Have you ever prayed Lord help me...
One day a man took his daughter to the circus.
As they walked through the gates his daughter
tightly held his hand. But as they walked on she
ran forward excited by the many things to see.
Now her dad was 7 feet tall so it was very easy
for him to keep his eyes on her as she scurried
this way and that.
Although she was always in his sight, she got
further and further away... until she finally
realized she could no longer see her dad. She
began to panic crying out, Daddy where have you
gone? His heart bursting with love, he kept quiet
but continued to watch his daughter look around
for him. She ran this way and that until finally
her dad stepped in front of her... she threw her
arms around his waist and cried, O Daddy, daddy
where have you been. Please don't ever leave
me alone again.
Sometimes the one who holds all things in the
power of his hands... will allow situations to
unfold to train us to learn to stay close to Him.
In the midst of uncertainty, anxiety, turmoil and
confusion Jesus is still Lord!
