The Senate today Thursday 13th October, 2016 has passed the amendment to the law establishing the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
The law now extends the validity of the result of the board’s examination from one year to three years.

I don't think it would in anyway affect JAMB. There are still some people who'll be taking the form year in year out prolly as a result of their inability to meet up with the cut-off mark of their chosen course in their previous exam. It will only favoured those who scored very high as schools would keep increasing their cut-off mark every year with the present no-post-UTME policy. A person with a low mark will have no other option than to obtain anothe form to get his/her desired course. JAMB may even connive with some of the school as far as this is concerned, it can never be ruled out and they may start failing people. This is Nigeria where anything happen. Whichever ways students will be at the receiving end.
