SIN'S OF MY PAST PART 3 (a true life story) We brought some snacks and soft drinks then went to the school garden, we all sat down, " what is her name" osaretin asked,i turned to him and told him I don't know,i wondered why they were so interested in knowing her name and why from me,they all laughed at me that why couldn't i ask her for her name,that's what every guy would do if they were in my Position,the conversation went on like that until the school bell rang again which means the lunch time was over,we all got up and return to our class,they continue from where they stop when we were returning back frome school,they talk of how nice her waist could move when on the bed and how it will feel nice,i could always smile because the conversation was already displeasing to me well not because it was her but that is how I always feel when they bring up such discussion but I dare not tell them that,I could just pretend enjoying every bit of it. I got home from school and took my bath after then I went to the kitchen and prepared something to eat,i was not much a cooker but I could prepare some dishes, after I finish eating i went to my room,there was nobody at home,my parents is at work and my sister oduwu would be in lectures by now cause she is preparing for her jamb,my elder sister Judith wasn't living with us,she stays at the university ,she sometimes comes home on weekend,but as for my younger bother probably he is in school or has gone to meet my mum at her store,i went to my room to have some rest for sometime, as I laid on my bed her face keep flashing on my mind,i could smile each time I remember her sweet fragrance, osaretin later called me and we discussed for sometime and he ended the call,i drop my phone under my pillow, that is how I always does it each time I want to sleep because I don't like to have missed calls the caller might be calling for an important reason, because that has made me lose one of my cousin John. It has been one year from now and i till fell the guilt inside of me,i was waken up by a loud sounds which happens to be a gun shut,i wasn't sure where it came from but the sound was very close, i was so terrified, i slowly walk to the sitting room and look outside the window,i was about to go inside my room when I heard people screaming at our gate,i quickly ran outside and opened the gate to my greatest surprise i saw John my cousin laying on the ground on his own pool of blood, he had been shut,i cried bitterly because he was so nice to me he has come from lagos and was staying with us for the past six months, people around that saw what happened said he was shot by some gun men that was on the bike,i called my parents who later called the police and they took him to the mortuary, i later saw miss calls on my phone and one message that says PLEASE OPEN THE GATE FOR ME FAST,all the miss calls were from him,i then knew he was trying to reach me but I didn't pick up,how is wish I didn't leave my phone on my reading table, maybe he couldn't have died,ever since then I always kept my phone around me. Now back to the present,i haven't slept long when I heard knock on my door, i check my time and it was just ten minutes pass four, i opened the door and found my brother ohenohen standing at my door,he doesn't look happy i then asked him what the matter was "i was looking for you all over the school today ,why didn't you wait for me" i knew he was angry "well am sorry I didn't stay for lessons today that why I didn't wait for you " i said, well the truth was that I forgot that he always stays back at school every Thursday, he was in Jss3 and every Thursday he always have extra lecture because of the Jss3 examination that was around the corner, he doesn't attend lessons after school he preferred been taught at home by his house teacher who come every weekend because he said in school they keep on teaching you what they have already taught you in class, i apologies to him but he was till not satisfied and he angryly went to his room. My sister later came back and i had to join her to prepare dinner, i knows some of you will wondering why,well that's my mother idea,saying that one day i will have to stay alone so doesn't want the situation whereby if a girl doesn't cook for me i won't be able to cook for myself even my dad agree to it,to be sincere with you i really like the idea,my dad and mum later came back from work and we all had dinner together after which we all sayed goodnight and went to our rooms. SIN'S OF MY PAST PART 5 (a true life story ) .: The next day was Sunday,after our morning devotion, we all got prepare for church, the service was very interesting, they were a lot of thanksgiving from one family to another the choir made it more wonderful with their singing that could make a crippled man to stand and dance, afterwards the preaching followed, in no time the service got to am end and we all went home,mother later prepared rice and stew with chicken just the way I like it,we all had lunch and i headed to my room,i was an indoor boy,i barely stay out of my room,i like to be left alone most of the time,my parents and siblings knows about this and they always let me have my time,the only time they could want my attention is either when they want to send me on am errand or when they want to introduce me to visitors, that my father loves doing, he always introduce us to mostly all his visitors that comes to visit him,i sometimes get mad at this but who am I to say a word, he was the father and i am the child, the day passed so fast and i prayed it should slow down a bit but my prayer wasn't answered. I could see the joy on her face when I told her that I told my friends to stay away from me,if only she knows what I had in stoke for her,inside of me i could already feel the lust i feel each time she is close to me just then I knew i had to have my way into her honeypot. We started our second term examination, i and lmade did a lot of reading that seriously got on my nerve, did I for to mention, i wasn't a good reader,i just pick one of two things from the once I was taught and them add mine to it and the explanation could come out good,that was always easy for me but in lmade case it was different she wants us to write it in full details, i tryed my best to always work things out with her,i came to find out that we are both two different people trying to work things out so one need to step down for the other and that person was me so I was trying my best to pretend to be okey with her decisions,in less then two weeks the examination was over and the school went on mid term break, it was the last day at school and we were both going home,we usually walked home together until we get to where we could go our way,i told her that I will miss her and she said the same,i then asked her if could be possible to see each other during the holiday, she told me yes but it will be at her house, i was scared on hearing her house, hope this girl non wan put me for trouble, i asked her about her parents but she give my the assurance that nothing will happen telling me i shouldn't forget my books when coming that we could do some reading, ah this girl non dey tried for reading you wan carry book go grave,i told her not worry,she wrote down her address and gave it to me ,i told her I will come if i am less busy,yes I know calling her was easy but she said she didn't have any phone at that moment,she said her phone was stolen and she hasn't got another one,after we talked for a while we both said goodbye and parted ways. *******TO BE CONTINUED ******* LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS AND READ NEXT PART

"Was she serious "osaretin scream out, we were at his house all four of us,it was a Sunday afternoon immediately i closed from Sunday service i didn't go home with my parents and siblings, i was already bored at home and i needed a break,i just left the church as soon as we closed and headed straight to osaretin house,osaretin was living with his single uncle so he wasn't always at home that's why osaretin was free like a bird to do what ever he likes, we went on and on about the issue and later concluded that i go visit her just like i promise, i was already getting tried about the whole thing this was taking more longer then I expected, i tried to convince my friends to forget about this whole game thing but they were bent on seeing the end of it. I hate staying at home because it always bored for me,i get to do nothing other then to watch movies, chat on the Internet, sleep and eat,i don't do much work at home, it been one week since we were on break and it feels like a whole year to me i wouldn't wait for school to resume, i woke up one afternoon at about 12:45, nobody was at home just me,i tryed reaching my friends but it seems they were all busy with their own problems, that was when I decided to go pay lmade a visit, i got ready and set out looking so responsible, well I am responsible if not for the fate that i love moving round with friends that wasn't my type,i just feel moving round bad guys will always make you stronger, well it left for you reader to decide if am right or wrong, i entered the street that her house was located and it didn't take long before I found her house, i stood at the black gate not sure if i was ready to knock well I was feeling nervous because I have never visited a girl in her house before at least not when she is living with her parents, i hate to come across the parents of any girl i want to bleep because in case of future problem, many parents are always over protective when it comes to their daughter well I learn that from my parents,i wanted to go back "but hay you have come a long way to stop here, come on be a man just knock at the damn gate"that was the voice in my head talking it was like my mind and body were speaking two different languages, i sermon courage and hit the gate but there was no response i hit again and again till no response, well it seems like there was nobody at home,i was about taking my leave when I heard a male voice from inside "who be that" the voice was so deep that at that point I regreted ever coming at the first place, which kind thing i put myself, the gate was opened and a huge and dark skinny guy was standing looking at me " go..od afternoon "i manage to say, the guy look very serious oh,my liver nearly failed me oh "who you dey look for" at that point I forgot who i came to see, i was actually looking at him like a dummy, i couldn't remember the name of someone i came to see,don't that sounds stupid, ne serious one i dey oh,God help me on this. ********TO BE CONTINUED ******

SIN'S OF MY PAST PART 8 (a true life story ) *****CONTINUE PART ***** "You non dey talk" ah which kind wahala i put myself, i was just standing there figuring out what to say or do,the guy was already growing inpatient of my attitude and i can see it in his eyes,i have two options either to lie that i missed my way or just pretend to be deaf and dumb "uyiekpen " that was the voice of lmade,she came to meet us she has been inside all this while,i felt so much relief thank my stars lmade came to my rescue,she told the guy that i was her friend from school ,the guy was mad at me that I couldn't even speak when he was asking questions, he just hissed and went back inside, lmade apologies about the attitude of her cousin, ne only cousin ne make me fall my hand like this, ne only God know know waytin i go fall if her parents con join or her brothers,i non dey put her sisters join i fit handle those ones they be girls ne. SIN'S OF MY PAST PART 9 (a true life story ) I eventually asked her to come visit me at my place, it took her some time to accept but she knows she had no choice, refusing could make me get angry, she agreed on coming to visit me at my house,i was very glad within me,we fixed a date that will me conducive for me,i wouldn't want any one to be at home on the day she will visit, i pick the day i will be home alone, i told my friends about it and they were pleased, to me this was the time we all have been waiting for,i then prepared myself for the D-day. I woke up exactly 10am in the morning, it was the day that my most precious visitor was coming to my house,i got up and started to put everything in order, i tidied the sitting room even when I knew it was already neat,i did the same to my room,i then prepared rice (jollof ) i look at the time and it was 11:45 am,she could be here anytime moment from now because she has promised to come by 12pm, i reached to the bathroom and took my bath and in the next 15 minute i was already ready,i was so determine to have my pay that day after all the stress and hardworking i have put into it,the truth was that no girl has ever stressed me out the way lmade did so I knew i will have her till i am satisfied, i came out of the house and opened the gate to check outside, it was already 12:17pm but yet no sign of her,i went back in "i hope this girl will not disappoint me,she shouldn't even dare,if only I had her number i could have called to find out why the delay ". SIN'S OF MY PAST PART 10 (a true life story ) I ran almost close to ten minutes before i sighted her,i was so happy when I did, i called out her name three times before she turned and saw me running towards her, i could see the smile on her face,i met up with her and gave her a warm embrace "am sorry for making you pass this kind of stress, i wasn't at home when you came " i lied,she accepted my apologies i then went further to ask her why the delay she told me that she did some washing for her elder brother so she came as soon as she finished, we then went back to my house,she complemented the house before sitting down, i asked her what I could offer her,she said any soft will do,i know just what she want, i have bought some soft drinks the previous day,i gave her a bottle of drink and excused myself to the kitchen, i dish out the food and microwaved it a little because it was already cold then I placed it on the dinner table, i called her to come over to the dinner so we can eat,she was surprise when I told her I was the one that prepared it,i could see the expression on her face,she never knew i could cook well that's because I never told her,we both finished our food in silence, she offered to help me wash the dishes which i delined and did the washing myself, she was already sitted when i returned back from the kitchen ,i joined her and you know what follows,we gist,laugh,play, until there was nothing else to do,i then turn on the tv and put a movie for her, it has been just an hour since she came,she already told me she won't be staying long because she wouldn't want her mum to get home before her,i knew then that i have to act first but how do i start was now the problem, i was till trying to figure out a way when the NEPA (Nigeria electric power authority ) went off,wow,that was the fastest prayer God has answered me since my childhood, i could see the disappointment on her face because she was enjoying the movie she was watching on the TV, i know then that this was my chance "we could go to my room and continue with your drama, i have a laptop, i could search for the movie for you on youtube " i said,she hesitated at first but later agreed ,we then went to my room,i offered her a sit in my bed because I have no chair in my room,i brought out my laptop, search the movie and in no time we were both watching the movie together, we lay on the bed with our tummies laying flat on the bed and the laptop was in front of us,i was only looking at the movie without understanding a thing from it my mind was fitted on her body admiring her from her head to toes without her awareness, my little junior was already growing inpatient, she was a temptation that i will gladly fall into without thinking twice,i have succeeded in bringing her to my room so now what's the next step. I opened my eyes and stup them again, i opened them again, my eyes felt heavy but I tried header and they sluggishly opened,i looked around trying to figure out where I was,i know this wasn't my room, i saw three figures standing close to me, but their faces wasn't clear,"where am i" i manage to say and it came with a lot of pain,"he is awake "i heard one of them say, i recognised that voice yes it was my mother, every thing was now clear to me,my mother, my dad and osaretin came to my bed,my mother held my palm, "how are you feeling " my dad asked me,i tryed to say something but I just couldn't i was too tried to speak, my dad sent osaretin to call the someone, they didn't bother to ask my any more questions because they knew i was weak,i tryed to picture where I was but the more I try to think the more I felt pain at the side of my head, a man in white coat maybe a doctor and osaretin came in,thats when i know i was in the hospital, the doctor was a man maybe on his 50's, he examine me "his heart beat is close to normal, he will be fine, like I said earlier no damage is involved ", the doc said,he told my mother i needed some food and also alot of fruit,and left,"what happened " i tryed getting up but I was held back by the sharp pain that came from the side of my head,"Arrrgh" i winced, "don't try getting up you are not fit to do that yet"my father said helping me to lay dark on the bed, "you don't remember what happened? ", osaretin asked,i tryed to recall but it was till black," i saw you laying unconscious in your room and you were bleeding seriously, you have a deep cut on your head,that was two day ago,i thought i will lose you " my mother said,"yes you have been unconscious for two days now ", God that long,that was when everything started to cone back,how lmade came to my house and how i tryed to force myself on her and how she hit me with a bottle, i remember falling on the ground and her voice screaming my name was the last thing I remember before i opened my eyes here,i looked at osaretin and he seems to understand what my look was all about,i know i can't tell me parents what really happened so I have to come up with an explanation but right now i was not getting any "mam don't you think he needs some food now " osaretin burst out,i felt relieved at least that will buy me time to think of something to say,osaretin is really a life saver,my mother quickly left to get somethings prepared for me,my father later left saying he need to go back to work because he took an excuse at his work to come check on me,leaving just me and osaretin, immediately my father left osaretin started asking for a real explanation, i told him everything that happened, he was very angry that lmade could do that to me and didn't even Try to save me, if not that my mum came back early only God knows what could have happens to me. My aunt was a nice lady she treated me like a little brother also my uncle, do what he wants and likes then you will have no problem with him,his rules and regulations was very simple and it was not difficult for me to keep because I have already change my ways. I try as much as I can to stay away from evil the day I left Benin I left my badways there,school was fun yes it was always fun for me but this time it was a different kind of fun,I stayed away from bad friend,consecrate on my studies at the end of ss3 I came out in my wace with frying colours,my parents was proud of me,even I was proud of myself, one year after my wace I wrote my jamb and it also went well in no time I was in the university of Abuja studying business. All this while I haven't contacted my friends I have choose to put them aside away from my life they were the ones that put me in the mess I am at the first place but I always pray for them and wish they also find the right path just like I did,I won't say I was now a born again but all I know was I have made peace with God,I pray always that there was no single day that passes that I won't thank God for my life and I don't miss Church for anything in this world. My university days was great,I tryed my best to stay away from anything that will bring distraction to me and I thank God I did well,I came out as a first class holder,I did my PhD and my master degree and the results was great,in not time I was employed with the help of my uncle's wife, I worked hard putting everything I had into my work that in no time I was promoted to the manager,I now have my own house,cars and my bank account is doing well and addition to that I have my own personal company where I import and export goods from all over the countries, so you see now life has been really good to me.but you know they say everyman needs a woman to call his own,relationship wasn't really my thing but I needed a wife so I can have a family. SIN'S OF MY PAST (a true life story) part 24 Continue part***** I got to the hospital and immediately they attended to her,I was asked to wait at the waiting room, I couldn't sit down,I was moving from one place to another, my white long sleeve was stain with blood but that wasn't my problem, I began to pray,some people that was with me there was staring at me like a mad man but hey who cares,if only they know my situation. The doctor later came out,as soon as i saw him I ran to him,I wasn't myself anymore, I wasn't hoping to hear bad news, "doctor please tell me she is alright" the doctor tap me on my shoulder,I have watch this on the movie when ever a doctor tap you like that just know a bad news is coming, "are you her father"he asked me,"no I saw her on the road side so I decided to help her just tell me if she is okey" I lied,I was scared of telling the truth,I really don't want to implicate myself,"well she has lost a lot of blood and need blood really fast,she is AA" he said looking into my eyes, "I am AA too,I will donate my blood for her please". On hearing this the doctor took me to the laboratory room, I was told my blood needed to be tested first before the donation,in no time the result of the test was out and I was good to go for the donation,thank God we have the same blood group because I was later told by the doctor that there was no more blood in their blood bank. I was lead to one of the rooms there so i can rest,as I lay down I stated feeling dizzy ,I told the nurse what was happening to me that was when she asked me if I have eaten before the donation of the blood,of course not,have been in the station almost all day, I told her no,she gaze at me with a surprise look then ran out of the room calling the doctor. I could feel my heartbeat decreasing, I was now finding it hard to breath, what is happening, what is wrong,I tried getting up but I was too wake to,I looked all around me it was getting darker,I started hearing voices, but can't say who then I blank out. I later woke up and found the whole place quite, I really don't know how long I have been unconscious, I came down from the bed and walk to the door,I opened the door and walked to the doctor office but he wasn't there, i turned and went to the visitors room,when I got there I saw some people,they were busying discussing that they didn't notice me,I greeted them nicely but they turned,Looked at me then continue with their discussion, I left them and was about to go out of the hospital was I hear some one called my name,I turned and saw a lady,I walked up to her,as soon as I meet up with her she turn and started walking back to the direction I came from,well I followed her hoping to have answers. "Please mam,I am looking for the doctors but he is nowhere to be found, do you know where he is" She didn't replie me it was like I was talking to myself, she walked me to my room, "hey it like you are a nurse, I am fine now can you please take me to the doctor" I was really growing inpatient, why is everyone acting weird, she didn't say a word she took my hands and entered the room,I was about say something when she pushed me to the bed. I opened my eyes and saw the doctor and some nurses,I was looking at them confused "thank God you are awake,you have been unconscious for the pass two hours",the doctor said ,Awake, what is going on,now everything was now making sense I have been dead all this while. SIN'S OF MY PAST (a true life story) part 25 Continues ****** The doctor left me after administering some drugs to me,I was asked to come back the next day to check on the girl,and I was also warned not to donate blood with an empty stomach, but seriously whose fault was it me or the doctor,I got home at about 6:pm, I immediately went to the kitchen to prepare something to eat,in not time I was done then I took my bath and served myself a plate of jallof rice that I prepared. I sat on the couch after I was done eating,I put on the TV to see if there will be any interesting movie to watch, just then the event of the day came fleshing on my mind,I couldn't believed I was dead,is that how death is,only God knows why he allowed me to live, I picked up my phone and dialed mimi number but she wasn't responding, I tried some more but till no response I angrily throw my phone away, I just want mimi back and I will get her at all cost. I woke up the next day,I have sleft on the couch while thinking, I check the time it was 8:45am again I missed work,I wasn't use to missing work but all this problems are really getting to me,I was about to leave the sitting room when I had my phone ringing I quickly try and located where it was and luckily for me I found it,it was an unknown number. I pick at once,"hello", "please am I speaking with mr uyi"said the caller, "yes how may I help you" I don't know if I recognized the voice. SIN'S OF MY PAST (a true life story) Part 26 Continue part****** TEN YRARS AGO I have worked hard all my life to give myself a wonderful future, all my days in the university I have try to stay peaceful with others, I helped as many people I come across, even if I knew it won't Change what I did but doing good might make my nightmare go away. Yes ever since I did what I did to lmada I have been having sleepless night,I could dream of my death yes my own death,it was always the same,I talked to my pastor about it even if I didn't tell him my secret, not that I never wanted to but I just want to keep my past behind me,I did all I could until it finally stopped,I was so happy when it did not knowing it could come to past. I had everything within some few years of hard work,just one remaining thing was what brought me to the state I am now,I couldn't imagine that one little mistake of a man would destroy a man's wealth. I am in great pain of course I am who wouldn't be,who ever hear my sin will hate me,I have carried that guilt all my life.that was the reason I nevered engage in any relationship but with mimi what I felt was different so different and I wish I have nevered felt it. "You are in the hospital you were involved in an accident it is by the grace of God that you are till alive"he said smiling. Accident, I till didn't get what he was saying,I asked him how and where,it was after his description that I started getting my memory back,so I am till alive,indeed God didn't want my soul for now I thought to myself, "please I need to go to the office I have am important meeting to get to" I said try to get up but was push back on the bed by the doctor, "there will be no need for that the meeting could have been handle by now" the doctor words made no sense to me "what do you mean doctor",I asked him because I really need an answer, "you have been in coma for six month now", WHAT... me coma for six months, is this doctor playing trick on me or what,I till didn't believe him,I tried moving my legs but I wasn't feeling it,this is unusual "doctor I can't feel my legs" I said looking straight to him eyes, "am sorry,but you had problem with your spinal cord,it was affected, you can't be able to walk but there is a 50/50 percent chances you might walk again", the doctor words came as a shock I couldn't believed my ear,me paralleled, am I dreaming or what, I didn't know what to say,I just lay down looking at the ceiling. Many thoughts came on my mind, is this real,I won't be able to walk again, my life,my work,God what have I done to deserved this punishment, just one mistake just one, what is now left,I am no longer a complete man, I didn't know when I broke down in tear.. It been two weeks since I can back from the hospital, my mum came to stay with me since I don't have a housemaid,I can't say life has been fair with me but hey what can I say,my mum try to make me happy, even as hard as it seem I always try to keep an happy face just to make her feel happy, I was now a shadow of myself, joy was no longer a friend to me,some times I would Lock myself in my room just to think of my life, I haven't heard from Mimi since I became paralleled, I don't know love can turn to hatred in a seconds,I curse her and regretted ever meeting her, barr Wilson always come once in a while to visit me keeping me update of the case,well it might shock you readers but the case was till on,that made me wonder if lmada was human atall, with everything that has been happening to me she till want to take me to jail. I kept everything from my parents because I don't want them to be devastated,in a short period of time I have come to accept the predicament that I found myself, I came to live with the fact that I am now on a wheelchair and will be on it for a very long time,I know you readers will be wondering how is it possible to live with that for just a short time but hay do I have a choice, I had to live with it and make up my mine to stay with it or commit suicide which I will never think of doing,so I was prepared for the worst to happened which I know was just around the corner. Convincing my mother was so easy that I was surprised, my mother was very happy hearing that I want to go to Benin because she has easily brought the idea which I refused because I needed to stay in Abuja because of the case,but now it has been transfer to Benin so I have to go there, my mum was so excited that in two days time we were on our way to Benin. We had to hired a driver to use one of my cars to drive us to Benin because I can't enter a public fare with my condition,I could have loved using flight but my mum was scared of entering a plane, (please try not to laugh). My dad was very happy to see me,some of my relatives was also around to welcome me,I never knew I was loved this much,for the moment I step my foot into my father house,visitors from far and near came to see me,some I remember while some I dont ,that sometime they had to introduced themselves before I could remember then other's I don't even know if they really exist. The day of the hearing slowly arrived, I informed my mum that I was going out with my friend,she didn't bother to ask me any questions, she was so happy that I was going out,well you won't blame her,I have stayed indoors all through my predicament, on one occasions she has want to carry me out for shopping but I refused,I really don't have time for fun play,the joy in me has died already,She got me prepared and set to go. Barr Wilson came as promised,I have sent him my address the previous day,he came along with a young guy who he said will assist me,you don't expect a barrister to roll me to the court,in a very short time we were in the court, I have never been in a court before well I don't see any reason why I should, the only issue that could have brought me here a longtime ago is till the same thing that is bringing me here now,what a life. They both help me sit on my wheelchair and I was roll into the court room by the young guy,I was position in a good spot and the young guy sat close to me while barr Wilson took his own seat,people was coming in little by little, thirty minutes to start I saw lmada followed by a fair in complexion lady, lmada's lawyer and of course mimi,they all walked to their seats, lmada didn't look my way but who cares,I thought I saw a surprised look on Mimi face or maybe it just my imagination,Mimi didn't stop loooking at me as for me I don't care,after about twenty minutes the battle began. Everyone got up at the present of the judge, the judge was a woman I think on her 60s,she walked in then sat down and everyone did the same, the case was very complicated because lmada didn't have any witness to back her claim and in the other hand I never denied raping her but I didn't do it willly because I was threatened to do it,I could have Denied ever knowing her which could have give me am upper hand and I could win the case but I just couldn't lie, let fact speaks. The case was proposed to the following week and the court was dismissed. I was roll to barr Wilson car by the young guy,I was sited on the car waiting for barr Wilson, I saw Mimi coming out from the court room with lmada, they went to where their car was parked,lmada was head on a conversation with her lawyer, I looked away rolling the glass screen up,I turn to look at them one more time and saw Mimi staring at me,I know she saw me also looking at her,even with the glass screen roll up,I wonder why she was till staring for so long,I turn my face away and I never turned to look at her again,soon barr Wilson came and we drive out of the court building, I could till see Mimi staring at me as barr Wilson drove passed them. Barr Wilson dropped me at home,he was very happy,he said the case was working in our favour,I didn't bother to ask him how,I was placed on my bed by my mother so I can rest, many thing went through my mind before sleep came knocking, the rest of the day was normal. I don't know what is wrong with this girl,my mother locked the gate, Mimi was looking more beautiful then yesterday but hey I won't let her charms get to me, I quickly put that thought away from my head and replace it with the thought of hatred, she slowly walk to where I was, my mother went inside she didn't even wait a second. "Hi, good morning" did that just came out of her mouth and she even said it with a smile, "what is good about the morning when you have already spoil it with your presence, what are you doing here, I thought I told you never to come back here again" I said with so much anger. She bend down and planted a kiss on my cheek, did she just do that, I wanted to say something but the words won't just come out. "I came to check on you, how are you" she asked me, I didn't know what to tell her because all the anger has malted down, "mimi, what do you want from me,what is your aim of coming to me after leaving me", I didn't know when that came out, but am glad it came out. She bend down putting her hand on mine, "i know I have wrong you so much, and I want to apologize, don't ask me why am doing this because I don't even know, but the truth is that I have not been myself since we separated, I love you uyi so much and I have try to forget you but I just can't, I thought you were doing fine already without me not until the day I saw you at the court, am sorry that I wasn't here for you, am really sorry please forgive me",by the time she finish tear has already filled our eyes, I was short of words I didn't know what to say, in as much that I am angry with her but the love I have for her just can't let her go. To cut the story short I and mimi came back to normal even more closer then before,each passing day our love grow stronger, mimi and my mum became close,they do almost everything together,mimi somtimes spend the night at my place, the pain I had before was now gone and was replace with joy and happiness and I pray that day never ended but it looks like some prayer are not meant to be answered. It was on a faithful day, mimi came by to see me but this time she wasn't herself, I was in my room laying on my bed reading my novel when she entered, she has already called earlier to inform me of her arrival, my soul was lighten up when I saw her but the expression on her face wasn't encouraging, she sat at the side of my bed close to me. SIN'S OF MY PAST(true life story) episode 30 She later left in a bad mood I wasn't able to change her sadness to happiness and it hurt me that I couldn't, through out that day I was lost in thought, what should I do now, my parents try to find out my problem but I just want to keep it to myself, I know it a wrong thing to keep things from my parents but I am not just ready to let them know not at that time, I have to make things right first and I want to do it on my own. My father elder brother's son which you can call cousin is a well known doctor in the US, for a while now they have been making preparation for me to be flown abroad to undergo a surgery, they are 100percent sure I will walk again after the surgery, but I dont want to put my hope up that's why I put all those out of my mind. The next day I called mimi but she wasn't picking up, I tried so many things but she wasn't responding, the worst has happened please God let not be what am thinking, I couldn't eat that morning, and this got my parents more worried, they tried all their best to know what was wrong with me but I just dont want to involve them, I was till in my thoughts when I slept off. I really enjoyed the meal after which I took my drug, my mother later came to my room with smile on her face, she thanked Mimi for everything and insisted on taking the plate back, both of they debated on who to take the plate away for almost five minutes until my mother finally won, my mum took the plate away closing the door behind her. I was well position again by mimi, this time she join me on the bed, we talk about almost everything we know, what she saw on her way coming and alot of things until something came to my mind and I decided to ask. I couldn't explained what I was feeling at that moment,if I should be glad to see her or scared,because she coming to my house is very suspicious, we both stay there looking at each other without saying a words, I couldn't tell what I saw in her eyes, how I wish I could read minds, well that's for God only. I move away from the door so she could enter, lmada entered and close the door, she walked round the house looking at every side, this got me scared, you readers will be wondering why I was scared, hey I am in a wheelchair and nobody is at home, so am all alone with hmmmmm,should I say my enemy you wont blame me if I call her that. "Nothing has change,still the same house, that is the spot I sat when I first came to this place" she said pointing to the direction where two couches was nicely arranged, and yes that was the same position, "do u remember"she asked me. I woke in the hospital after five day which I was later told that I was lucky, hahaha you guys thought I died, well God loves me, my parents most especially Mimi was so happy when I finally opened my eyes, of course me too was happy at least I didn't die,I was also told that all through when I was unconscious mimi has be there 24hours,she refuse to leave myside and I was so grateful to have a special woman like her by my side, well I was surprised that my family didn't talk about the incident,even mimi didn't say anything and I too wasn't ready to tell them yet maybe I was waiting for them to ask me first. All through my stay in the hospital the incident of that day keep flashing through my mind,and everything lmada told me,I couldn't believe she could hate me so much to kill me, it was till a shock to me,I never knew such hate till exited I thought only on movies, when I have fully recovered I was discharged home, everything went back again to normal but I didn't,I wasn't myself not because of the incident but because of the attitude that my parents and Mimi was giving to me,they were all being gentle and too nice to me now, it shouldn't be because of my predicament,I know something is not right. I was in bed as usually,well since I came back from the hospital I haven't been able to move round am always on the bed,because they said the wound I sustains was very critical so it needs time to heal, I was serve my food and Mimi was there to feed me, she sitted close to me and try to feed me but I refuse to eat,i needed to get answers and that was the only way I could,I know they dont play with me not taking my drugs and if I dont eat I cant take the drugs, "what is it, don't you like the food, should I get something else for you", Mimi asked me, "am not hungry" I said looking sad,I have to do this seriously,I turn my face to the other side because I won't want to see those her charming eyes, "why,you know you have to take your drugs,come on baby, just eat a little,please" she pleaded, "this is it,you all are being too nice, what is going on",I said ,I couldn't read the expression on her face but I know something wasn't right, "you are over working your head, there is nothing going on, you know you need more care now thats why we are trying our best to make sure you are fine, what makes you think something is going on", she aske me, but I won't be deceived by her words, "take the food away, until one of you decide to tell me what I want to hear I wont eat anything", I didn't know if I can kerp those words but I know they won't let me keep it, "you know if you don't eat you won't be able to take your drugs and if you dont take your drugs you know what will happen", "well let anything happen" I replied her back with so much confidence even if I had none, she let out a loud breathe and drop the spoon she has been holding. SIN'S OF MY PAST(true life story) episode 32 Continues.. She keep quiet for something without saying anything, I too wasn't ready to break the silent, she sat there lost in her own thought for about ten minutes before getting up,she took the food and left the room, I wanted to call her back but I just hold myself, why I dont know, not long she left my mum came in, mimi could have told her what happened. She asked me the same question,why I didn't want to eat and I too gave her the same answer I told Mimi, she too tryed to convince me that nothing was wrong but all her words fall on deaf ear, their words won't get to me because I was determine to find out the truth, my mum tryed all her best to talk me into eating but I till refuse, she later left when she saw that it didn't work, I was once again left alone in my room, two hours passed and I didn't see any of them, I was now angry, I really dont know why but I was, I close my eyes when sleep came knocking. I later open my eyes at 12:34, maybe it was the hunger that I was feeling that wake me up,I look round the room and found nobody,I call mimi and my mum but no replied, I try to get up but the pain I was feeling wont let me,just then the room opened and lmada walked in, immediately I saw her I got scared, she was just smiling at me without saying anything and that smile wasn't a nice one, I didn't know what to do, how did she get into my room was the thought that was in my head, she started walking slowly towards me,with one hand at her back,I called mimi again but yet no response, the more I call the more lmada laugh, she was very close to me now, I was so scared,I try to move but couldn't it was like I was tie down,she came at the side of my bed and slowly removed her hand from her back,and behold she was holding a knife,that was when my fear arouse, I shout and shout trying to move but yet my body refuse me,she lift the knife up and started stabbing me. I open my eyes patting so hard,it a dream, I looked around and saw nobody too, I look at the time and it was 12:34 exactly the same with my dream, I became scared now,just then the door open but this time it was Mimi that entered, she quickly ran to my side, "I heard you scream,are you okey", she asked me, I looked at her and didn't know what to say because I wasn't myself anymore,she started touching my forehead, "God you are burning up with fever, please you have to eat something so that you can take your drugs"she sounded so worried but that was the least of my problem now, "where is lmada" I asked her, she drew bad in disbelief, "what, lmada" she asked me as if she didn't hear me the first time, "yes where is she" I asked her again, she stood up, "are you for real,you are asking me,I can't believe this" she was sounded not like Mimi, "I dont get you this is not the first time of me asking about her,why are you behaving like this,I just want to know where she is thats all" I try sounding nice. "Well I don't know,how am I supposed to know, I haven't seen her since I came here,did you dream about her" she said looking suspicious, "no,why will you ask me that" I asked her, "because you you are just waking up from sleep and you are asking after her" she replied me, "well nothing,I need to rest" I wasn't just ready to start any conversation that will take us no where,I position myself well and close my eyes,no that I wanted to sleep anyway,I just dont want her to ask me any silly questions, she sat down again close to me, "uyi, why are you doing this,tell me" she said almost in tear,even if I wasn't seeing her I could hear from her voice,I open my eyes "am not doing anything, it just that I want to know what is happening,and you don't want to tell me, you are keeping things from me" I replied her,in as much that it hurts making her go through all this but yet am till ready to hold myself. "Am not hiding things from you, I told you nothing is going on,if it about the othet day,I and mother came back from the market and saw you lying on the floor at first we thought you mistakenly fell but when we came closer we saw blood,I quickly went to call someone that will help us take you to the hospital,and mother stayed with you,we took you to the hospital and they commence treatment on you,God brought you back to us, and the reason you think we are been nice it because the doctor advise us not to allow you think or stress yourself too much,that's all,there is nothing", she said, I was now confuse, does it mean it wasn't mimi that held me, was it my mum, didn't she hear when I mention lmada's name or she just don't want to talk about it, I wanted to ask her if she was sure she wasn't the one that held me but I just forget it because I don't want to raise any suspicion from her, I looked at her and saw the sincerity in them, I let out a smile and held her hand, "am sorry for my behavior, please forgive me", I was truly sorry, I was just suffering her including myself for nothing, she told me she wasn't angry with me that she didn't bother to ask me what happened that faithful day because of what the doctor said and that they want me to tell them myself,that will be when am ready, I wanted to tell her right there but I just couldn't and I really don't know why. She hurriedly left the moment I told her I was ready to eat, I know she will be excited, I was so thankful to God for bringing people that loves me so dearly,I really wont know what I could have done without them, I didn't bother to ask my mum about it again because I decided to let everything go, I will deal with that issue later but first I have to know the results of the case, which the next court date was just around the corner. Slowly slowly the court day arrive, this was the final day that the case will be judged, everyone that was needed was present even mimi but this time she came with me, to cut the story short the case was dismissed because the judged said I have no case to answer because of so many reasons, my medicate problem was involved mostly the last incident that took place, the judged ended it by saying what ever punishment that will be given to me now is useless because God has started his punishment already. Maybe he was right but that doesn't matter anymore because at least the case has ended and it ended in my favor,lmada wasn't pleased at all,well who will,I know because I saw it in her eyes,the look she gave to me could kill instantly, I wonder why I didn't get her arrested for attended murder, only God can answer that. I and Mimi went home happy,we even host a get together party,that was mimi's idea, even my parents didn't know the reason for the celebrate, I was happy but my mind wasn't settle,what if lmada trys to make another attempt on my life again or my family or Mimi, even if Mimi was her sister,she might not care because the lmada I know now has no heart. SIN'S OF MY PAST(a true life story) episode 33 Continues... two months passed and i did'nt hear from lmade,i did'nt know if i should be scared but i was, something in my mind keep telling me that all was not well, as for i and Mimi we were moving on fine, i had less things to worry about, my operation was schedule to hold two weeks from my present day, i was happy that i was getting my legs done but just as the good news came bad one came with it. i was in my room as usual resting on my bed one morning when a call entered my phone, it was an unknown number, i was surprised to see an unknown number on my phone but i picked it anyway, i waited for the unknown person in the other end to speak, for up to one minute there was silence then i heared the vioce crying through my phone, i could feel the pain and fear in the vioce, "mimi" i finally spoke out, the only thing she could say was please help me, she kept repeating it, "mimi where are you, what is going on" then a male voice replied "if you want to see your beloved again,come out of your gate and you will see her, you have just five minutes and don't bother to call the police or anyone because that will be a mistake", then the line went dead, i wouldn't think or do anything, my parent was around, how am i going to go out without them knowing or seeing me, who was that guy, does this mean mimi is kidnapped, those were the thoughts that was running through my mind, but i don't have time to think, i qicklly helped myself on my wheelchair and roll myself out, luckily for me my parents was not in the sittingroom,i went outside and opened my gate, before i could say jack, two men came out from both side of my gate, i could say they have been waiting for me, i was scared to see them and wanted to shout but they signaled me not to try it, both lift me from my wheelchair and draged me into a parking vehicle, well that was all i could remember, i did't know what they used but i know i sleft for a long time. i woke up and found myself on the floor, i couldn't say where i was but i know it's a room but what time it was that i do't know because everywhere was dark, that was when the thought of Mimi came flashing through my head again, i just pray she is fine, but who will want to kidnap me and Mimi, that moment the door opened and the same guys that came to take me from my house came in, "time to go" one of them said, "go where, please don't kill me" i begged, but both didn't say a word, they just lift me up and took me outside, then i know where i was, it was an uncomplated building and from the look of it, it was located nowhere because forest was all i can see, i was put down immediately we came to an open space and brighter too, with an high temperature i know it was mid day, i was till trying to balance myself when the answer to my question walked in. i could have thought as much, i wonder why i did't think to that direction, "lmade, what's all this" i asked but i was answer with an hot punch that almost got me blind, "ahhhhhh" i screamed in pain. PRESENT DAY years has passed but it still feels like yesterday, imade was buried and i got to meet my son daniel, he look so much like me,with the help of mimi,the family of imade allow daniel to move him with me since i was the father but it wasn't easy,i was later told that a neighbor was the one that called my parents, he saw when the two men took me and quickly wrote down the plate number of the vehicle, they later alerted the police, i was taken to abroad for my operation which was successfull, i can now walk again, and as for me and Mimi, well she couldn't contiune with me which i understood why, i was later transfer by my company to gramary,and i have been unmarried ever since, i refuse to get married not because i don't want to but i want to respect the memorys of my son's mother imade and that is my punishment. i am 53 year old now,my son daniel is doing wonderfully well,and we have a good relationship,and am also now a grandfather to my little princess julia who is just two and an half old, well my son got married to an america girl 24 july 2014. i was asked by a girl why i was till single, i discovered she is an upcoming writer, and i wonder why not allow her write down the story of my life, it will help most of the youth in making decisions, decision on friends, on situations and on everything that makes ones life, don't destory someone elses life so that yours won't be destoryed.
