It is generally believed that Nigerian singers get baby mamas due to their inability to restrain themselves from jumping under the skirts of every beautiful girl they come across. An interview with singer Dremo revealed that singers also get baby mamas because they have enough money to afford them. The singer, who noted that he wouldn’t dare get a baby mama, stated his reasons to be that he isn’t financially capable of catering for a baby mama and her child. In a recent radio interview, the singer was asked;
“How do you feel about the baby mama thing that is going one everywhere; everyone’s having a baby mama. Why do you think that is happening? In response, the singer said; “It’s if you have money nah… If you have money to take care of your baby and your baby mama, you can go ahead. But people like me that don’t have that kind of money ehn, we don’t need baby mama ooh.” Good for him. But does that mean every singer without a baby mama is broke?
