Sub- Topic :How do married women whose husbands are in diaspora cope sexually?

Having heard how some women lament how their husbands have been in diaspora for years, I feel compassion for them and to think that they are not better than widows beat my imagination.

The average married women rather die than cheat especially if she is Christian and wouldn't give in to adultery.
This is quite logical, spiritual and emotional. Is there an exception to them?

how do some one self service oneself? dunno how. wanna learn. cheating is wrong so not advisable. but self servicing........ i dunno sha. but a pastor friend once said "inviting the holy spirit is a good way to control sexual urge when u aint married or when ur spouse is away." na wetin i fit add for this matter.

Uhmmmm.... I really pity dem... I've once thought abt it too... Nd datz why i said b4 marriage... I need 2 sit my spouse down... Since masturbation is a sin..nd i dnt want 2 sin...he needs 2 be around..i cnt marry a traveler... Dis kind of women really needs God's help....

Bottom line, its definitely a sin to self-service.. women in such a situation nid to b more closer to God n ask 4 devine help not 2 do wat is sinful.. aint easy o buh Godwin sha.
