Tell that guy to check his settings or probably the date might not be updated...because the "Empty Hen"(Mtn) that I knew always have network problem(you won't even have chance to type before it log you out itself) and sometimes it won't even allow you to logged in takless of seeing a friend to chat with...and the "Text Alert"(Etisalat) I knew do normaly has network(that lady might be using it..thats why the text was been sent).....The "Air Tell"(Airtel) I knew also do had network always....And "Go Low"(Glo) is good also(the lady might be using it either)
