A man was in dire need of money for the coming christmas.
he was woken up one morning by his message tone, he was thinking its the network provider but still manage to check it out he open the message and realize that it was from his bank he decided to read through the message.
To his greatest surprise an erro transaction of 45 million was transfered into his account.
At first he thought it was a dream, he started pinching and slapping himself and tthen he realize it was reality.
Even without brushing his teeth nor washing his face he rush to the bank and withdrew all the money not even 5naira was left in his account.
Now The man who did the mistake realize it was a wrong account. Reported the case to EFCC and now the guy is being wanted and he has beign frame as a criminal by the efcc.
THE QUESTION IS:::::::::::::?
do you think the guy is a criminal for withdrawing from his account?

to be candid, the man is guilty for for withdrawing the money.. he knows the money doesnt belong to him so y going to withdrawing it ?? the best thing he should have done in such situatuion is going to the bank to lodge complains about their careless transacton into his account...then he would have even earned himself a good compensation..instead of being hunted now like a criminal..

why would he be guilty .. its his account he withdrew from .. according to the law,he isnt guilty .. he is only morally guilty,, if na me,i go change name,house and my entire identity .. money things

To me he is not guilty, since he didn't stole the money, and opportunity come once, since they send the money to his account mistakenly, so he mistakenly withdraw it,,,,,,,,,,

Everytin dah apen was a mistake. Due to d bank carelessness, dey mistakenly credit his acc nd also due t his own nid of money tot it was an answered prayer nd mistakenly withdraw d money. Shikena
