Take you dancing and buy you roses,
and if we fight...
I promise we'll be making love by the
end of the night.
For you are my true love the one I been
waiting for.
The reason why I haven't had no kids,
the reason I didn't marry the first girl I
met.
For I been waiting for you to come and
take me, for you are my sure bet that
I'm cashing in.
Sometimes I go to bed hoping
tomorrow will be the day...
That I fall in love with you and start to
feel like they say.
Hoping we will lock on each other's eyes
and just know that we belong.
When that day comes I promise to fight
