JUST DONT KNOW WHOSE ADVISE I SHOULD SEEK, THAT IS WHY AM HERE......... A friend of mine once said "he is adicted to masturbation", all his effort to be free from this ordeal has been a furtile one..... He is fed up nd he doesn't know what to do. Can someone help please!!

Really this is a problem among most teens/young men. The best advice i can give is that he should abstain from erøtic stuffs. There is something called secret victory, of course you don't masturbate in public, try as much to get busy with other stuffs when alone :)
