To whom it may concern if you want to receive a
valentine gift from me kindly complete the
following requirement on or before February
14-2018
1.birth certificate (original copy)
2.one valid identification card
3.police clearance
4.passport (if u don't have go and get one)
5.marriage certificate of parent
6.consent of parent (for those below 17yrs)
7.pic of us (to prove that we are close) 8.4
copies of 2*2 pics (blue background)
8. report card (for student and undergraduate
only)
9. provide driver licence (if any)
10.provide your CGPA (must not be less than 4.5)
12.Essay (explain why l should give you a val.
