They all left as I stood to freshen up .
My documents are gone, I cried, my enemies had succeeded, who could have done this to me Daniel or Jewel ?. I must revenge...I said while tears rolled out of my eyes.
But how can I fight this people.. I thought.
What are you going to do now your document has gone but whosoever behind this , hate you so much, Chidi spoke as I entered our room.
Me: Am finished how can I get that document back, the worst part of it, is that none of us have seen the person. I said
Chidi : Hmmm, this is serious.
Me : I think this is time for me to invite policemen in this issue.
Chidi : do you think is the normal procedure?
Me : yeah for now.. Is too much, I can't take it anymore.
Chidi : are you suspecting anyone.
Me : yeah am suspecting Daniel and Jewel, my mind tells me they are behind all these torment. Since you left ,i have been facing one problem to another.
Chidi : Hmmm
What I could think was revenge, I know Jewel and Daniel are behind this, they must pay for all they had caused me. I wore my clothe, I must report this to the police I said out.
Chidi : we can settle this matter without involving police, it may be worst if you invited police.
Me : thanks for your advice but this is my problem, not yours, I have to settled it the way I want.
Chidi : okay o!.
I head straight to police station. On my way my phone rang, unknown number again as I checked my phone. I picked it immediately.
Me : hello!
Voice : Hahaha , I can see you want to play a deadly game. By going to police.
Just be ready to face the real war. Bye Mr investigator....** the man off the phone ***
But how did they know am going to police station does it mean they are watching me. This is baneful, I think someone is prowling my ways.
I reminisce all the man said, I was perplexed I couldn't walk, I managed to turn back, my leg was heavy,i sobered , I tried my possible best, my best wasn't enough to lift me to another dimension, i rubbed my face twice, several, believing am dreaming but wasn't, “my eyes were wild opened ,i shouted awfully, is real, am still in this mysterious word, life ain't easy, if it's possible I would had capture to amend my past but is too late. My enemies are already to fight, afterwards they went and captured my document. No more reverences, no more acting petulant, yes, ‘I need to protect my interest.
My mistake and fault had pushed me to be nefarious and notorious, who cares, only a fool we sat and watched is right been taken away from him...I need to ravage my heart, I need to be dreadful first before going for vengeance.
Oh! God help me, mummy, daddy forgive me my misfortune had broken the oat and promise I made, I know is a grievous paths I choose, no one we be on my shoe without thinking vengeance..... I desist after a long breath.
15minutes I was back, Chidi noticed my mood. My expression mirroring helplessness and tiredness.
He glimpse at me, my expression tells it all, he stood where he sat, he approached me vigorously, he was devastated, he opened his mouth to talk but, it was hard for him, what I could hear was stammered words, he damn is emotion. All he could do is to whispered into my ear, ‘ guy it we be well ’
I stared at him for some time, you betrayed me Chidi, I see you as my friend without knowing am living with a devil...... I poured out angrily.
