I need an advice please....there was a girl i dated
for 4years and we later break up now she's here again. i find it difficult to
forget her and she still love me, all she says
whenever she call me is that she's back to take
her man but the problem is that i have someone am
dating and i love her also but i can't stop
thinking about my ex..... please what can i do?

your case is quite similar to cases i have solved in the past,the first and most important is u should know who you love(not infatuation)...infact i'll prefer we chat in private and not take up all the space here

Explain to your ex that is too late to date her again. Tell her that u can still be friends with her. Let her know that u truly love your new girl. Remind her that she's still beautiful and can get a new guy.

You can't forget your ex and u are thinking about her. You didn't say u love her as in dating. Remembering things is normal when u can control it. Who u said that u love as in dating is the new girl.

I can't talk to your ex right now. You're in the position to do that right now and try my first comment on her and make her change her mind. Tell her not to love someone as in dating who is not loving her that way.

I have talked to some female friends that i know on things like this and it worked and some people i haven't met before(online). Love must be reciprocated. Don't forget to share things like this with your new girl so that it won't be a surprise to her if there's a confrontation.
