May be the sender didn't think twice b4 heading to e f c c office, bcuz they will ask him where he got such sum of money from, besyds i dont think dey can caught the man bcus i know he will relocate immediately and open another different account with different banks. And the man that mistakenly send the money may also be thief or 419, so if he said the man was a criminal for withdrawing from his personal account, he should remember dat his going to be a criminal also if he cant tell efcc where he got the money from.
