How can I understanding the the words of holy spirit

He said when He the Holy spirit will come , He will teach us all things. So pray and listen ? to that small still voice. My brother man , no body go tell you na God dey speak. Good luck.

Answer to that is by being closer to the Almighty God and abiding by His tenents.

Just as the bible states my sheep know my voice, so getting closer to him by praying, studying your bible and living a holy life makes you a member of his flock so when he speaks you will surely know.
