1. LIONESS WIFE : These are the type of wives that quarrel with their husbands deliberately just to provoke them to anger...These kind of women are ready to fight with the husband even in the public area to create a scene. Their husbands are afraid of them so always withdraw from them.
Proverbs 25:24 “It is better to live in a corner of the housetop than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife.”
2. WORLD BANK WIFE: These are the wives that are wealthy in either their career or business but they disrespect and put their husband down because they have the financial edge over their husbands...
Proverbs 14:1 “A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.”
3. POLICE WIFE: This type is very common. These are the wives that inspect or police their husbands everywhere they go...When the husband goes to the bathroom, they pick up their phones to quickly check their messages...If the husband makes a call, she hides behind the door to listen to every conversation...If the husband goes out , she makes sure he is followed and she have friends that keep an extra eye on the husband activities. She nags the husband and suspect him even when he is innocent.
Proverbs 21:19 “Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.”
4. TELEVISION WIFE: She does nothing but kept her eyes only on television on Zeeworld, Telemundo or African magic channels even if the house is dirty and the other house chores neglected. She will never care if the children are doing their home works or will pray together, her addiction to television and series film is already bringing tension between her and her husband.
1 Peter 3:1-2 “Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives, when they see your respectful and pure conduct”.
5. PROXY WIFE: this wife outsources all her duties in the home to her house maid, her sister or the niece of her husband. She will not even remove a cobweb in her palour or dress her bed. Someone else will cook for her husband and serve him all through the year and she is healthy and alive.
Proverbs 12:4 “A wife with strength of character is the crown of her husband, but the wife who disgraces him is like bone cancer”
6. A BULLDOZER: She is the type that destroys all the relationships the husband built over the years. She separates him from his parents and siblings and close doors on his friends , mates and neighbours. The man seem helpless in the marriage because even if he restores the relationships, she will damage the again like a bulldozer on a destruction mission. Proverbs 27:15-16 “A continual dripping on a rainy day and a contentious wife are alike. Trying to keep her in check is like stopping a wind storm or grabbing oil with your right hand.”
7. CARING AND LOVING WIFE. She provides emotional needs and creates extra time
for her family. She guides home spiritually, Very responsible and treats husband and family with respect.
Proverbs 31:10-31 “An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life. She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands.
