YOU do not need special browser to do this. I'm sure you must have stumbled on articles written by Some tutors which recommend browsers like Chrome, firefox, file explorer and others.
This tutorial doesn't require any special browser and its very simple, easy and fast. You can do this using even your java phone.
Below are what to do =>>
1) Sign in Your Facebook account using uc browser . I recommend uc browser because that is what am using.
2) Goto Your Facebook group or page and copy the Link.
This is what the Facebook link will look like

https://m.facebook.com/tochi.ohiaagu?
Do not know how to copy Link ?
Its very easy to copy link. Press option and you will see one icon with little arrow (right action) select and scroll down. When you get to select and copy, press ok. Do not copy text, Copy Link.
4) Goto the person's profile and copy Link. This is what the link will look

if any other thing is attached to it kindly Edit. It must look like any of the above links.
THE SECOND STEP
Now find Your group or page ID number and the person's ID number.
If your group, page or the person's link looks like the link below
https://m.facebook.com/groups/625909294141548?_rdr then the Id number is 625909294141548. You don't need to find it again. Just copy the 15 digit.
But if the Link Looks like this https://m.facebook.com/tochi.ohiaagu? Then you need to find the Id number.

The Last Stage
This is what you will do After finding your group or page Id number and d person's Id number.
Goto enter url (where you normally enter website address) and type carefully.
https://m.facebook.com/group/remove/?group_id=put your group id number&user_id=put the persons id number. Then click and allow to load. Your will see something like Do you want to remove the person from your group then confirm it and the person wil be removed.
example https://m.facebook.com/group/remove/?group_id=625909294141548&user_id=100009445885632&refid=18
Note: The above link is for can be used to do everything, Like;
Remove member, block member and make admin.
If you are removing member from page then change group_Id to page_Id.
If you want to make the person admin change that remove to add_admin
If you want to block the persons change the remove to block.
Here is the what to enter in your url again:

The above Link is for my group so change this number 62590929414154 to your own group id and 100009445885632 to the id of the person you want to remove, block or make admin.
