I played my role but wondered if you had a part.
That got me questions, where did the flame go?

Things that we talked about, how we would build castle on the sky,
That we would be for each other, proud of our love and never be shy,
Where our first child would be twin,
One named moonlight and the other sunshine.
I thought you would be, forever in my arms,
Was this love or I was caught up in your decite and charms.
That got me bordering, where did the flame go?

When I hear you say, you love me, I know am not the only one,
You said am going crazy, but its all because of what you have done,
Still, I treated you like a damsel and hoped there was no errors,
Now you got me talking to the broken mirrors,
Saying, all the things I felt for you,
The length, things I did and planning to do for you.
Yet we fell in another trap of our emotions,
I never did judge you, cause I got flaws but took cautions.
That got me wondering, where did the flame go?

Will this be forever or was it all an infatuation,
Are we parting for good or can we amend this situation;
My heart is wide open, to receive you, anytime, any day,
But you left me in pains and in the worst way.
Although, now I have faced my deepest fears,
Better times are yet to come, so am gonna wipe my tears,
I gave all my best for you, despite you left cause I was not enough;
That's fate and it would always make me though.
