Here we go guys, Coolval22.com is a forum that's open to all and sundry, any registered member can just decide to post anything whether it makes sense or not, should the site be regulated in such a way that only the people appointed by the owner can publish on the site? Or the status quo should remain

Thank you @Ennylincoln.. From my own perspective, I believe one major reason why some people post nor create threads is to boast their number of post count, and also, coolval is a home of multi talented peoples where most of us here discovered our talents...take for instance I @ademolar, I started writing when I joined coolval22.com and within a short period of time, my good work speaks volumes about how far coolval22.com had helped me a lot ..had it been that there is a rule guiding the conduct of posters in the site my talent would probably be futile within me.. to me the status quo should remain that way.. and if there should be, it should be based on the forum of which one is to create any form of thread.. Thanks!

Good evening the organisers, Ladies and gentlemen (coolvallers). The status should remain the same in my own view because if the status had been modified earlier acts/writters like me wouldnt have emerged nd given a chance to be known, wide spread of knowledge, culture nd heritage would have been imensely lost. So i maintain a stand on living things the way they are,if new users come to bring any cause for alarm I think thats the reason why we have moderators here to make everywhere co-ordinated to its best. #Thanks.

@ennylincoln Concerning your question, i think the major thing we need is more organisation. Posting shouldn't be restricted to a few people neither should we keep allowing people to post anyhow but we should be more organised. Forums like science and technology, food and nutrition have been dormant for long. I think a procedure should be made where people who wants to post something submit their posts and a group of people should be put in place to check out the pros and cons the post will bring to the site before giving the user the go-ahead to posts. I'm of this opinion because some people post without proper acknowledgement of the owner of the post and this may attract Google sanctions for the site which may prove quite detrimental to the site's growth. Thanks.

@Ennylincoln Nigeria is a country which is blessed with good people and lots of resources to back on.. I strongly believe that everything about the constitution of this country remains good And okay for me. But as far as am concerned, I believe the power of the law makers in this country should be amended, and the level of checks and balances should be more rigid than that of before.. With this, I see a better Nigeria.. Thanks

@ennylincoln We all know the National Assembly has the power to review and amend the Nigerian Constitution. But if I should pick a part that they have brought into their present amendment It will be that of Section 42 subsections 1b. This section talks about citizen of Nigeria of a particular community, ethnic group, place of origin, sex, religion or political opinion. It has some restriction attached which they planned to rescheduled. The amendment they are working on now is that I quote: "Every citizen of Nigeria has right to live, work, attend educational institutions and enjoy all the rights and privileges enjoyed by other Nigerians accordingly" My modification to this is that, they should not only let citizens lives in any geographical area but make them acquire the local government origin of that area, they should not only allow the citizen to work anywhere but provide the job etc

@ademolar @eliboy @ele1 i don't know if you gentlemen have heard or read about immunity clause in our constitution, should that clause remain or not give reasons for your answer

My reasons for making those changes is that; 1. After the acceptance to live in a region which isn't your birth region, those in that area will also see you as an outsider. Which is enough reason for you to acquire their local government origin certificate (often called state of origin) 2. Yea, making it possible to study in all part of the country paying same school fees with those that are originally from the place isn't the thing. But is there job available? Providing job will be the best thing they should work on etc.... The limited time couldn't allow me to elucidate more

@ennylincoln To.me Section 10 of the 1999 constitution should be amended which states: “the Government of the Federation or of a state shall not adopt any religion as state religion”. This shows that no religion can obtain dominance thus leading Nigeria to become a multi religious state which is one.of.the reasons while some sects like Boko-Haram has arised. It should be modified to make Nigeria a real secular state; a state devoid of any form of spirituality.. a true secular state. Thanks.

@ennylincoln Frankly speaking i haven't read about it but have heard my elder brother and some men that loves political issues, deliberating on it. With the knowledge from their argument, the removal of immunity clause, will check executive lawlessness, promote responsive and responsible leadership by the executive branch of government. The law supports that the president/governors can not be prosecuted and even imprisoned while they are still in office and prior to their impeachment... But no one should be above the law as they can be involve in crime (warri say thief, ole). So that is one of the reason why they feel superior above others THANK YOU

@ennylincoln, as a political science student in concern, I have always been against the IMMUNITY from prosecution granted to the EXECUTIVES while in office, due to the fact that 99% of our leaders tend to misbehave ampersand rigmarole themselves in colour of power based on the immunity given to them as the executives.. For me, immunity allows impunity and that’s mostly how we’ve experienced it in these parts. The immunity clause has been an obstacle to those who are charged with fighting public sector corruption. They see indictable looting going on, but cannot stop the political warlords who sit over them. Immunity has not worked well for Nigeria, and it is open to debate whether it can sit compatibly with any society that truly values transparency and accountability. Thanks

@ennylincoln Yes I've heard of the immunity clause which prevents executives from.being presucuted while.in office. Though this immunity clause will act as serious check and balance against lawlessness and misuse of power on the part of the executives, it will also prevent the executives from performing their duty effectively due to fear. My opinion is the immunity clause should not be removed so an executive will perform his or her job effectively without fear that particular decisions or auctions will lead to.him or her being persecuted. We put such executive in office, we should trust him or her till the end, if at all a leader wants to be punished, it should be through impeachment. Thanks.

@ennylincoln .. I don't think I have much controversy attached to my name, the only one I noticed was the ban drafted on one of my campaign managers no to vote.. To me I see it as a normal activity which must occur once in a while, I absolutely take responsibility for that cus he was doing it for me.. 1 love! Thanks

@ennylincoln Controversies come and goes especially in a tough competition like this one we are in. The controversy that involved me was one I couldn't comprehend buh what has happened has gone even though I wasnt directly involved. I am happy that finally we re at the last stages and the curtains would be drawn to a closed end and so are the controversies. I tend to assimilate all, and forge ahead, claiming what I ought not to claim just to make peace reign. *clear throat* can't wait to have my coolval back to how I met it and fall in love with it.... Sure I am in love :g with coolval22.com

@ennylincoln i've answered above. About the foreign technician i see nothing bad in bringing one here, there is no doubt the NFF and nigeria football team as a whole isn't stable, since we couldn't solve our own problems, i see no reason why we can't call for help from the foreigners. In my own opinion since its temporary, i think its a good idea to add some life to the NFF.

@ennylincoln I don't think we need a foreigner to take charge while we await a replacement. To me what we need do is to appoint one of our very own hero and legend am talking of a person like JayJay Okocha or Kanu Nwankwo to give them a trial to see if they could fit in and seal the job. That's how Real Madrid transformation started after awful start to last season with Rafael Benitez, he was sacked and replaced by Zenedine Zidane one of their very own and that transformed the Club till date. I think Nigeria can follow suite and make history, our very own has done it before I think victory rests on the shoulders of our very own. Foreign coaches are good no doubt, but that won't solve the downfall. Things like favoritism should be eliminated, using the best players for the job and not the most influence and unfit ones... THANK YOU

@ennylincoln We dont need a foreign coach. All we need is to treasure our own local initiatives. The NFF had problems with local coaches like Sunday Oliseh and Stephen Keshi because of poor welfare. Its high time we start embracing our own local talents stop enriching the pockets of foreign technical advisers. Thanks.
