I think the rule(s) are not that strict that why it easy for both campaign managers/contestants/voters to disobey/break it. In my own opinion; In the case of voters/campaign managers they should be banned from voting if they disobey any rules, while some points should be deducted if the contestant themselves break the rules. The issue of ghost readers voting. I have devoted the whole day into investigating the so called 'ghosts.' You will notice that, people with less than five(5) total posts are voting for the same candidate. It is no rocket science that someone is inflating votes for a particular contestant by opening as many coolval accounts as possible. That is taken care of. 3. On the issue of having the voting in batches. I strongly disagree. The only way one can get popular on coolval is by regularly participating in activities. We can't because someone is not popular, then turn the whole process upside down. If your campaign is well carried out and you participated in the interview, you should win voters to your side. 3. On the issue of the result. This is an open process, everyone is free to count the votes and release their results after ours has been released. Then, you can compare and contrast. Remember, the organizers are human, there are bound to be omission, but am sure you have no case if your result is different from ours by 5votes. But if it is more than 10votes, then we may have to review the whole process. And also, a lot of things would be taken into consideration by the organizers.
