Chapter 2 I literally jumped on him to hug him. He looked at me again as if his eyes are deceiving him. "Wow! It is really you Quincy. It has been so long, I have really missed you" he said holding my hands. "Me too" I replied. I picked up my guitar from the ground and hold my bag beside me. "Do you attend this school too?" I asked him. "Yes I do, are you just joining us" he asked looking down at my bag. "Yes, I think am lucky to finally join you guys" I said smiling. Noah was my best friend when I was in chool, they lived across the street opposite to our house then. We went to the same kindergarten and we graduated from the same high school. Before we finally relocated. I was so happy to see him again. I remembered then, when we we're still young. He used to get bullied in school, because of his gentle and kind personality, so Students pick on him easily. Anytime I found the students picking on him. I always protect him and threaten anyone who dare come close to him. Since then we've been good friends. We were both so close in high school that the girls were so jealous of me because Noah was one of the hottest guy In school. He helped me pull my bag along with me, as we both walked into the school. He took me to the Dean's office and went back promising he will check on me later. On entering the office, I was asked to fill some documents. A lady came and took me to the girls hostel, since my house is very far from school. Some students comes direct from their homes because it was not far from school. She took me to my room where I met two girls there whom I will be sharing the room with. The lady left after a few run down of dos and don'ts. I removed the guitar from my back and placed it on the bed. I looked round the room and shook my head positively. The two girls came to me sitting beside me. "Hey"the first girl greeted. "What's your name?" the second girl asked. "My name is quincy" I said smiling at them. "Am Haylie and she is....." "Clara" the second girl filled in. I looked at both of them and smiled, they looks so friendly. We talked and gisted about school life and I can see they are both funny to be with. I really love how the room was decorated. I looked at the closed door and saw the wallpaper put there. "Oh! that guy"I said looking at the wallpaper, he looks more handsome and sexy in the picture. "Yes that's Jason, he's one of most popular and hottest guy in Karen School, he sings, dance and rapped really well. "Clara said looking at me. I shook my head in agreement. "Do you also know him" Haylie said smiling. "Not really"I said looking at her. **** The next day "Gring gring gring" the bell ranged out loud. I opened my eyes and saw htaylie and Clara already up. "Get up, or you'll be late for class" Clara said pulling my bed cover off me. I stood up stretching my body. I went to the bathroom taking my brush from my locker. I took my bath and went back to the room. Haylie and Clara were already dressed carrying their bags with them,they are both going for dance class. "We are waiting for you, be fast OK?"Clara said looking at her wrist watch, "This is 8:15 and lesson starts by 8:30" Haylie said looking at me. I quickly got dressed and also took my guitar for the music class. The hostel to the class is 10 minutes walk. We got to the school after ten minutes, Haylie and Clara went to their dancing class while I also went for mine. I checked my wrist watch and it's almost 9:00. I quickly rushed towards the class. I stood at the door breathing heavily a"calm down Quincy, breath in"I breath in slowly. "And breath out" I said breathing out. I opened the door and entered the class. I looked round the class as all eyes were on me. The Teacher stopped and looked straight at me. "Why are you standing there? You are late for class on your first day" the Teacher said looking at me. I looked round and it seems all the seats were occupied. "There is an empty seat here"he said pointing to the seat in his front. I went to sit there and didn't look at the person beside me. I just placed my guitar gently by the desk. The teacher continue the lesson. "La la la la la la la la la la" the class also repeats after him.... When the class was over and the Teacher was out did I looked at the person beside me and saw the guy from the bus. I didn't get to apologise properly earlier for breaking his phone. I looked at him and cleared my throat. "Erm" "Am sorry abou....." He didn't let me finish before he stood up to go. He walked towards the door putting both hands in his pocket. "What a rude guy, he should at least hear me out" I said to myself while narrowing my eyes at him. I saw some girls fan-girling after him with gifts in their hands. "Jason! Jason!!" they called his name as they ran after him with gifts, like a dog. The sight was so pathetic. But he ignored them all. Few minutes later, I took my guitar and went outside the class. I walked down the passage busy with my phone. I saw the guy making call "Hello mum, do I have to take the bus again? Am tired of this please. I ran into a psycho girl yesterday who messed up the screen of my phone. That was why I didn't get to call you yesterday" I overhead him saying on the phone. "What? A psycho girl, huh?" I said looking at him angrily. He hang up the phone and looked at me. "Why are you following me?" he asked looking at me. "What? Why would I follow you, when am not jobless" I said looking straight at him. "Did you just called me a psycho? You should watch your tongue if you don't want it cut off"I said raising my face up at him because he's a bit taller than me. "What? Cut off my tongue? Why am I even talking to a crazy girl"he said looking at me. "Just get lost, I have had enough today"he said pushing past him. He walked out on me. "What a rude bastard"I said angrily looking at him. "Who cares if you're popular or not, what? Hottest guy my foot" I said angrily. I went out to the school compound sitting on a chair and holding my phone. A girl with long beautiful curly hair was standing beside me making call, She was so beautiful if I may say so myself because I don't get impressed that easily. Her dress hugged her sexy body, showing her amazing curve. She's the type of girl every guy will want to go out with. I looked at her admiring her beauty, I don't know when she got to me."were you listening to my conversation? I mean did you take pictures of me? Give me your phone let me check"she said snatching my phone from me. What is she doing? why is this place full of rude people? I thought to myself standing up to get my phone back from her. "Give it back, why will I take a picture of you"I said trying to get the phone from her. The phone fell from her and landed on the floor. episode 3 She didn't even say anything, she stood there looking at me like nothing happened. I angrily stretched the phone forward to her "did you find your picture there?" I asked looking at her. "Am sorry I don't mean to mess up your phone, I just hate people taking picture of me in secret" she said looking at me like she is some Princess. What a weird girl, I don't have any idea what she's talking about. Why will people want take pictures of her? Like she is a celebrity or something ? "But you should...." I was interrupted when some girls came holding pens and a books "Helena, please can we get your autograph?" They requested stretching there books to her. As all these was unfolding, I was thinking to myself "What are they doing? Is she really a celebrity? Just like that guy?"I thought to myself looking at her as she sign the book for them. When she finished signing, the girls all went away. Then I looked at her again wondering who she is. She looked at me "Am so......." She was cut in by someone. Jason POV When I got to Helena and met Noah and that crazy girl with her. I think there was a misunderstanding before I got there, because I can see the girl's phone messed up. Helena wanted to pay for it but I stopped her because she also messed up mine yesterday. We should call that even. I took Helena's hand and dragged her along with me before she could say anything. I can hear her voice as she was cursing on me. "Mad dog, keep on barking" I thought to myself smiling. I got Helena to the car and went to the driver's seat. She got in as soon as I start the engine. "Do you know her?" Helena asked as she fasten her seatbelt. "That doesn't matter to you" I replied not looking at her. "We need to see your dad at the hospital today"I said and drove out of the compound. Helena is like my sister, since we grew up together in the same neighborhood. We are just like family friends. Because her father and my father were close friends since college. She is gentle, caring and beautiful. But I never for once think of her as a woman. We got to the hospital and went straight to her father's room in the hospital. He's a bit I'll and have been admitted to their family hospital for three days now. Helena's dad loves her a lot and care for her. When we got to his room, we say our greetings to him, and he asked us how we are doing and he hopes our grades are not dropping. We stayed for 30 minutes before we finally went back to school. Quincy's POV Noah and I talked about school life and gist about many things. We talked and laughed about some funny things we did back in school. I remembered when Noah dressed like a girl in college on the school party,that day I laughed till I almost started crying. I still have the pictures on my phone and always tease him with it. He looked at me as I talked about that time. "Do you still have the photos?" he asked me smiling. "Why will I still have it? I deleted it long ago"I lied. "But to be honest , you looked so cute in that outfit" I said smiling. "Are you serious?" he asked looking at me. "Yes, you were even prettier than a girl" I replied. The school bell ranged for practice and we both quickly walked inside. "Am going for dance practice, are you coming?" he asked me as we walked in. "Sure" I replied smiling. I am not that a good dancer but I know I can be with enough practice. We got inside the dance class and I can see the outfit the girls are putting on, it's so different from mine. I looked down at myself and shook my head negatively. Noah looked at me and smiled. "Follow me" he said heading out. I followed him and we got to a change room. He opened a locker and brought out some cloth from it. He threw it at me and showed me where to change. He told me to join the class when am done, and left. I got to the entrance of the changing room and saw two doors there, I didn't even bother to look up, I just opened one and went inside. I took off my clothes, except my bra and pant. I put on the small pant trouser and was about to put on the top when I saw Jason coming out at a corner. When he saw me he quickly turned his back at me "what do you think you're doing in the boys changing room" he said. I looked at him feeling embarrassed, "You this pervert, what do you mean by boys changing" I quickly put on the small top and went to check what's written on top of the door. "Boys changing room"I looked at the other room and saw"girls changing room. I rushed back inside and quickly packed my clothes. He turned to look at me smiling. I looked down at my chest and raised up my head looking at him "what the hell are you smiling at, you this pervert!!!"I yelled at him angrily.

My beautiful love song) Episode 4 I quickly covered my chest with both hands"I mean look at yourself in the mirror"he said moving to me. He pushed me to the mirror to check out myself. I can see i wore the top wrongly. "are you gonna change that here again?"he asked looking at me. Feeling embarrassed, I quickly went out with my cloth and entered the girls changing room. I changed the top and went back to the practice room. I got in and Jason followed after me. Everyone was paired in two, there was no one to pair with, so the teacher asked Jason and I to pair together. I looked at him and rolled my eyes."why him of all people"I said under my breath. He looked at me like he also hate hate it."Now hold your partner closely"the teacher said, and the whole students did as she said except Jason and I. We were both staring at each other"What are you doing? Won't you Move closer"I said to him. He moved closer to me and stretched out his hand. I took it and we watched the choreographers in the front as they both moved their body. "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8"they counted with each step they take. They repeated the same thing like three times, before we were asked to do the same thing. Jason put his hand on my waist and we moved as the choreography did, but am not that fast. I stepped on his feet in every step we take. We continue this for a while and each time I step on him,he gives me this dirty look. Soon the practice ended and I sat on the floor looking tired. Some students went outside, while some stayed behind resting. "You steps are so worst, you need to work on that. to meet up with others"Jason said looking at me. He walked out of the practice room putting both hands in his pocket. I was still sitting on the floor when Noah came to me. He stretched out his hand to me smiling, I took it and got up. "How was it?"Noah asked looking at me. "Am not that good as you guys, I think I need to practice hard"I said to him smiling. We left the room and went back to change. Noah told me he has something urgent to attend to and he left early. I walked down the passage heading out. "Hey"I heard someone calling. I looked beside me and saw the girl from earlier. I heard sound coming from the practice room and walked slowly to check who is in there. "That's true how can I be your type of all pretty girls in school, but I wasn't following you, I came to pick my guitar"I said and went to carry it where I placed it. I looked at him for a while, before I finally moved out. He stood there not saying anything but watched me as I rushed out.  "He's so full of himself, you think you're the most handsome guy on earth?huh"I murmured to myself walking out. "You're also not my type"I said with pride. I quickly walked out of the school building, and head back to hostel. My phone was ringing and I picked the call. I first hesitated because I know am not that good in that love aspect, but I later went out to try my best. We were five students in total. Me, Helena and three other girls.  When Helena sang her voice was like an angel voice. The whole class clapped for her after she finished. Finally it's my turn. I moved forward and started singing, I was still singing the second verse when our music teacher asked me to stop. "Your feeling has to show in the music, not just sing with your mouth. For example,think about your boyfriend or your first love. with that you can sing it with emotional feelings"the teacher said. I sighed and started all over again. This time too the same thing. When I finished singing the teacher asked me to go back to my seat. And then continue with the lesson. I smiled at noah and concentrated on the lesson.  When the music class was over, students went out and I quickly went to Noah. "Hi"I said greeting him. When we got there, we saw some students their eating. I saw Jason and Helena also eating on one of the tables, we bought our food and Helena asked us to come to their table, waving her hand at us. We joined them, placing our food on the table and sitting on the chair. I sat beside Jason while Noah sat beside Helena. "Hy"I said to Helena raising my hand. She smiled at me nodding her head in response."you really sing great back in the class"noah said smiling. "Thanks"helena said smiling at noah. Jason was staring at noah all this while, and I can see the look in his face, like he's not happy to see him. I cleared my throat and he looked at me and continue eating. "Jason this is noah, my friend"she said introducing them. Noah stretched his hand to shake him, but Jason ignored him looking away. I looked at Jason and rolled my eyes"this rude thing"i thought to myself giving him a dirty look. I raised up my cup to drink from it and the cold drink poured all over my dress."oh my God"I said looking down at my cloth. Noah stood up to clean it but Jason already brought out his handkerchief. "You should be more careful, you dummy"he said cleaning my dress with his handkerchief. Noah and Helena looked at each other in surprise. I was also surprise to see the rude Jason cleaning my dress himself in present of everyone.

My beautiful love song) Episode 6 He continue dusting my dress with his handkerchief. I raised up my head to see the expression on Noah and Helena's face. They were both surprised"Hmm hmm"I cleared my throat to call his attention. Jason stopped for a while and quickly stood up looking at me with an unknown expression written on his face"Clean it yourself"he said and threw the handkerchief at me rudely. He walked on not looking back. I picked the handkerchief and looked at him as he left" who ask him to do this for me in the first place? Why is angry"I said holding the handkerchief. "See you guys later"Helena said going after Jason. Noah and I also left the place later after them. Noah and I were walking down the premises."I don't know you guys are this close"noah said. "Oh not that really, I was also surprise by his act today"I said looking at noah. "Hmm jason can't just do that for any girls"noah said looking at me. "Maybe he ate something bad today"i said smiling. We chatted for a while before the bell rang for practise. : Jason's POV I left them at the cafeteria. I don't know why I did that for her. I took a breath of relief"what was I thinking? When I got to the practise room, the first person my eyes caught was that girl. She wore a tight blue pant trouser and a lose tan top showing her flat tummy,matching with her dancing shoes. I stared at her for a while. And quickly moved to join the class . The teacher stood In front of the class holding a folded paper in her hand. "Everyone should listen to me"she said looking round the room. The whole class was in silent"We are having a school performance next week"she said and the whole class screamed in excitement. "Silent!"she said clapping her hands. Everywhere was silent again. "I will group you guys in four. And you will have to practice together for the performance"she said, and unfolded the paper she was holding. "Sam, Clara, noah and Helena. Mathew, Alice, Phoebe, and peace. Joy, Justin, lina and ciara. And lastly Jude, Nana, Jason and Quincy"she called out the names and folded the paper back. "Now, each group should stick together"she said, and the students grouped as she has called their names. We came together in groups and she gave us a song to practice with. The song she chose for us was'shape of you' by ed sheeran. I love the song and would like to practise a dance on it. "You guys will practise on this song, and each group will be presenting different dance steps on this same song. We are looking forward to the best performance"she said smiling. She left after saying all this and the class ended without practicing anything. "Wow what a nice song"Jude said smiling. Our group concluded when to practice the dance and we all left the practice room. : Quincy POV We left the practice room after discussing about the dance practice. I wish I was in the same group as noah. I don't like the fact that I was in a group with jason. I thought to myself heading to the changing room. I accidentally bumped into someone hitting my head on his hard chest. I looked up slowly to see the person. And I saw jason looking at me badly.

I went to the cafeteria to get some snacks before going to the dance practice scheduled that evening. "Hey"Helena called from behind. I looked at him and rolled my eyes"we should start cleaning or what are you guys waiting for?"I said and moved in while Nana followed. We started cleaning the room except for jason. He stood at a corner busy with his phone with air peace plugged into his ear"what's is that? Are we cleaning for him"I said silently. I looked at him angrily and moved to his side."hey, hey"I, called but he can't hear me because of the air peace. I called again but he didn't notice me, since he was busy playing game on his phone. I moved closer to him and pulled one air peace out. He raised up his head and looked at me."what do you want?"he asked. I was surprised by this question. Didn't he see us cleaning? "Seriously can't you see we are cleaning? Why are you sitting down doing nothing? Are we your slaves or what?"I asked him angrily. He looked at me like am just blabbing, he plugged back the air peace into his ear ignoring me. I was so pissed off that I feel like plugging the both air peace out. "Hey just let him be, he won't do it even if you beg on your kneels"I heard Jude's voice. I looked at Jude and Nana biting my lips in anger. Nana looked at me and nodded her head in agreement.
