I'm not among the list o @ele1 what i think is, hell yes! There are ugly people, they didn't tamper their skin or anything. They're born ugly. But the percentage is drastically reducing in this age and time.

Ur physical appearance and the way u take care of your skin and body show whether u re ugly... Nobody is destined to be ugly... Some pple think make up can make look beautiful.. Dat's capital no... I don't use makeup and am endowed With natural beauty.... Don't hv the negative believe that you re ugly Nobody is ugly.. To me everybody is wonderfully and naturally made by God.

I must tell you all nobody is born ugly.. ... Cuz God told us in the Bible that we were created in his own image and I guess God is beautiful, handsome, cute and good looking... . Why are some people now ugly facially? As a baby we were all born to be cute.. but human race made things change, poverty and improper upbringing made most people look change after birth, have you seen a celebrity or a rich politician children looking ugly. .. Hell NO .... .. I guess the reason why most people later turned ugly is because they lack Money Nevertheless... . The real beauty lies in human personality and character.. .. . Take care of that and Wear Nice clothes I bet you be most cute. Agree or not that's the answer.

Truth be told, there are people born ugly, but I wouldn't say they were destined to ugliness. It's true God created man in his image, but God has finished creation and we are now on breeding. The parents characters (features) is what the children inherit. Some are ugly due to the parent mistake such as; unsuccessful abortion, or taking of unprescribed drugs during pregnancy etc. Uglinesss can also be due to mutation.

Everyone has his/her own definition of ugly... No one is ugly because there is always someone who sees the invincible beauty
