Choi,its been a while since I come here,I have a question for us all...

If someone is bitten on the leg by a snake,they'll tie below the knee so that the poison wouldn't flow to the other part of the body..
Now,if someone is bitten by a snake on the neck WHERE WILL YOU TIE?
