It's so natural. That's the normal thing. Because, a girl will just be on her own and you'll come to her with all your politicians' promises of watering her life, sugaring her tea, buttering her bread, turning her world around and making it a better place to be in. When you were giving that your rehearsed speech on your campaign for the post of the president of her life, you didn't know you'll have to do these little things to keep her. Or don't you know getting a woman is like having an election with many other candidates looking for the same thing as you? Now that you have her all to yourself, your eyes are now open and you now know she's not the one spending on you, forgetting she never asked you to come into her life. You practically dragged her into the relationship.

It can't be the other way round. Unless if the girl wooed you, then she'll take full responsibility for her action.

So @whiteley give her all she needs if you can afford to. I repeat, all she needs; not all she wants. You must try to take care of her needs, especially, the basics. Even if it means selling you tuxedo to do so. That's what true committment is - sacrifice.
