. He pulled out his blade when it threw him off of him. As soon as he was in the air, Shade decided to throw his sword into the canine in it's back but it missed all vital spots and sent the monster into a furry of anger, "Aim for that things head, I'm going to try to get my blade back." The others scrambled to get to the vital spot while Ace stood there waiting. He sighed as the creature threw it's front legs up in a rearing position and then Ace jumped right onto it's back and slammed his fist into the skull of the canine absorbed into it's back. He took a firm hold of it's beating heart and tore it out. The creature stopped moving and fell to it's side. Ace just stepped off of it, "You guys made it look so hard," he tossed the heart over to Shade who caught, gagged, and threw it.

Suddenly, Vocol's eye's shifted down, "No, why are you telling me this, I don't care what you think about." He paused, "So what, he tore his heart out, does it matter?" he paused again, looked up at the others and said, "Just shut up, all of you shut up! You make me look crazy!" he announced and walked passed everyone, "Why are you guys so confused looking? Let's go inside." Mad raised an eyebrow, "And they call me mad," he chuckled then waved at the others, "Come on, let's go in." They fallowed Mad inside, the whole interior of the building was covered in a think white powdered coating and mushrooms growing ceiling high. "I worn you, some of the people who were in here became mutated," he said, "We need to grab a power core, canned or bagged food and any other supplies necessary." He disappeared threw a door to their left and started down some stairs to the core, "I'll be down here, I need some time alone to get this safely removed." He called back up to the others. Kira shrugged, the place looked pretty empty so she decided to look for things on her own. She split from Ace and the others and went into a room no one had even seen. She was rummaging through some bags and kept hearing some skittering noises running back and forth on the floors behind her but every time she'd look back, there wouldn't be anything there, "It must be nothing," she shrugged, opening a cabinet. There was a mirror hanging over the shelves and at first she thought she was looking at a picture, "That's one ugly centipede… I'd hate to see that thing!" That's when it moved and she spun around, "Oh my… GOD!" she yelled as it ran towards her. She scurried over a table and kicked it over on it's side. Kira tried to use the table to keep it away from her but the thing was the size of a horse and just climbed over it. She ran towards the door, trying to escape but it cut her off, "Get the fuck away!" she yelled and dodged it's attack. By this time she was crying, "Of all things… a centipede!" she yelled. She was to busy with her fear and running away to even realize she could kill it. The centipede was getting furious with her by now and when she'd jump over it, it would spin around like a snake trying to strike her but failing. It didn't have good aim, it was nearly blinded by mushrooms over it's eyes. Kira ran from wall to wall, throwing chairs and other objects at it but it's hard shell protected it from the impacts of the blunt objects hitting it. "Just die!" she yelled, tossing the mirror from the cabinet onto it's head. It shattered over it's head and some mushrooms fell to the floor. "Great! Now you can see!" she yelled and pulled out her gun, "I forgot about my gun!" she cried as it charged at her, she ran away from it and back towards the door where it yet again cut her off. The centipede made an unnatural screech at her and came flying at Kira as fast as it could. She ran and ducked behind the table from earlier. It simply tossed the table aside like a measly toy and set it's eyes on her. Kira cried and pulled her gun up to aim at it's head and fired one shot between it's eyes. It fell to the ground but Kira proceeded to unloaded the rest of her bullets in it's head. She was curled up on the floor, holding herself tightly with her gun still aimed at it's motionless body trying to fire more bullets into it. Ace ran into the room, he heard the shots being fired from across the nuclear plant and tried to get there as fast as he could. When he saw what she had killed and how she was reacting, he decided to just pick her up and carry her out of the room. Kira clung to him, she was still terrified and trembling. Mad came out of the room, "She find one of them bugs?" he asked, holding the power core. Ace nodded, "She did, I don't think she liked it at all." He said, still holding her. "I found some food and other equipment." He told Mad. "Alright, let's wait for the other two outside. I think Kira would feel better out there anyway." All three of then went outside to wait for Shade and Vocol. Vocol was already outside, well for the most part, he was climbing out of one of the top windows muttering something to himself, "Yeah yeah, I got it." He growled as he went up to the roof of the plant and pulled the metal bars and latters from the top of it. He tossed the metal down to the ground and called out, "I'm going to shank things with those and fire metal rods into creatures using this bungee cord." He threw it down to them and began climbing back down to the third floor window where he entered. Moments later, he and Shade appeared outside carrying all sorts of things. Shade look mildly irritated with Vocol, "Why am I carrying almost everything?" he questioned him. Vocol leaned on his cane, "Because you sir, you sir have no problems walking." He bent over and helped load up everything into the car. "Says the man who climbed up the side of a telephone pole and a building." Mad looked at them, "I sense a disturbance in the force." He said, "We should rest up, it's getting dark and unfortunately, this car is the only place we have to sleep tonight." Ace tried to put Kira in the back seat of the car but she was still so shaken up she didn't want to let go of him so he sighed and squeezed himself in with her, "I'm getting the front seat when we drive." He told the others who nodded. Vocol hopped in the other passenger side of the car, "I'm the smallest so I'll go back here." He curled up in such a small ball, Ace was still able to lay in the back seat with Kira clinging to his arm which he allowed. Soon enough, everyone had fallen asleep, even Kira.

EPISODE 30 . . . . In the morning, Mad was the first to wake up. He had his eyes closed at this point, just resting them but he felt oddly aware of something, "I sense… a presence," he said and opened them. There was a man standing over the car, he looked rather angry as he studied the physical condition of it. "You, get out of my fucking car!" he yelled and ripped Mad from the driver seat and threw him hard onto the ground, "How dare you! Look what you've done to my beautiful car!" he pulled mad up to his face holding tightly to his collar. Mad put his hands up, "There there, it's not as bad as it could be. I was planning on attaching rockets to it, at least it's not totally destroyed… Yet…" he chuckled and the man slammed his face into the bumper of the car. "You see that sticker?" he questioned, angrily. "Aye… It's a lovely red emblem…" The man drug Mad's face up the side of the car and back in his own face, when he yelled, spit flew out all over Mad's face, "You took a gang members car! You expect me to be nice about this!" Mad didn't even flinch, "You spat on me…" his eye twitched, "You spat on me… I don't take kindly to this!" Kira and Shade had been stirred from the commotion going on outside, it was still really late and definitely not time to get up. Shade looked at Ace and Vocol, who were still sleeping soundly with the yelling going on. "You better be careful, you hurt me and they'll come after you," Mad said, glaring at the man, "Unhand me!" The man smiled, you could see it in his eyes, "I think not, I am not done with you and the chicken shit friends you have, I doubt they'll come help you." He looked at his arms noticing some bandages, he grabbed Mad's shoulder, "So, you've got a wound here don't you?" Mad didn't say anything, he had enough of this man, "I'd be careful." Was the only thing he said before the man dug a finger into the healing wound causing Mad to flinch. "You know," he flinched again as the finger was pushed farther in and blood began to ooze out, "Why am I not fighting back?" he growled and tore off his gas mask. He looked furious and bit the man's hand that was pinning him to the car. He let out a surprised yelled that was just enough to wake up both Ace and Vocol who then proceeded to get out of the car quickly. Vocol of course fell onto his face as he struggled to get out. Ace was right next to Mad staring the man down, he was so mad, he didn't even care who this man was. He grabbed the man by the throat and looked him in the eye, "You're a threat, I don't like threats around my friends," his hand tightened and the man began to struggle, he even kicked Ace but it barely did anything. Ace just glared at him, "Nope," he said before using his own face to smash the man's skull in. When he was unconscious, he just about to finish him before Vocol came up to him and grabbed his arm. "I have an idea…" he said, taking the man, "Do we have ropes?" he questioned. Ace didn't know what Vocol was up to but got him the ropes anyway. Vocol then took the ropes and tied the man to the back of the car, "When he wakes up, we drive and scare the first large beast we can. When it's chasing us, we let it get him. We can hear him screaming as we leave them behind!" he laughed. Ace shrugged, he was alright with this plan. He looked at Mad now and saw the blood, "That the wound is from Harris?" Mad nodded, picking up his mask, "It is, it was almost healed until now." He grumbled, "I'll need new bandages, those are contaminated. You didn't happen to find any medical supplies did you?" "I didn't but you've got a blow torch right? I've got some metal." Mad shrugged, "That'll do." He turned the torch on, "Metal please," Ace handed him the metal and Mad burned it until it was red, "Here," he handed Ace the metal and pushed up his sleeve. Ace pressed it onto the bleeding wound causing Mad to bite his lip from the pain. When it was sealed closed, he removed the metal and tossed it behind him. "I've got some antibiotics from the other place just no wraps." Ace smirked and walked over to the man, he tore off the cleanest portion of the man's shirt and helped Mad dress the wound. They then got back in the car with Ace in the front seat and drove back to the main road. The car didn't seem to like it much so it was bucking and stalling a lot, "Damn this inferno piece of metal!" Mad yelled and stomped the gas petal. It lurched forward and stalled again, he tried to turn it on but it wouldn't turn over. "I'll be right back…" he got out of the car and popped the hood. Smoke bellowed out of it, "The hell is this?" The man on the back of the car began to laugh, "I figured if it was broken, I'd make it unable to run for even you." Mad slammed the hood down and proceeded to the back of the car. He untied the man from the back of the car and threw him on the ground. The man lay on the ground laughing, ropes were still around his feet and wrists so he couldn't run away. The laughs were ignored as Mad opened the trunk, he pulled out a rocket big enough to carry a full grown man. Mad drug the man to the middle of the road and at least fifteen feet away from the car. "Hope you like to fly!" he said and tied the man up to the rocket before setting the fuse on fire. When it shot off, the man continued to laugh, "Hope you die out here!" he laughed as the rocket took off and up into the sky. Mad just watched it, ignoring everything that was being said. When it exploded he turned and came face to face with another large mutated creature that had come to investigate the commotion going on. "What the hell are you looking at?" he said before grabbing it's face and slamming it head first into the ground and curb stomping it till it stopped moving. Mad had blood covering his boots and pants when he entered the car, "We're stranded." He grumbled, "A useless car that won't move and no other vehicles around." Shade sat up in the back seat, "We are on a street and cars drive on streets, me and Ace can scout ahead and see if there's anything that we can drive." "Good idea, the rest of us will wait here." When Shade and Ace got out of the car, Mad locked the door and sat back in his seat. Vocol just stared outside watching the creatures as the other two wondered down the street in search of a vehicle, "I hope they come back with something bigger than this car." Vocol said. Mad yawned, "Well, I am going to nap while they are out searching around." he closed his eyes and fell quickly asleep. Ace and Shade were walking down the highway and there wasn't a single vehicle which upset Shade, "You'd think that there'd be cars on the highway!" he grumbled and kicked a rock down the road. Ace looked on ahead while Shade was to busy kicking the rock along the pavement, "There," Ace pointed, "There's a city there but it'll take us a while to get there we should get the others, if we can make it down there before nightfall, we should be able to stay in one of those buildings and find a working vehicle." he turned to head back when he noticed Shade just staring, "What's wrong with you?" He looked over at him, "Without a vehicle?" he asked. "It's all we can do," Ace responded. "Without a vehicle we can not carry everything that's in that trunk!" Ace shrugged, "We'll have to hide the car and take what's important then come back and load up the new vehicle." Shade sighed, "This is a dangerous trip…" he turned and started to walk back towards the others. When they arrived, the car was surrounded by large mutated creatures. One was like the other one back at the plant, "We'll have to kill those first before we go though," Shade sighed again and pulled out his sword. "That'll be easy, you get the big one with the body in it's back and I'll destroy the smaller things." Shade leapt up onto the car and got the larger mutant's attention, he then proceeded to jump into the air and land on it's head as it roared and flung him off to the side. Shade crashed into some rocks and gasped from the sharp pain, "This'll be easy he says," he grumbles and gets back up just in time to dodge the bull rush from the creature. While he was battling the larger beast, Ace was practically smashing the heads of the smaller ones with a large rock he had found. He felt pretty happy about himself, "This is easy," he looked over to Shade and saw he was struggling with the big creature, "Now that'll be fun!" he said as he ran up it's back and tore the wolf like body from it's back and smashed in it's chest cavity with his foot, "Thanks for the distraction." Shade glared at him, "You did that on purpose didn't you?" Ace smiled, "Of course, I didn't want the smaller mutants getting in the way when I killed the ugly ass big thing." he went to the car and tapped on the window. Mad opened the door, "Any good news?" he asked. Ace explained the situation with the city beyond the hills and the others began to pack up what was needed before putting the car in neutral and pushing it off the side of the road into a ditch covered in broken branches and weeds. The car was completely hidden and they would return later to get the supplies. "You're sure we'll find something?" he asked. "I believe so, and maybe we can get something bigger than that car." Mad laughed, "It'll be faster that's for sure! Come on, let's get going." he looked at Ace, "Make sure Vocol keeps up with us." Ace nodded and walked up to Vocol. They began their walk down the street towards the city that was mentioned before. It would be a long journey for them but that didn't stop them, they just wanted to find safety before nightfall.

When it shot off, the man continued to laugh, "Hope you die out here!" he laughed as the rocket took off and up into the sky. Mad just watched it, ignoring everything that was being said. When it exploded he turned and came face to face with another large mutated creature that had come to investigate the commotion going on. "What the hell are you looking at?" he said before grabbing it's face and slamming it head first into the ground and curb stomping it till it stopped moving. Mad had blood covering his boots and pants when he entered the car, "We're stranded." He grumbled, "A useless car that won't move and no other vehicles around." Shade sat up in the back seat, "We are on a street and cars drive on streets, me and Ace can scout ahead and see if there's anything that we can drive." "Good idea, the rest of us will wait here." When Shade and Ace got out of the car, Mad locked the door and sat back in his seat. Vocol just stared outside watching the creatures as the other two wondered down the street in search of a vehicle, "I hope they come back with something bigger than this car." Vocol said. Mad yawned, "Well, I am going to nap while they are out searching around." he closed his eyes and fell quickly asleep. Ace and Shade were walking down the highway and there wasn't a single vehicle which upset Shade, "You'd think that there'd be cars on the highway!" he grumbled and kicked a rock down the road. Ace looked on ahead while Shade was to busy kicking the rock along the pavement, "There," Ace pointed, "There's a city there but it'll take us a while to get there we should get the others, if we can make it down there before nightfall, we should be able to stay in one of those buildings and find a working vehicle." he turned to head back when he noticed Shade just staring, "What's wrong with you?" He looked over at him, "Without a vehicle?" he asked. "It's all we can do," Ace responded. "Without a vehicle we can not carry everything that's in that trunk!" Ace shrugged, "We'll have to hide the car and take what's important then come back and load up the new vehicle." Shade sighed, "This is a dangerous trip…" he turned and started to walk back towards the others. When they arrived, the car was surrounded by large mutated creatures. One was like the other one back at the plant, "We'll have to kill those first before we go though," Shade sighed again and pulled out his sword. "That'll be easy, you get the big one with the body in it's back and I'll destroy the smaller things." Shade leapt up onto the car and got the larger mutant's attention, he then proceeded to jump into the air and land on it's head as it roared and flung him off to the side. Shade crashed into some rocks and gasped from the sharp pain, "This'll be easy he says," he grumbles and gets back up just in time to dodge the bull rush from the creature. While he was battling the larger beast, Ace was practically smashing the heads of the smaller ones with a large rock he had found. He felt pretty happy about himself, "This is easy," he looked over to Shade and saw he was struggling with the big creature, "Now that'll be fun!" he said as he ran up it's back and tore the wolf like body from it's back and smashed in it's chest cavity with his foot, "Thanks for the distraction." Shade glared at him, "You did that on purpose didn't you?" Ace smiled, "Of course, I didn't want the smaller mutants getting in the way when I killed the ugly ass big thing." he went to the car and tapped on the window. Mad opened the door, "Any good news?" he asked. Ace explained the situation with the city beyond the hills and the others began to pack up what was needed before putting the car in neutral and pushing it off the side of the road into a ditch covered in broken branches and weeds. The car was completely hidden and they would return later to get the supplies. "You're sure we'll find something?" he asked. "I believe so, and maybe we can get something bigger than that car." Mad laughed, "It'll be faster that's for sure! Come on, let's get going." he looked at Ace, "Make sure Vocol keeps up with us." Ace nodded and walked up to Vocol. They began their walk down the street towards the city that was mentioned before. It would be a long journey for them but that didn't stop them, they just wanted to find safety before nightfall.

ep.33 . They had been walking for a few hours before they hit the small forested area just before the main city that may have the vehicle they needed. Vocol looked up at the rest of them and sighed, "You know, we are going somewhere new and we don't know what's ahead of us… I say that if it's big… we bring it down, if it's small, we kill it. Ya know, it could get dangerous and it could get violent but let's have some fun when we destroy them demons." He sighed again, "Alright, let's go kick ass." Mad said nothing, he was still angry from what happened before even though it was done and over with. He was mumbling to himself about the incident and it was almost like gibberish so no one really understood what he was talking about, "Next thing I see is going to die a horrible death!" he grumbled and speed past the others making sure he was ahead of them so he could get first dibs on the first creature that was seen. They wondered threw the small treed in area and entered the city, it appeared barren and there were a lot of cars. Most of them were either crashed, burned, or broken by something large. Mad looked around for a moment, "We need to be careful here, it seems there's something huge here." He pointed to one of the cars that was smashed, "It looks as if it stepped on it." He proceeded with caution, making sure there was nothing around that could possibly kill any of them, "First things first, we need to find a running car then we can stuff it with canned goods and pick up the stuff from the Mustang." Vocol stumbled ahead of them, "Damn thing," he said slamming a hand on his left leg. Ace noticed a bolt of electricity came from the leg as it was slapped and it peaked his interest. When the electricity arced, Vocol was back on his feet but moving at a slow pace allowing the others to move on a head of him, he didn't want to slow them down. Ace looked at Vocol as he passed him, this guy really intrigued him. So far, from what he thinks he saw, he's seen him using a scythe and now a lightning bolt from the man's leg and he can keep up with the group sometimes without even stumbling like he doesn't have a bum leg. Shade, as usually, was the last one into the small forest. Even though he was agile and ninja like, he did not want to confront any creature at all. The fact that it could kill him scared him. When the city was just within eye sight, they all ducked down in the bushes to observe the surroundings, "This is where we are getting the car?" Mad groaned, "Look at the size of these damn things!" he practically yelled, alerting the closest and biggest creature there was which started to charge right at them. "This is just great!" Shade looked almost terrified, "Now, Mad… don't be getting angry with us, we didn't destroy your car and besides, now we have that thing to deal with!" It ran up to the bushes and opened it's mouth roaring right into Mad's face. He didn't even budge, he just stared at it unamused, "Are you done yet?" he said, pushing it's face away from his. Ace had already left the bush to attack the beast but just before he could, Mad grabbed one of it's fangs and was pulled up from the ground as it tossed trying to buck him off, "I'm not afraid of you!" Mad yelled at it, throwing off his gas mask.

ep. 34. . Shade stepped out, "Oh boy, Mad… seriously, don't piss it off!" he said when Ace appeared next to him. "If you don't want him to be the one pissing the creature off how about we fix that?" he said, grabbing Shade by the scruff of his shirt ant the belt of his pants, he hoisted him off of the ground. "No, don't!" Shade begged. "To late," Ace said as he threw him directly at it's face. Startled, the thing bucked Mad off and flung Shade right onto it's back which he remained clinging to dear life with the fur and tentacles that came off of it. "Why Ace, why!?" he yelled as one of the tentacles started to move, "Oh god it's moving!" it began to wrap around his arm and yang him off of it's back. When he was removed, he was tossed right into the side of a building and the creature was charging after him like a cat playing with a mouse. It slammed a massive talon right into Shade's chest, winding him. "Fight back!" Ace yelled at him. Shade struggled to remove it's talon from his chest but it pushed harder and cut his breathing. It was then that Shade decided to remove one of his swords from it's sheath and plunge it straight into it's forearm. The creature howled in pain and reared back with Shade holding onto his sword. "You're right," he mumbled but Ace couldn't hear what he was saying. The sword was then pulled from it's arm and Shade had jumped up onto it's shoulder, dual wielding both swords at this point. He jumped at it's face and slice across one of it's eyes which caused the creature to back up and grab Shade with it's teeth and throw him yet again into the building he was thrown at before. Shade didn't move, he seemed as though he was unconscious. Angrily, the beast charged at him again. It's head was lowered to take Shade again with it's teeth and as soon as it was within range, Shade opened his eyes and plunged the sword right between the eyes. The hilt of the sword rest against it's flesh as black and slimy blood poured out of it's wound. The good eye rolled back and it collapsed right on top of Shade. Mad sat there for a brief moment, almost in shock and suddenly realized that Shade was now being crushed to death, "We need to get him out!" Him, Vocol and Ace ran down to the dead creature and pushed it's head off of Shade. It took a lot of effort but they all managed to get it off. When Shade was visible, he was wheezing and had blood dripping out of his mouth, "Hey…" he said as the three guys pulled him free. He was unable to stand, "Now we really need that vehicle don't we?" he coughed again. He looked over their shoulders and saw a van, "There, check that out…" he pointed, it was rusty but looked like it was in decent enough condition to drive. Mad looked at the other two, "I'll go get it running and I'll come back for him, one of you needs to go find medical supplies and I mean knives, stitching tools, sterilizers and anything else we can use even pain killers." "I'll go," Vocol volunteered, "Kira can come with me, Ace you're the only one here other than Mad who can carry him." "Good point," Ace said, lifting Shade from the ground and carrying him to the van, "You two don't get separated and hurry up before he dies." Vocol and Kira ran off into the large city, they went to the buildings that were sure to have what they needed. First thing they saw was a veterinarian's clinic. They managed to get the thread used for the stitches, a few needles, and the rubbing alcohol used for sterilizing but the pain meds seemed to be picked over. They rushed back to the others and when they got there, the van was running and Shade was inside it with Ace. "Look," Mad said, "This is my fault and I can help him but I need someone to drive." Vocol handed the equipment over to Mad, "I'll drive, it's my left leg that's messed up anyway." He got into the driver seat, "Where too?" Kira got into the front seat, she didn't want to see them cut open Shade. Mad replied, readying his tools, "Safety, just find somewhere none of these creatures are so we have a calm place for me to work, for now, I will save him while you drive but please be careful I do not want to kill him."

ep. 35. . . The following day, when Mad had woken up he looked at Ace who was sound asleep and taking up the whole back seat of the van. Shade, Mad and the new guy were all on the floor of the van sleeping. Mad sat up to look out the window, there was a ton of larger and smaller creatures that seemed to be drawn to something in the distance where they were all headed. "Ace," Mad elbowed him and called out his name until he woke up, "What do you think they are after?" he asked. Ace peaked up, "No idea but I want to find out," he said leaving the van without giving Mad a chance to say anything. "Sometimes I wonder about what goes on in your brain," he said as he knocked on his head, "Seriously Mad, you basically woke up the only person who'd follow a ton of monsters and attempt to kill them all." Mad sighed and sat back down waiting for him to return. Ace followed out of sight, he wanted to know what was going on. When he neared a small town, he could hear an uproar of arguments, "Seriously Venearu," he heard, "Is it really worth going after a man who doesn't even know who you are anymore!?" Ace snuck in for a closer look, he could now see their faces. There was a shorter man, whom looked like Vocol but younger. He had long hair that wasn't black though, it was a dark brown. The other man was taller than him, looked stronger and had spiked blonde hair, "This man you speak of happens to be my father and I could care less if he remembers me right now." He said, calmly. "So be it, endanger us all then!" the other man yelled. Venearu just smiled, "Look around us, you're the one who's yelling and endangering us right this second." The man paused, he looked around and started to see a group of mutants surrounding them, they weren't attacking them yet just observing. "Why aren't they attacking?" "Because, I killed one of them before we started this fight and they all know it," Venearu smiled, you could see the twinkle in his eyes, "So, let's call it even, you walk into that building and I'll simply walk away, no hard feelings." There was a slight pause, "No, you'll keep bringing up your father! Feeling his aura my ass, you're insane!" "Oh but I did feel it, it's actually quite stronger now than it was when it spiked… closer… like it's right on top of us!" Venearu laughed, "He's heeeeeeeeeere…." "Let's just end this, the looser will feed them mutants and the winner will take the group." "Naw, loser dies to the mutants, winner leaves. I don't plan on dying and I don't want a group of people following me around inhibiting my plans and actions. I told you, you could just walk away and I'd leave but you had to push this far, now there is no returning." Venearu took off his mask, "I'll make this fun, you have until I can no longer breathe and we both know that I am one of few that can only last a few minutes and after that, I'll put it back on and finish you." "You're an arrogant bastard!" the man leaned down and pulled a sharp metal object from the ground, "Time to die!" Venearu laughed, "Come at me Marcus, I dare you." Marcus swung at him without actually coordinating and planning there was no thought put into it. "Brute force, you can't win on that alone." Veneru dodged the attack and backed off, "Do better." He taunted. Ace watched from his hiding spot, "I see a challenge…" he said watching Venearu, "Hmmm…" Venearu leaned forward, putting himself in an unbalanced position, "I know you can do more than just swing that stick around," he continued to taunt, dodging useless and pointless attacks, "Just a few more minutes, I can already feel it." "Would you just die already!" he growled and timed a perfectly good hit, striking Venearu right on his thigh as he jumped back. Venearu didn't even flinch, in fact it was almost like he didn't even feel it, "You know, you have to go deeper than that for me to feel anything," he paused before laughing, "But of course, she probably told you that too!" There was no response just pure rage as the sharp piece of metal was shoved into Venearu's stomach and pushed in deep, "Did you feel that!?" Venearus stumbled backwards a step, "That one! THAT ONE! I felt that," he pulled the metal out of his stomach, "Good game," he put on his mask and took in a deep breath as blood poured out of his stomach, "I'll patch that up after I finish you." He gripped the metal, "Now, the game is over and I want to find my father," he charged at Marcus, who pulled out a pistol and fired it. Venearu flipped up into the air, as the bullet grazed the side of his face, he landed behind Marcus. With a swift movement, he plunged the metal straight threw Marcus's chest, "Do you feel that?" he whispered. Marcus dropped the pistol and reached up to grabbed at the metal, he was gasping, "Where does your soul go Marcus," he whispered and twisted the metal before yanking it out.

season 1 finale watch out for season 2 . . The others inside the building were all packing their things quickly, one of them even closed and locked the glass doors attempting to keep Venearu out, "Now, I wasn't going to come in there but you guys are making it so tempting!" he walked up to the glass and threw a fist right into it, shattering it. "I just want what belongs to me." He said, walking passed them and grabbing his stuff before leaving again. He paused outside by the body and glanced over into Aces general direction, "You aren't my father and I know you've been watching, why do you have my father's powers?" Ace stepped out, "Tell you what, duel me and if you win I will tell you everything you want to know." "Fair enough," Venearu tossed the metal aside, "Fist to fist combat, I do not want to kill someone whom I have nothing against currently." "Brute force," Ace mumbled before basically rushing at him like a mad bull, he grabbed Venearu with ease and threw him down on the ground. "Has it's disadvantages and advantages and in this case, it's an advantage for you," he said, gripping the wound for a moment and maneuvering out from under Ace before gracefully swinging himself onto his feet, "Just do me a favor, if you win, don't kill me." Venearu ran at Ace and threw a punch into Ace's chest, it almost went unnoticed with only a slight wince as Ace swung back with his fist and drilled it into the side of Venearu's skull. Venearu fell to a knee, "If I wasn't already injured, this would have been a better fight," he laughed as he stood up again, wobbling as his vision swam in and out, blood soaked the front of him from the open wound and the blow to his head wasn't helping him stay conscious either. Venearu had one goal at this point, to get a good hit at his opponent before collapsing. He dodged Ace's next charge and jumped onto his back. When he was there, he grabbed onto what he could to balance himself and swung in front of him throwing Ace off balance and onto the ground. He landed on his back with Venearu in his face punching him. It was a good hit but not enough to really do much to Ace other than make him throw Venearu to the side. Without meaning to, he tossed him right into an empty metal basket that toppled over. Venearu rolled down a hill on the other side of the cart and right in front of a mutant that proceeded to take advantage of the situation and lead to an attack with a hungry creature over the top of him. Venearu only found himself laughing as his mask came loose and was snagged in the basket, "That was fun!" he got a glimpse of the creature in front of him before his vision went black. Instinctively, he grabbed the snapping jaws and held onto it to prevent it from getting a hold of him. He couldn't reach for a weapon, he was too busy holding it off and he couldn't exactly see. Ace picked up the metal object that Venearu was using earlier and charged at the mutant. He used the basket to leap into the air and over the creature's head were he plunged the weapon into the back of it's head causing it to collapse on top of Venearu who went limp, "Is it dead?" Venearu asked trying to push it off of him. "Yes," Ace said, grabbing a horn on it's head. "Good, I want my metal pole," Venearu said, "and my bag up there, you'll like what's in there." He said before passing out. Ace glanced at the bag, he could see a large gun sticking out of it and a few other guns as well. When he freed Venearu, he tossed him over his shoulder and picked up the mask. He fastened the bask back on Venearu remembering that he could die a lot quicker inhaling the air as he previously mentioned during the other fight. He then walked up to the metal object that Venearu was using and the bag full of weapons to take with him back to the rest of his group. He headed back towards the van where Mad was waiting for him to return, "Where did you go? Who is that!?" he asked, "Why is he bleeding and knocked out? You didn't do this to him did you?" "Followed the creatures, Venearu, he was fighting someone and not all of it, fix him." He said, dropping him at Mad's feet. "He's going to be a challenge…" he looked down at him, "His blood is thin." Mad drug Venearu into the van and examined the wounds, "They are clean, nothing internally is damaged, if I burn the wound closed he'll be fine."
