Black and white are generally considered colours.
However technically speaking.
Black is the
absence of
color literally a colour without hue, and
white is the
presence of all
color(red,blue,yellow,orange,green....).
White is NOT a
color but an
equal
combination
of ALL the
colors of the
visible light
spectrum.
Black is
NOTHING but
the
comparative
perception of
the
surroundings.
It can not be
seen.
.
So black and white television is not a coloured tv.
Cause technically both black and white are not colours.
