Alot of irresponsible Male roaming the streets!
I Came back home only to be hearing alot of stale and dreg yarns but the one that made me cry was one of a Boy that got his mother beaten up!
OK I will term him an adult but not a Man!
What nonsense?
And look at how it happened!
It happened to be that he keeps Late night, to see how foolish that He is even in his family House, no cautions, yet His Mum still stays up to open the gate for him "whenever" he comes back, she stays outside even regardless of coldness of the weather yet "Obi Nwa" (mother - Child emotional attachment) will not allow her to just leave Véranda and go grip Her pillow.
He has been doing this till a day came when she wasn't strong enough, not that she is not strong enough to stay or was so weak that she decided to stay inside and have her night rest peacefully.
But Her life that day has reference to "It pays to serve Jesus"
She did her part but the what she was waiting for Wasn't with Her. Yet she decided that she can die at that post. A real true Soldier!
That's fateful day, he came back by his normal hour, he knocked as usual and knocked like never before there was no answer, the old woman was fast asleep at that same spot that she used to stay and wait for him.
Since no answer he devised himself a means to enter their compound, he Jumped the fence, came and found the Woman sleeping.
Yet there was no empathy for "His Mother" only for him to started To speak and shout at her in an uncontrollable anger and a full rage
Why was she sleeping? Why didn't she open the gate for him? And a lot of rubbish's that was coming out from his rotten mouth!
He hit and hit and hit and hit and hit and hit and hit and hit and hit his mother till she collapsed at that spot.
She suffered a vertebrobasilar sickness.
She died last Week after a couple of weeks that the incident occurred!
Now I'm sure that he will stop keeping late nights.
Tomorrow somebody's daughter will get married to Him... Tomorrow they might not get to give birth to a Child and they will start suspecting the lady that maybe she might have traded Her womb for some cheese..... And they will start going about Prayer Houses!
