I am participating in the contest because I'm Prosocial meaning i do things for the benefit of all.
I deserve to be the next Mr.Coolval because apart from my confidence in Providence being by my side, i also have the qualities of a great leader which include:
1)Confidence:
I'm a very calm and confident person even in trying times and I know how to keep the feeling of my people high even in the face of impossibility. I know what I want to do, how I want to do it, and believe in the successful outcome of whatever I want to do.
2)Communication:
Its one thing to have something in your head, its another thing to make people understand what you have to offer them. I have the ability make people understand me, carry people along in whatever I do and in this way there will be no communication breakdown between me and my fellow coolvallers which is to be avoided if a leader want to thrive.
3)Commitment:
To me, what us worth doing us worth doing well. When I set my mind on a goal, I give my all and stay true to the goal to the end. When I say 4, my 4 is 4. When I say this event will hold, I'll do all it takes to live up to my world. When Coolvallers see how committed their Mr.Coolval is, it will do more than encourage them to give their peak performance.
4)Positive attitude and humility:
I have the ability to make people jaunty even in the midst of trying times and bad situations. I also have listening hears since know one can know all. I have the attitude of admitting the fact that I'm wrong when i make mistakes even if it affects my pride and ego. What more quality does a leader need but humility?
5) Creativity:
I have a God-given talent of creativity. I'm a big fan of thinking out of the box. Life is not fair all of the times. There comes a time where you have to choose between two bad or two wrongs, that's where the power of creativity comes in, the ability to look at all possible and impossible ways to a situation. That's who Ele is, A creative man.
6)Intuition:
I trust in myself and my decisions. Show me a Mr.Coolval who trust his decisions and I'll show you a group of beloved Coolvallers who trust their leader.
7)Inspiration:
I am that leader who knows how to inspire his people to transform vision into reality. A person who knows how to make people see possibilities in impossibilities. I am that Mr.Coolval who knows how to make people believe in themselves.
8)Approach:
Coolval consist of people from different works of life, different values, different different educational backgrounds and so on. There are people who work well under pressure, there are others who don't. Others like closeness to the leader, others don't. I am that leader who can customise my approach to the situations of particular persons.
9) Delegation:
I can't do all the projects I've planned for Coolvallers alone. I need people to do it. Doing the work alone will lead to me being stressed out thereby resulting in low quality performance.
I am that leader who has the ability to trust people that's why I plan to apply a laissez-faire leadership style where I'll delegate sections of my project to people specialised in particular aspects while giving directions and guidance when and where needed.
10)Honesty and integrity:
I am that leader who represent the truth. Since a leader is a a reflection of the followers who voted for him. I being Mr.Coolval will make Coolval the website of truth.
