[b]Yummy Nigerian Okra soup or draw soup and also known as lady´s finger is a very vasitle medicinal vegetables soup all overthe World.
Okra is another welcomed and cherised soups amongest the Igbo tribes in Nigeria. It is one of the famous dishes due to its numerous health benefits, it has become a lot of folks favorites

Okra contains nutrients that has number of health merits, Okra is a rich source of fiber.it reduces blood sugar helps improves bone health.
Okra as a vegetable can be used in different ways eg,fried,boiled or prepared as a juice,cooked Okra releases a juice that thickens fliuds making it a vital ingredients in preparing a traditional delicious okra soup.Include it in your diet and see for yourself.

INGREDIENTS
200g Okra vegetables
120ml Red /palm oil
150g Meat
2 fresh Fish
2Maggi cubes for seasoning
Pepper'up to you
2 teasponful ground Crayfish
1 Onions sliced
Water
Salt to taste etc.
Wash and finely cut your Okra,keep aside..
In a clean cooking pot add those well washed meat,beef and the fresh fish.you can as well cook it along with stock fish known as ´okporoko´
Cook on a medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes or when they are softeir.

If you are not frying the Okra then go ahead and add your palm oil,cray-fish,add water depending on how thick you would want it.cover and let it cook for 5minutes.

Add the other remainning ingredients such as,your maggi cubes,sliced onions, chilly pepper and salt to taste.
Cook and leave to simmer for about 5 minutes and it is done.

Regularly stir the soup to avoid burned
You can serve it with any swallow such as semolina,fufu,or white cooked rice.[/b]
