Episode 1 It was 3am. Midnight. The entire environ was as black as death and thick clouds were gathering over the horizon. GBOWAM!!! The thunder struck seconds after the lightening flashed across. Tessy's limbs shook with fear and her heartbeat tripled. She was returning from a nightclub downtown back to her hostel and things hadn't turned out the way she expected. A quarrel had erupted between her and the man she went out with and the man had abandoned her at the club and left. The man wasn't her father but looked like one. Tessy kept lots of sugar daddies composed of variety of wealthy men who saw to her financial needs in return for xxx. That was how she met Chief Albert. She was returning from somewhere one hot afternoon when a very flashy jeep pulled up beside her and requested to give her a ride. She had hesitated at first but on further persuasion she agreed and hopped in. From that day onwards her life never remained the same. The chief took her roundtown to plush restaurants and spoilt her with lots and lots of delicacies after which he carried her to his hotel room. The xxx was so good that he and Tessy maintained a very good rapport ever since. But this night was different. What seemed like a harmless argument had escalated to something else to the point that Chief stormed out of the Club and drove off with anger. Tessy too out of anger decided to trek home. But the time and weather was beginning to tell her the error in that decision. There was no one in sight and the soft whistling sound of the midnight breeze gave her the sensation of ghosts drifting across. Straight ahead stood one very tall tree with Chief Albert sitting on one of the branches. Or was that not chief Albert? Tessy's blood pressure rose as the thoughts ran across her mind and she began to draw back. A cat meowed behind her and she glanced back and saw nothing. By then her heartbeat had reached the highest limit and without looking back, she ran...

Episode 2 She ran into her room panting like a dog. The noise had woken and startled her sleeping roommate. Her entire body was shivering and trembling. "What's the matter?" Her roommate Evelyn asked. Tessy continued to tremble. "Roomie what's the matter?" Evelyn prodded on. "Its Chief," Tessy murmured trembling. "And what about him?" Evelyn asked. "He's diabolic," Tessy stammered. "He's evil! He's tormenting my life." "Since when? How?" Evelyn asked looking bewildered and confused. "Ever since I met that man," Tessy continued. "My entire life has been tumbling and crashing. My carry overs had doubled and lecturers no longer give me face. Worst of all is that no other man has ever said hi to me till date. Just asif he came into my life and blocked off other men. I just can't understand. And now all of a sudden he took me to a club and abandoned me there. I had no other option but to trek home. And do you know what?" "What?" Evelyn asked. "His spirit appeared to me on my way home to warn me." Tessy replied. "Jeez!" Evelyn exclaimed. "I know of one very powerful prophet that will handle him. You have nothing to fear." "Prophet?" Tessy echoed wondering. "Yes prophet," Evelyn affirmed. ************************************* Evelyn had sugar daddies too. But not troublesome ones like the one Tessy just narrated. Nonetheless Evelyn still patronised her prophet. She once had a very ugly experience where one politician drugged her and raped the living hell out of her and abandoned her afterwards in the hotel. When she woke up, she was so afraid and bewildered that depression and anxiety soon set in. A lot of "what if" questions troubled her mind. What if the man had inserted charm inside her private part? What if the man had HIV? What if the man used her for ritual? What if? What if? Till the day she narrated her ordeal to one of her closest friends who offered to take her to a powerful prophet. The prophet had declared that she must take a bath by 12 midnight in the middle of a river which he would accompany her to. And so it was. With other incantations that followed. And cleansing of private part. She eventually had her peace. But Tessy's case wasn't far-fetched and Evelyn believed that the prophet could handle it too...
