I actually thought the suffering is over, I thought we are free when my dad told my mom he is travelling to another city to make money,I thought the pain nd fighting is over. What I didn't realise was that our problem just upgrade from frying pan to fire This is how it all started Episode 1 my name is Adeshewa fondly called shewami how i got d name will be story for another day sha.i am from family of 7, my dad mr gbadamosi, my mum Mrs gbadamosi, my elder brother Adeshina and three younger sisters Miracle,Victoria and Timileyin. I am the second and first daughter of the family. my dad is a driver and my mum is a petty trader so u guys see how poor we are, even to eat three squares meal a day is a problem. sometimes we go to bed with empty stomach but with this I observed that my parent fight all d time, from one quarrel to another, sometimes I wondered why they even marry each other cos of the way they quarrel all the time, sincerely speaking I don't know why they do this but all I know is that they fight all a the time. They behave like cat and rat in d house,one minute we are all laughing and the following minute they have started with their quarrelling (one thing i want you people reading this should know is that if the parent are fighting all d time if it didn't affect them trust me it will definitely affect the children either one way or another) back to the story. one day I was coming back from school cos we are aprroching our common entrance at school so i come home late sometimes cos of the extra lesson i was alomost at the door when i over heard my mum nd dad I was really surprised cos my dad is not usually at home during the day cos of the nature of his job so I decided to hide nd listen to there conversation. this conversation ensure between them my dad: mum shina I wanna tell you something my mum: what is that my dad : I don't know how u will feel about this but trust me it is for the best my mum : just tell me what it is my dad : I wanna travel to another city cos of d nature of my job a friend told me that if I travel from that city to another bigger city it will earn me alot to take care of you and the children my mum: I don't think I can support you on this what did u want me to tell the kids nd I don't think I can take care of them alone without ur support my dad: that is why I am telling you so that we will debate on it b4 telling the kids, so what did u think my mum: I don't know I don't even know what to say, how are u going to leave there alone without anyone no family, no friends only you how are u going to cope my dad: I can take care of myself but I don't know how the kids will take it my mum: I will talk to them make them see reason no problem I support u but pls don't forget us o my dad : u know I will never do that blah blah blah I was really happy dat finally my dad will be leaving nd there won't be any quarrel or fight again but I was kinda sad that I won't be seeing his annoying face again I said annoying face cos I kinda dislike my dad cos of d way he quarrel with my mom I thought he suppose to understand nd behave like a man instead he quarrel with her all the time dat why I dislike him.I just come back from my day dreaming remembing I am still hiding I just come out nd enter the house me:ekulu ma ekulu sir (good day ma nd sir ) my mum: kabo oko mi (welcome my dear) my dad : kabo (welcome ) my mum: bawo ni ile iwe loni ( how is school today) me: daada ni ma (it was great ma) why is dad at home by this time hope everything is alright, I actually know why just behave like I don't understand what is going on so that they won't suspect that I was ever dropping earlier my mum: everything is alright my daer just that and my dad quickly cut her short my dad : fomo yii sile jeki o lo paro aso re na (leave this child alone let her go change her cloth first) my mum: go nd change your cloth your food is the kitchen when u finish call ur brother nd ur sisters there is something we wanna discuss with all of you to be continued your comment is highly appreciated next episode on Sunday [hr] [Color=maroon]LINKS TO AVAILABLE EPISODES[/color]

Episode 2 when I finish with my food I called my siblings nd we went to the living room, my dad explain everything to us nd my mum support him i wasn't surprise but the look on my brother face was priceless the next thing my brother said was that will my dad take him along cos he love my dad alot but my dad told him no nd promise to come back for him. Let me tell u little about my brother he is jovial and ladies guy he has a gentle face but can spam for Africa some people even mistook me as his elder sister cos of his jovial life, silly right, u will get to know him more as the story continue. Fast forward to the day my dad is leaving for the city we help him pack his things my mum was crying so as my brother but I wasn't moved at all even my mum once told me that I have a stone heart,I hardly cry about something no matter how difficult it is, but who cares. my dad is gone for almost six month and we haven't heard anything about him cos there is no means of communication, phone is very expensive. my mum is the only one taking care of us, it us really hard for us.After six month my dad visit us we were really happy cos we've missed him so much and he also feel the same,he gist us about life in the city and told us that the education there is standard and he feel lonely sometimes so he plan on taking my brother with him when going back. I didn't support this cos of my brother's behaviour and I told my mom how I feel but my mum told me that my dad will be able to take care of him and handle him with iron hand. my dad also got a phone for my mum and some money so that he will be able to communicate with us when he is in the city.They decided that my dad will take my brother with him but what they didn't realise was that taking my brother to d city was the worst mistake ever to be continued I am really sorry for d short episode it cos I can't find the book where I wrote the story and I am also preparing for Christmas even the network is not helping at all everything is just complicated but when everything is settled I will make it up to you guys love you plenty

Episode 3 Finally my brother left with my dad it being up to two month my dad call frequently talk with all of us nd we also talk with my brother, everything is going on well till one Sunday afternoon, we are just back from church preparing the food cos we fast to church on sundays when a strange number call my mother's phone, she didn't wanna pick it at first but I persuade her to pick it that it might be my brother and she pick up my mum:hello Adeshina:hello ma my mum:who is this Adeshina : oh it is me shina ma u don't even recognise my voice my mum:(oko mi) my dear I was scared ni how are you Adeshina: I am fine ma how is everybody my mum: all good I was really eager to talk to him my mum ask how he got the phone to call her nd he said he borrow it from his neighbour they talk for some minutes and he told my mum to pass the phone to me that he want to talk to me,my mum pass me the phone *Even though me and my brother fight all the time I love him nd he love me too, he tell me his secret so do i* Adeshina:hi aburo (sister) me: hello o egbon e (brother) how are you Adeshina:I am fine and you Me: I am good Adeshina:how about school nd my sisters me: everybody is fine, bro how did u get the phone just tell me the truth and cut d crap that u borrowed it from soneone cos I know u very well u will never borrow instead u will take or let me say steal it my brother:haha I hope u are not with mom cos i don't want her hearing all this rubbish u are saying me:I am outside don't u trust me again or u are not d one that taught us and oh look at dis holy boy who didn't want her mama to know what he is doing (mocking him) just answer my question jare Adeshina : you have no regard for your elders anyways you are right I have some new friends now dey are the one that got it for me Me:*I knew it* i know he is not telling me everything so I ask maybe my dad know about his friends and the phone Adeshina: yes he know my friends but he didn't know about the phone if he find out he is going to kill me *About my dad he is a gentle man and also a no nonsense man* me: I have the feeling that he is keeping bad friends and I ask him to tell me about his friends Adeshina:shewami haha u like too much interogation that why I like you anyways I can't tell you now cos I don't have enough calling call me: so when will you tell me o Adeshina: when u move to this place u will understand how things roll Me: pls bro don't tell me u have join bad gang even though I know he did already and besides who told you I am coming to that place Adeshina: my dad Me: but why naa u and i know that i don't like this kind of life moving from one place to another and besides why will he think I wanna come to the city, I am not like you Adeshina:I am the one dat told him I feel bored and lonely anytime am alone at home and he said maybe if he bring you that I won't feel bored Me:whatever! this is d worst news of all time I just hate all this Adeshina (mocking me pay back time girl)my dear u gat no choice jare, my regards to my sisters see you soon, my calling call is over,bye *call drop* *I so much dislike everything right now i can't believe i will start living with my dad but what can I do suddenly an idea struck my mind* Back at the living room I talk to my mum i try to persuade her to talk to my father to let my brother return but all my point prove abortive I was really upset and leave the d living room as I was about to enter my room i heard my mum talking to my younger sister that she didn't understand me and I heard my sister saying something though I can't hear what it is but I care less i entered my room and slam d door. I was on d bed thinking about everything when I slept off without eating anything episode 4 loading

[b]Episode 4[/b] [b]I was in my wedding dress going to the altar with my dad holding my hand when I heard someone telling me something like don't go there come back I jump off bed only to discover that I was dreaming nd somebody is banging on my door I told d person to come in that am not dead, it was my immediate sister Miracle:it is me miracle me: I can see that what did u want *I was really upset with her for waking me up from my Romeo and Juliet dream when am about to get marry to my love.* Miracle :mum said I should come nd call u to eat your food when u refuse to wake up Me:*I check my time only to find out that it almost 7 in d evening I can't believe I slept for almost 4 hours* what! I shouted and you can't wake me Miracle:have being knocking on your door for almost up to ten minute and you didn't reply instead of you to thank me for waking you, u are here asking me questions Me:oh sorry,thanks anyway she left my room I went to d bathroom clean my face nd rush to the kitchen,bounce on my food in d kitchen without warming it or taking it to the dining room cos I was tired and hungry ,tired for sleeping too much,nd hungry for not eating anything since morning when I finish in the kitchen i join my family to watch the tv, my mum ask me why I was upset in d afternoon and slept for a long time *cos am not the type that sleep during the day* and why am also acting weird I told her nothing I know she didn't buy the answer but I care less my mum have being asking me some questions like how will i feel if am living with my father nd all sort of but I usually wave it off cos I know why she is asking those question my brother call frequently *even though it feel strange cos i don't know where he got the money to recharge his phone but i decided to keep mute till i get there* he love jisting he jist me about life in the city.During our last conversation he told me that my dad is coming the following week to take me that he has discuss with my mom concerning the issue. finally my dad came and took me as planned even though I wasn't happy with it and I let them know. when I got to the city I was lil happy for going to the city to study and so sad for leaving my mum and sisters and friends to start a new life. The following day which was friday my dad took a day off so that he can take me to the school the same school my brother attended for my entrance exam into jss1, the school was really lovely * samuel memorial college *.when we got there they told my dad that I have to come the following week for my entrance exam.after that we left the school and he took me round the city and got me a phone and a sim card cos he promise me that if I did well in my common entrance which I did that he is going to get me a gift I was really happy and am glad he fulfil the promise even though have forgotten. when we got home I showed my brother and I can see that he is jeolous even though he didn't say anything,at night I called my mum and explain everything to her she was happy and gave me some motherly advise.That is what I love about her she can't do without doing it The following day which was Saturday my dad went to work as early as 5am, when I woke up around 8 I can't find my dad nd my brother I was really scared just then my brother entered with a football training suit I ask him when he woke up and where he was going Adeshina : I woke up not long ago and am going to field for training cos I joined a football club and am the captain I was really happy for him,I know he is reall good at football but my brother never take anything serious so for doing this and waking up as early as this actually means he love the team At night of the same day I was outside the house with my brother on the couch he was jisting me about his phone and everything but didn't talk about his friends when I ask him he told me to forget it that I won't understand and I didn't say anything .My phone rang and I check the caller it was my dad I picked it he told me he is not going to come home that night that we should take care of our self I told my brother about what my dad said he was really happy and jump from the the couch and run inside the house *what is really wrong with this guy why is he happy when he suppose to be sad * I was really sad I was still sitting on the couch thinking when my brother came out dress like someone going out. Adeshina: go to sleep I will return tomorrow me : what! u want me to sleep alone in this house? and won't you go to church tomorrow Adeshina :my dear that is not a question let me tell you something before u come to the city this is how am living my life something my dad won't come home for two days,I know where he kept his power bank when I need money I get it. so my dear sister don't ruin anything for me, and don't forget to drop the keys under d footmat when u are going to church tomorrow Me:am going to call my dad and report you Adeshina: suite yourself *he left* I don't know when I started taking to my self *so they expect me to sleep in this house alone and I told them I don't want to come but they won't listen* I keep trying my brother's phone number but he won't pick up I didn't know when I slept off on d couch. I woke up in d middle of the night only to discover that I fell from the couch and I went inside to lie down then I decided to talk to my brother d following day that I want to join his friends,I want to be friends with them i woke up early the following morning yet my brother isn't back I prepare my food and kept it in the kitchen;I prepare myself and help him drop the key after that I went to church .When I return I observed a party in our living room alot of guys they were up to 15 they were all shoutin, dey didn't even notice me they where blocking the entrance with their back, I couldn't enter. I shout my brother's name but due to d noise from d speaker nd there voice he can't hear me I have to pass through the back door when I entered the house it was something else,bottle of alcohol everywhere,there cloth litter the floor, they were all on there trouser but my brother is not among them where could he be I went to check him in our room still not there let me tell you about the house it a 2 bedroom flat my brother and I are using one and my dad is using the other room, my dad had warn us not to go to his room unnecessary unless we want to do something important there,so I know my brother can't be in his room I called his number but I found it on his bed which means he didn't take it with him after some minutes I went to the kitchen to get my food cos I was really hungry when I get there I met an empty pot I was boiling inside I went to the living room and off the speaker they all turn to my direction one of them spoke guy1: what did u think you are doing Me:stupid question Guy1: who are you guy 2:I think one of those girls they all started laughing I have no idea what they were doing or saying I told them to get out All:what! Bukola also known as young Don ask me to be his friends I wouldn't have accept but due to the fact that i don't have friends nd i sometimes feel left out i decided to accept. we became close friend which upset my brother i later found out from him dat his parent are bankers they hardly stay at home he also has a little sister. The following day which is Monday I went with my dad for my exam,they told us to come back d following week for the result ********************************** fast forward to the following week my results is out nd I passed I was enrolled to the same school with my brother I was in jss1 and my brother in jss2. First day at school was wonderful my brother really helped me;he gave me a tour round the school and I also met some of his friends he introduce me to his best friend Bukola AKA youngDon he is also among the guy dat came to our house the previous day actually he is their leader, I stay with them throughout my break. Everything is going on well for all of us but my problem is that I don't know how to make friends, even if I try to get one I won't know how to keep it. Bukola also known as young Don ask me to be his friends I wouldn't have accept but due to the fact that i don't have friends nd i sometimes feel left out i decided to accept. we became close friend which upset my brother i later found out from him dat his parent are bankers they hardly stay at home he also has a little sister. I use the friendship opportunity to ask him about their Club he told me that they pick pocket, they do this during weekends bcos of school nd spend d money on Sunday, they use each member house every Sunday that was why I saw them in our house the other day.i told him dat my brother refuse to tell me when I ask him he told me that it against their rules to do so he also said I shouldn't tell anyone what he told me that if dey found out it gonna be a huge punishment. young Don later ask me to be his girlfriend which I accept that was my mistake cos since when I become young Don girlfriend I hardly attend lessons at school,sometimes I don't even go at all, my class teacher keep complaining about my performances at school she onces told my brother about this but nothing change Our exam is fast approaching but I refuse to read or study our exams came nd I failed woefully so my dad decided to get me a tutor. to be continue stay tuned to found out what happened between me and my tutor [/b]

[b]Episode 9 My dad ask me to explain everything which I did he told my brother to take him to his house, they return after 20 minutes and told us that he was admitted to d hospital The following day my dad report him to the police station and when my tutor was discharged from hospital he was taken to police station he spent almost a week b4 he was bailed by his family After that I never heard from him again I later heard that he has relocate we resume back to school almost all d student heard about the assult there are a lot of question like how am I feeling, hope he didn't rape me and so on. my tutor continue with his teaching at school even though he left our area o one day I was on my way home with my friends and we saw my tutor coming our way we keep asking ourselves what he want when he get to where we are,he said he want to talk to me for two minutes and I left my friend, he apologies for what he did to me and ask me to forgive him.I told him I forgive him long time ago I ask about his fiancee he said she broke up with him he said he has learnt his lesson in a very hard way I am reall sorry for him but seriously he deserves it. my brother and his gang had stop the pick pocketing stuff my relationship with youngDon continue and I also focus on my study one faithful day when my dad return from work and I remind him of our school fees he promise to give me the following week The following week my dad gave me the money for our school fees he told me to keep it very well but when I get to school to pay I found our that some amount is missing from the money I have no choice than to pay the one with me, during our lunch break I told my brother about the missing money he said maybe I didn't take all the money or someone stole it from me but I told him that the money is inside an envelope and nobody took it from me and he left to his class but promise that we will search for it when we get home After fifteen minutes he came back and gave me a huge money to spend for lunch I ask him where he find that amount of money he told me that it was youngDon my bf who send him to give me the money I believe him because that is not the first time my bf is doing that. During the closing hour when we are on the way going back home with my friends I thank youngDon for the money he sent to me during the lunch time but he told me he didn't send any money I was just thinking where my brother get that amount of money from cos they are not into pick pocket again.my bf observe that I wasn't with them he ask me what I was thinking I told him I am fine when we get home we search everywhere but couldn't find the money so I told my brother we have to raise the money ourselves b4 my dad founds out when my dad return that night he ask for d clearance of the school bill I had to lie to him that the cashier wasn't around. I keep lieing to him every night until one evening when he said he will come to our school the following day to see things himself but I thought he wouldn't come cos that is how he promise all the time and won't show up The school activities is going on well the following day until a student came to our class to tell the teacher that my attention is needed in the staff room I was scared cos have never being called to d staff room before,once you are called it either for good or bad I just hope mine is for good i oray silently.The teacher permit me and I follow d student when I get to the staff room I sight my dad that was when I know am in hot soup The staff ask me series of question about my school fees,i answered the one I can but my dad didn't utter a word when the staff finish talking it my dad turn to talk he just say I trusted you and left the staff room I ran out but saw him on his way out of the school During our closing time on our way back home I explain everything to my brother he suggest we shouldn't go home but I told him that won't solve our problem but add to it to be continued found out what happened to us when we get home stay tuned[/b]

[b]Episode 11 At the middle of the night the same day I saw someone entering the room I open my eyes and it was my dad, I was so afraid.My dad walk over to my brother bed holding a rope,that was when it down on me that we are in hot soup, he slowly tied my brother to the bed,I was wondering how on earth someone will sleep till they tie you to a bed and won't wake up,when he finish with him he stand up I thought he wanna tie me also but to my suprise he went to the door and left. I quickly run to my brother and wake him,though it kinda difficult to wake him cos he can sleep for Africa but i succeed.when he woke up i told him not to shout and i explain everything to him Adeshina:ha mogbe (i am doomed) how did this happened Me:you better shut up because I think he is coming back Adeshina:what are we going to do now,pls first untied me Me:I can't do that how will we explain if he comes back and found out you have untied yourself Adeshina:pls just help me what of... Me (cut him short) bro pls shut up it was your fault we are in this mess right now so pls don't add to it. I heard like someone is coming and I run back to my bed,my dad entered with a cane (pankere and koboko with two mouth) he locked the door and put the key in his pocket. I sat up and start crying,begging him. He went to my brother side and hit him with d koboko my brother jump up and start shouting for help he fell off his bed and hide under his bed but my dad continue using the cane on him. I heard someone knocking the door my dad didn't answer.I know it must be one of our neighbour who wake up due to the noise. when my dad was satisfied with my brother he came over to my side he drop d koboko and took the pankere as he raised it up I ran to the door he came to me and stop . My dad:who took the money Me:pls I don't know He hit the cane on my head,I shouted my dad: are you ready to answer me now. me:dad I actually don't know but I think my brother had something to do with it. my brother was trying to defend himself but my dad didn't look his side. My dad beat me till I can't cry or shout again he stoped, pack the cane;opened the door and left for his room The neighbor rushed in asking us series of question but when she observe we are not ready to talk she left. I can't sleep again till the following morning. I heard when my dad was preparing for work and I know when he left. we couldn't go to school the following day because of the scar on our body it was one of our neighbour who took us to the hospital for treatment after we told him what we did. He blame me for not telling my dad,they person that stole the money wasn't blamed, why is everyone blaming me.I was totally left out,like everything was my fault.That how I started hating my stay with my dad. I called my mum and explain everything to her and also tell her am tired of living with my dad. My mum promise to talk to my dad concerning it. The whole week we couldn't go to school so as take care of ourself. The following week my Dad told us that he is sending us to Government school (public school) though he didn't like it so do I. He said we are not serious that he is just wasting his money on us for nothing.I told him my intentions of going to my mum but he told me am not going anywhere. I wasn't shocked at all because since the accident of the school fees he has totally changed but I am very sure my mum will talk to him. During that week my mum called to tell me something different,something that change everything about me.She said... to be continued find out what my mum told me that change everything find out about my life in Government school in the next episode[/b]

After the call I start thinking I was not happy at all with everything happening I felt like they don't care about our feelings i felt like they just send us here to abandon us I don't want this from the begining they push me into it. why is everything so messed up. why is my own family like this. I felt really lonely. and i know the kind of brother i have he is going to munipulate that small girl. True to my mum's word my sister was brought to the city and was enrol into private school.My dad divert all the attention to her and told her not to associate with us that we are bad influence but I know the bad person so I try to protect her cos am scared my brother is gonna corrupt her. one day my sister Victoria ask me why my dad dislike my brother and I Victoria:why did dad hate you and brother shina Me:it is that obvious?
